Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

”She’s tired from filming the show today, we’ll do the signature another day.”

”Uncle, you’d prefer me to call Lydia Brooke ’Aunt’, wouldn’t you? You don’t get it, do you? You must call women younger names. Call them ’sister’ if they look like aunt-level, and ’aunt’ if they look like granny-level. That’s how you win their favor.”

Jorge Saxton glanced at Iris Seys.

Iris Seys chuckled, ”Uncle, if you don’t believe me, just watch.”

The show was live-broadcasted, and during a break, Lydia Brooke went for a rest and a drink. Iris Seys gave Jorge Saxton a mischievous smile then hurried over to Lydia Brooke.

”Sister Lydia,” Iris Seys beamed brightly.

Lydia Brooke was drinking water and was slightly surprised to see Iris Seys, ”What are you doing here?”

”My uncle brought me,” Iris Seys pointed behind her at Jorge Saxton who was walking towards them.

Lydia Brooke’s gaze was somewhat unnatural, deliberately lowered to avoid Jorge Saxton’s eyes.

And Iris Seys calling her ’Sister Lydia’ embarrassed her; she’s a year older than Ariel Morris, and Iris Seys should call her Aunt, not Sister.

For some reason, the memory of Ryan Seys and Iris Seys calling her ’Aunt’ as children flashed through Lydia Brooke’s mind, causing her grip on the water bottle to stiffen.

Iris Seys did not notice Lydia Brooke’s embarrassment, tilted her head, eyes bright and cheerful: ”Sister Lydia is really beautiful. Is everyone watching the TV able to see you when you record this program?”

Lydia Brooke nodded with a smile, ”Yes, they can see.”

”That’s great.” Iris Seys looked dazedly at the program stage, ”I want to stand there too, to be seen, to be seen by the person I’m looking for.”

”Hmm? What did you say, Iris?” Jorge Saxton approached, frowning slightly.

”Nothing,” Iris Seys quickly shook her head, ”I was saying, when I grow up, I want to be as beautiful as Sister Lydia and become a star in the spotlight!”

”Get rid of that thought; your parents won’t let you enter showbiz.” Jorge Saxton gently tapped Iris Seys on her little head with his long fingers.

Where do all these strange ideas come from? Such a childish girl.

”Iris, showbiz isn’t as simple as you think. With your family background, there’s no need to enter the messy entertainment circle. Whatever you want, a word would suffice.” Lydia Brooke advised.

Iris Seys smiled faintly and shook her head, ”What I want is very simple, but no one can help me.”

She had mentioned asking her dad for help finding someone, but how could they find someone just with the character ’Han’?

The ’Han’ might not even be a surname, maybe just a character in the name. Without a full name, how can one find them?

The childhood debt of gratitude, he said he’d come back to see her, yet so many years later, she never saw him.

Therefore, only by growing up could she take her drawings to find him.

Iris Seys’s gaze shifted toward the center stage, her eyes deep and profound.

Standing there lets many people see you, that’s the benefit of being a star. She wants everyone in the world to know her, to let him see her, and know she’s searching for him...

Seeing Jorge Saxton again, it had already been some time, Lydia Brooke moved slightly away, holding the water bottle, her fingers somewhat stiff.

Jorge Saxton noticed her movement, a dry ache in his throat, uncomfortable, ”Lydia, why don’t we... grab a late-night snack after the show?”

”I’m a bit tired today, you go ahead,” Lydia Brooke’s voice was light as she brushed away the strands of hair by her ear, a touch of coldness in her eyes.

Back at that wedding, she wore a bridal gown, bouquet in hand, waiting alone in the hall. What she received was his call of apologies.

He said, ’Lydia, I’m sorry’...
