Villainous Family Young Master: My Life is Over

A gentle breeze drifted in through the slightly opened window, causing the white curtains to sway softly.

”Elize...”

I looked at the Golden Fox curled up in the bed and my expression became complicated.

From Reina and Aina, i already understood what happened to Elize and I also had my own guess about her.

This girl, she most likely fell unconscious because of the fight against the Evil God’s Projection and reverted to her beast form because her injury was too severe.

But why did she save me?

We have only met so she shouldn’t have any reason for saving me!

Not to mention this world where self interest is paramount, but even on Earth, not many would risk their life to save someone else.

”What a fool?”

Though the reason is unknown, it’s true that she saved me.

Looking at her, i couldn’t help but sigh and look up to the ceiling.

Reina and Aina had already left but the pain in my body didn’t decrease in the slightest.

This pain was reminded me of the injury i experienced after being rescued from the kidnapping incident.

Back then, I was also so weak, so helpless, with no strength to fight.

So what’s the reason for this injury?

Normally, the Evil God’s Pollution directly transforms humans into inhuman Cthulhu like Monsters. It doesn’t cause any injury.

Could it be the aftermath between Elize and Evil God’s Projection fight caused this injury?

But that also doesn’t make sense. The aftermath between should have directly annihilated me or twisted my body in a deformed monster without Elize’s protection.

But with Elize’s protection, i shouldn’t have been injured.

So who caused this injury?

Last time, I didn’t think much, feeling it was Carol who caused those injury

But now that I think about it, why didn’t I feel any pain when Carol tortured or caused those serious injuries on me?

It doesn’t make sense. Carol wouldn’t be so generous as to use anesthesia before twisting my bones apart.

My brows unconsciously furrowed.

Something was wrong.

Very wrong.

It felt as though an important piece of the puzzle was missing from my memories.

What’s more...

I looked at the system panel...

[ Remaining Upgrade time: Seven days ]

Aside from my injury, my attributes has short up inexplicably. Even my skills have leveled up.

This is also similar to the time with Carol.

At that time, my Attributes also experienced an explosive growth.

System Update is also similar to that time.

What’s going on then? Why did this happen?

Could it be that everytime I fall into coma, I will experience explosive growth in my attributes and System will also update.

If so then how about I fall into coma a few more times.

Complaining aside, I was certain that there was something about the system that I didn’t know about.

But I couldn’t figure out anything no matter how much I thought. My IQ wasn’t at the level of a genius villain like Aizen. I could find anything from simple clues.

Forget it, forget it, it’s good to increase my attribute. Since I can’t figure it out, I won’t figure it out. Let’s leave this for the future.

Since the author sent me to this and gave this system then even if there is a conspiracy, there is nothing I can do except stepping forward.

Besides, now isn’t the time to consider this. It’s nice important to think about what I am going to next.

Since I have encountered the Original Hero’s family then it would be a good idea to build a good relationship with them.

Even if I can’t increase the favorability of Hero, it’s good to increase the favorability of his Sister.

And I also need to send a letter to the Anglus family to explain my current situation. Otherwise Lia will definitely be worried.

Honestly, this could be the best chance to escape from the Anglus family. With the descent of the Evil God, no one could possibly track me.

Coupled with Elize, it was totally possible to escape to the Beastmen Kingdom.

Unfortunately, there are still Lia and Sister Aisha waiting for me. Escaping alone wasn’t a choice that could be made.

Thinking about it, my eyes darkened and a haze appeared on my heart

...

(Reina’s Perspective)

”Master, what do you think if Robert?” I looked at Master Cecilia floating leisurely and asked.

”Hm, let me think.”

Master Cecilia looked thoughtful before speaking slowly, ”That boy is quite special and he is also hiding quite a few secrets.”

”Being able to survive from the hands of an Love God Cult then appear in Eldoria Mountain Range and finally he recognised you and Aina.”

”I understand the part about the Love God Cult and Eldoria Mountain Range but what do you mean he recognised me and Aina.” I frowned upon hearing her words.

Although Robert recognised the Astrea family but that doesn’t mean anything, right?

Despite the fall of the Astrea family, it’s still a Noble family. It’s normal for people to know about them.

”Silly child, things aren’t as simple as they appear on the surface all times.” Master Cecilia sighed and she gently kneaded my soft cheeks.

Looking at her, i couldn’t help but pout, ”Master, I am no longer a Child. Just say what you have to.”

”Hehe, Reina is really cute like this.”

Master Cecilia laughed inexplicably then she said, ”Little Reina, you may not have noticed it. But that boy looked quite shocked when he heard your and Aina’s name.”

”And not just shock, his eyes contained variety of emotions such as bewilderment, shock, fear, etc. This alone indicates that he already knew about you and Aina.”

”Although I don’t know how he knows you two, he is definitely very special. He possess a temperament unfitting for his age and his eyes also carry a lot of heaviness which is also unlike his age.”

”It is as if he is not a child at all. However, you don’t need to worry too much. That boy isn’t bad at heart.”

”Does Master mean he is an old monster in a child’s body?”

I looked at and saw her giving me a speechless look after I finished speaking.

”What do you mean an old monster? I meant that boy has a heavy past. It is his past that made him mature early. His body and soul aren’t like an old monster. He is a proper child. You don’t need to think to much.”

”Forget it. Don’t think too much about it. You just need to know that boy isn’t bad at heart.”

(Return to Robert’s Perspective)

One Evening,

Knock-knock!

A light knocking sounded from the door, attaching my attention.

When I turned my head, I saw the patch of head hair entering my vision once again.

”Good evening, Robert. How are you feeling?”

Reina walked in and placed a bowl of porridge on the table near the need and smiled towards me.

”Good Evening Reina. Thanks to you and Aina, I am feeling very good.”

”Hm, your recovery is really quick. Here, this rice porridge is for you.”

”It’s nothing, it’s all thanks to your care that I can recover so quickly. Thanks for the porridge.”

I took the rice porridge and started eating it bite by bite.

The porridge was warm and soft, though it did not have much seasoning, but it didn’t taste bad.

Eating it bite by bite, I felt a rare sense of warmth.

Reina sat on the chair beside the bed and watched me eat.

Feeling her intense gaze, after enduring it for a while, I finally couldn’t help but ask, ”Is there something on my face?”

”No.”

”Then why are you staring at me?”

”I am just marveling at your recovery. In just two days after waking up, you can already move around freely.”

Listening to her, I also felt a little strange.

Last time, it took me a long time to recover from such serious injury. But this time, it only took two days.

Fortunately, there have been many strange things. So this speedy recovery was nothing.

”By the way, Reina, this porridge tastes good. Did you make it?”

”No.” Reina shook her head: ”Aunt Martha made it. If I made it, it might not taste this good.”

”You can’t cook?”

”I can. But whether it tastes good is another matter.”

”...That honest?”

”Lying isn’t a good habit.”

Looking at her serious expression, I knew she was telling the truth.

This girl looked gentle and delicate, but after speaking with her a little more, I realized she was unexpectedly straightforward.

While eating mouthfuls of porridge, I chatted with her, trying to build a good relationship with this sister of the Hero.

”Oh yeah, did you send the letter I wrote?”

After deciding on sending a letter to the Anglus Family to reassure Lia, I had Reina write a letter for me and send it to the Anglus Territory.

”Hm, i posted it yesterday. It should arrive by day after tomorrow.” Reina nodded.
