Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

”Actually, when I was taking care of Brother Cooper and fainted in the hospital, upon waking up and learning about the pregnancy, I really wanted to tell you. But in that situation, I couldn’t say it, nor could I find the words. At that time, I still owed the Cooper Family, and Brother Cooper was still in a coma. No matter what, I couldn’t speak up.”

”But, Jose, I never thought about terminating the pregnancy, no matter which child it was. Even though there was endless hatred between us at that time, from the bottom of my heart, I didn’t want any harm to come to the child in my womb, simply because it was yours and mine. Therefore, the child is precious.”

Every sentence she spoke was the truest reflection of her thoughts, and each word was etched on his heart.

Jose Floyd bent down and gently said to Regina, ”Regina, be good. Play here for a while. Uncle wants to talk to your mom about something. If you’re good, can I become your dad?”

”Really? Uncle—Dad?” Regina’s eyes sparkled brightly.

”Yes, from now on, Uncle is your dad. You’re not someone without a dad; Dad just arrived late. Dad is here to pick you and mom up to live together, okay?”

”Okay, I like dad.” Regina’s mouth bloomed into a radiant smile, ”Does dad—like—Regina?”

The two-year-old spoke in broken syllables, and her pronunciation was not very accurate, but Jose Floyd understood it perfectly, smiling gently, resembling Nicole a bit, ”I fell in love with you at first sight. The first time I saw Regina, you felt familiar, and I hadn’t realized you carry my blood. I’m also grateful that I, usually indifferent, did not stand by when I saw you almost getting taken away by a human trafficker when we first met. Otherwise, I would regret it for life.”

Nicole chuckled from the side, ”Is that how you use ’love at first sight’? Well, Jose—you’re quite good at it, falling in love at first sight with your daughter. No wonder they say daughters are their father’s lovers from a previous life. Clearly, lovers are more beloved than wives, unchanged since ancient times.”

Jealousy filled the room—

Regina blinked while looking at Jose Floyd, ”Love Regina—or mom?”

Nicole watched Jose Floyd with a playful look, ”I also want to know, the rankings of wife and daughter in your heart.”

Jose Floyd could clearly detect Nicole’s teasing, pressed his long fingers on Regina’s forehead, ”You clever little one, Dad likes you.”

Nicole’s playful mood instantly vanished, and she stood upright, gazing at the squatting man, ”Hmm, Mr. Floyd, would you say that again?”

Jose Floyd didn’t glance at Nicole but seriously answered Regina, ”But Dad only loves Mom—in my heart, your mom is always first. She is an indispensable part of Dad’s life, like Dad’s heart; she controls its every beat.”

Regina tilted her head, pouting and replied, ”Don’t listen, don’t understand.”

Jose Floyd stood up, ”Play here by yourself, I’m going to discuss something with your mom now.”

”What? Jose Floyd—why are you carrying me! Jose—”

”Mrs. Floyd, let’s delve into the issue of ’loving you’ while settling the score for you avoiding me for two years!”

”Jose!—”

As the door closed, Nicole’s words faded, her soft lips sealed, the words drowned in her throat.

Regina stood alone in the room, pouting while playing with toys...
