She is the Side Character! — Watch Her Change her fate!

Upon seeing the Resurrection Card in the store, Ah Chen made a decision to earn more currency, ensuring that she could send Wei Wenlan out even if they couldn’t be randomly placed together each time. Besides, Wei Wenlan wasn’t foolish and could pass some levels.

When Ah Chen crushed the table in the room in front of Wei Wenlan, Wei finally believed that Ah Chen had the ability for self-preservation.

”You should still keep some currency on you,” Wei Wenlan said, only feeling at ease if Ah Chen had something on her person.

This time Ah Chen didn’t refuse and decided to keep 100 coins to put Wei’s mind at ease.

As long as she didn’t buy the Resurrection Card, Wei Wenlan wouldn’t worry about her safety and could enjoy her time in the dungeon, which could be considered a great life experience.

The rest day quickly passed by, and before entering the dungeon this time, everyone received a reminder that their team might be scattered, as each dungeon was random and they couldn’t team up with their current experience yet.

As to how to form a team, the reminder didn’t elaborate much, likely revealing that information once they met certain conditions.

Subsequently, several people were randomly assigned dungeons, quickly receiving results.

Ah Chen drew: ”Five Days of Classes”

Wei Wenlan drew: ”Class Field Trip”

Bai Xingwen also drew: ”Class Field Trip”

Qin Lin, Huo Jingchen, and Wei Yao got the same: ”Masquerade Ball”

After exchanging information, everyone looked at Ah Chen, realizing she was the one left alone.

Wei Wenlan felt a little worried, but then remembered the first Resurrection Card only cost 100, so even if she failed, she wouldn’t die, slightly easing her mind. Nonetheless, she mentally complained about whether this world was targeting her good friend, gritting her teeth in frustration.

”Chenchen, be careful.” As the countdown hit 1, Wei Wenlan hurriedly reminded.

The scene in front of her blurred, and Ah Chen found herself in a different environment.

She was now sitting in a classroom full of students, and as she glanced around, others secretly observed her too, clearly all Adventurers.

At this moment, new information popped into her mind about this dungeon:

Li Chen, 16 years old, a student of Class 2 in grade 11, Discipline Committee Member, class size: 68

Tip 1: As a Discipline Committee Member, you must maintain classroom discipline; otherwise, the teacher will be angry, with unpredictable consequences.

Tip 2: The class originally had 60 students, among which 8 are monsters in disguise. Even the teacher can’t discern this. There’s no need to be overly afraid during the day, but if, in a space, the number of monsters is greater than or equal to humans, everyone will be marked. If you manage to reveal and eliminate these monsters, more monsters will be attracted. Be cautious at night, as monsters feed on humans, and eight students will fall prey each night, especially those marked. Try to avoid being targeted. If they fail to eat anyone by a certain night, hungry monsters will double up their feast the next evening.

Tip 3: Monsters are highly competitive, which might be exploited as a time-buying strategy if you are clever enough to figure it out.

Tip 4: Using specific tools to eliminate monsters won’t attract more, but finding these tools isn’t easy.

Adventurers, try to survive five days. Enjoy your class!

Ah Chen fell silent—who wishes someone an enjoyable class?

So, unless using the specific tools, monsters can’t be killed? Anyway, it doesn’t greatly impact the situation; she’ll assess it when necessary.

Noisy chatter echoed in her ears, prompting her to glance up; the teacher hadn’t arrived yet.

But she remembered the guidance: as the Discipline Committee Member, she had to maintain order in class.

”Everyone, quiet down!” Ah Chen spoke up, ”Class has started, no talking, and stop looking around.” She picked up the small notebook from the desk containing names and noted any disciplinary breaches, ”Keep talking, and I’ll take note—angering the teacher isn’t something you want.”

In her mind, as long as she fulfilled her role responsibly, the teacher shouldn’t blame her but rather those disobedient students.

If they cooperated, she wouldn’t deliberately trouble anyone. It was challenging enough for everyone to pass the dungeon.

The Adventurers weren’t novices, immediately falling silent, being cautious at the beginning of the dungeon to avoid carelessness that might cost lives. Even if someone could afford Resurrection Cards, they became more expensive with each purchase, reserved for crucial moments rather than squandered.

At that moment, Ah Chen noticed two gazes upon her.

As the Discipline Committee Member, wouldn’t it be natural to stand and see who was breaching classroom discipline?

So she stood and scanned around, spotting where the gazes came from behind her, unsurprised—it wasn’t strange for acquaintances to be randomly placed together.

These two being together felt like inevitability, embodying a classic case of adversaries meeting, none other than Ma Qin and Bai Qiaoqian.

She nodded slightly at them, retracting her gaze before sitting back down.

Ma Qin and Bai Qiaoqian exchanged a glance, each harboring differing thoughts. It was class time, so they didn’t dare to communicate much. Based on their understanding of Li Chen, she definitely didn’t speak up just for being meddlesome. It likely had a reason.

”Remember to hand in your English assignments before the class ends,” stated a female student standing before the class, evidently the English class representative.

Ah Chen checked the schedule, but this class was supposed to be Mathematics.

What were the English assignments? Did they complete them? If not, how would they account for it?

Such thoughts sparked anxiety among several, hastily searching their desks, eventually finding relevant English tasks. A sense of relief crossed some faces, indicating completion, whereas others displayed panic, clearly unfinished.

Ah Chen flipped through her English notebook; being a good student as the Discipline Committee Member, not completing tasks on time was out of the question. Indeed, her assignments were well done. While the Math teacher hadn’t arrived yet, she skimmed through her work—the NPCs in these dungeons were quite autonomous, likely originating mostly from human experience, and maybe difficult. It’s best to be well-prepared.

Unless absolutely necessary, she wanted to avoid conflict, fearing it might terrify them.

She was merely here for the experience and to fetch Wei Wenlan, nothing more, hoping for peaceful coexistence.

The English assignments were minimal, just some vocabulary copying and an essay.

After reviewing them, she shifted focus to the current subject—Mathematics.

Whilst searching, she stumbled upon a clue; the previous day’s double Math classes included an exam, with results distributed today. This class should address the test questions.

A cursory sweep over the paper confirmed her status as a good student, having scored well with few mistakes. Luckily, she portrayed this role—had it been someone other than a high schooler, issues might’ve arisen, such as the teacher unexpectedly testing them, potentially causing problems. Making errors in class, as she believed, shouldn’t trigger danger.
