Super Gene Hunting Ground

Deep within the Great Dragon Empire Palace, there was a garden.

A little boy, about one year old, was frolicking and running on the grass, occasionally letting out bursts of laughter, ”Ah ah”.

Two young maids followed closely behind the little boy, deeply worried he might fall, constantly reminding:

”Young Prince, slow down, slow down, be careful not to trip.”

In a distant pavilion sat a stunningly beautiful, elegant young woman. She glanced up at the running child in the distance with a sweet, blissful smile on her face.

Beside the woman stood a middle-aged woman and a young maid.

The middle-aged woman said softly:

”Princess Jing, the young prince is growing up so fast, he’s truly adorable.”

The young maid added:

”I wonder what the young prince’s beast soul will be. I’m so looking forward to it.”

The middle-aged woman commented:

”The young prince was born with extraordinary phenomena. At just one year old, a surge of unusual genetic energy flowed within him; his future beast soul will undoubtedly be immensely powerful.

Princess Jing, do you really not know what his father’s beast soul is?”

The beautiful young woman was none other than Jingjing, whom Yang Xiao had met on Earth. Her real name was Long Jing, known as Princess Jing, and she was the most cherished among the many princes and princesses of the Great Dragon Emperor.

The Great Dragon Empire specifically formed an all-female team to study the genetic strengths and weaknesses of various planetary races. They were often sent to other planets to engage with local males, then return to the Great Dragon Empire after pregnancy, to study the genetic hybridization changes between Witch Star people and aliens.

This is much like the Xuanming Country on Earth studying the hybridization of rice.

This research was a special project of the Genetic Evolution Research Institute and boasted a history of several hundred years, indeed yielding numerous excellent mutation genes.

The Great Dragon Empire’s Genetic Evolution Research Institute would then use advanced technology to decipher these outstanding mutation gene codes to facilitate the genetic mutations of some Witch Star people.

This research is incredibly valuable.

Eldest Prince Long Aotian dispatched people to capture a few giant dragons from the depths of the East Sea of Xuanming Country, also to study the genetic codes of the giant dragons.

Because Witch Star people discovered that, during Earth’s biological genetic evolution, giant dragons evolved the fastest and had the greatest power, indicating that their genes are very suitable for evolution.

Princess Jing, not only extremely beautiful but also lively and cheerful, felt bored staying in the Royal Palace and secretly followed a group of women undertaking genetic evolution research to Earth.

At the time, even Eldest Prince and Fourth Prince were kept in the dark, with only Fourth Prince discovering it later.

Princess Jing was extremely pampered in front of the Emperor; even her elder brothers had no power over her, except for warning her not to have intimate relations with human males, they imposed no other restrictions.

They didn’t believe that the noble Princess Jing would be intimate with human males anyway.

Initially, Princess Jing never thought she would fall for an Earth human male; it was purely out of curiosity that she became a service attendant in the hallway of a guest building at Financial Square in Magic City.

However, she happened to meet Yang Xiao.

At first, she mischievously put a drop of Joy Water in Yang Xiao’s bedside water glass; this Joy Water was a kind of drug often used by these women to facilitate interactions with alien males, similar to a Earthly substance.

Yang Xiao would drink the warm water from his bedside water glass every night before bed, subsequently having a recurring dream each night, due to the effects of the Joy Water.

However, once the seed of temptation is planted, no one can predict how things will unfold thereafter.

Princess Jing was a maiden just beginning to experience love, and in her ensuing interactions with Yang Xiao, she found herself inexplicably falling for him.

After all, Yang Xiao was a handsome young man, debonair, and also quite skilled at Go.

The feelings erupted too suddenly, too quickly, without any warning, and were irresistible.

On that final night of parting, she indeed ended up in Yang Xiao’s bed.

The maiden’s heart only wished to leave behind beautiful and romantic memories, but she never expected, upon returning to the Great Dragon Empire, to discover she was pregnant, driving the Emperor of Great Dragon into a furious rage.

”Jing’er, it seems that your father pampered you too much, spoiled you, and yet, you actually... actually had an affair with an Earth human, it’s truly infuriating.”

The Eldest Prince of the Youming Empire always favored Long Jing, and the two emperors initially negotiated privately, planning for Princess Jing to be given to the Eldest Prince of the Youming Empire, thus forming an alliance between the two nations.

This was also a reason why the Youming Empire remained neutral during the Great Dragon Empire’s attacks on the Snow Leopard Empire.

”Jing’er, immediately have the child in your womb removed, before the Eldest Prince of the Youming Empire learns of this.”

Upon hearing this, Long Jing immediately opposed:

”No, absolutely not, I want to give birth to this child.”

”You, you want to give birth? Do you know that you are the Princess of the Great Dragon Empire, royalty, you are meant to marry the Eldest Prince of the Youming Empire, if you give birth to an Earth human’s child now, what does that mean? Would the Eldest Prince of the Youming Empire still marry you?”

”If he doesn’t marry, he doesn’t marry; I didn’t originally like him anyway and never intended to marry him. In any case, I must give birth to this child; he is my son.”

An innate maternal love burgeoned within Long Jing, a love indestructible and unfaltering, fearless, and she was determined to protect her child from harm.

The Emperor of Great Dragon roared and bellowed:

”Are you crazy? Our Great Dragon Empire is at war with the Snow Leopard Empire; we need the Youming Empire to remain neutral,

The main reason Youming Empire maintains neutrality right now is because of you; I agreed to marry you to the Eldest Prince of the Youming Empire to unite the two families,

If they discover your situation, the Youming Empire will immediately align with the Snow Leopard Empire to attack us,

Do you want to doom our entire Great Dragon Empire?”

Despite the father king exerting pressure on Long Jing in the name of national interest, Long Jing remained unwavering and unyielding:

”Father King, if you think I will ruin your great unification plans, then you can let me go to Earth now; I’ll never come back. Anyway, I will definitely give birth to this child; if you force me, I will die right here in front of you.”

With a swift motion, Long Jing pulled out a sharp treasure sword and held it to her neck.

The sword’s sharpness directly slashed through her robe, immediately leaving a blood trace on Long Jing’s snow-white neck.

The Great Dragon Emperor was shocked, knowing his daughter’s willfulness; if pressed too hard, she truly might commit suicide.

Being deeply affectionate toward his daughter, he could only reluctantly compromise:

”You? Jing’er, you can’t, you can’t, okay, fine, Father King won’t force you to abort the child,

But, from today on, you must not leave your palace,

I will declare to the outside that you went to Earth for leisure and have not yet returned, buying as much time as possible, hoping that before Youming Empire discovers the truth, we can successfully conquer Snow Leopard Empire,

I hope you won’t regret this!

Sigh! You really infuriate me; I have spoiled you in vain!”

Having finished speaking, the Great Dragon Emperor angrily stormed out with a sweep of his sleeve, ordering the guards to seal off Princess Jing’s palace.
