At this moment, Ibiki asked.

”If we follow this method, how much improvement can we get?”

”A month ago, my Taijutsu was barely around Genin Level. With just a month of training, I was approaching Special Jonin in terms of Taijutsu.”

”My physical strength shouldn’t be lower than Lee with the third or even fourth gate opened. This is achieved through that specific training.”

”Of course, I went overboard with my training, using Water Nature Transformation and Wind Nature Transformation one after another.”

”So, you can’t take my example, but this will give any Ninja of the village a direct ticket to Kage Level.”

”Taijutsu experts like Bushybrows’s Sensei can easily reach the level of Nine Tails with just Six Gates opened.”

Naruto explained.

Shikaku nodded and said.

”Because this basically increases the limits of an ordinary ninja instead of making them extremely powerful.”

”By giving them powerful regeneration and higher Chakra Reserves, they can train more.”

”Through more training, their Chakra Reserves and body’s regeneration would increase further.”

”If it only focused on regeneration, it would’ve decreased a person’s lifespan. If it was just focused on Chakra, it wouldn’t have this kind of effect.”

”But by splitting the focus between the two, Nature Transformation Body Training can raise a ninja’s strength by a lot.”

At this moment, Shikaku’s voice trembled a bit.

Because he realized he had to change the very foundation of the Nara Clan, which had been lazy.

If he didn’t do that, his family would basically suffer.

”But until we get a proper result, this information must not spread. By the way, Pervy-sage, you should tell Granny about this.”

”I’m pretty sure she will agree. Because she is the Granddaughter of the First and Second Hokage.”

”She has been and always will be the Medical Saint of Konoha.”

Hearing his words, Jiraiya suddenly felt his spirits drop.

Indeed! Tsunade lost her lover and a brother.

She was genuinely a kind person. If she could find a way to make sure the same thing wouldn’t happen to others, she would do her best.

In fact, Naruto wanted to say he could bring back Nawaki. Because Kurama had already told him about the resurrection plan he had for his parents.

But since it wouldn’t happen immediately and he didn’t want to use this kind of method to bring back Tsunade, Naruto chose to remain silent.

When Shikaku and Ibiki immediately nodded their heads, Naruto turned towards Inoichi, only to find him consumed with reading the previous scroll.

”Oi!”

Shikaku felt like slapping him on the back, but he only nudged him.

Inoichi finally snapped out of it and realized he was too focused on reading.

”Sorry, Lord Hokage! Your idea is amazing. Using Chakra Signature like this can really improve the Barrier of our village.”

”More importantly, it also includes automatic detection, which means people can leave and enter the village without any permission.”

”But this doesn’t break the security of the village since any unfamiliar chakra signature can immediately set off an alarm.”

”Although I feel like this is mainly to introduce Konoha to the public instead of just being a military village. I don’t know why, but this feels like it was created for that purpose.”

Naruto nodded.

”Yes, indeed! Konoha is a military village, but that doesn’t mean it can’t develop in other sectors, right?”

”My father had some plans about them. So, I am just bringing those ideas to light. Most importantly, he planned to make Ninjutsu accessible to normal people.”

”While this will create its own set of problems, I believe we can find a better solution to bring this idea to life.”

”There are a lot of things that we need to do. For now, let’s just do one thing at a time.”

That scroll didn’t just contain the information about the Barrier Jutsu from the future. It also included some information about Sealing Jutsu from his mother.

After all, even in the future, some information about Sealing Jutsu was lost, and only people like Orochimaru held that information.

But Orochimaru was no saint. He wouldn’t just give out that information without something in return.

”Alright, Lord Hokage! I will get this done as quickly as possible. But it could still take anywhere between a year and two.”

Inoichi said.

Naruto waved his hand.

”That’s all! Uncle Shikaku, prepare the negotiation and alliance papers! Pervy-sage, you go deal with that mission after you bring Granny back.”

”Ibiki, you stay!”

Shikaku, Inoichi, and Jiraiya left.

As for Ibiki, he silently waited for Naruto’s instructions. From their conversation alone, Ibiki knew Naruto had completely changed.

If previous Naruto was just a gutsy Ninja, then this Naruto was the combination of a gutsy and smart Ninja.

”Ibiki, I want to put you out of the Anbu Commander position.”

Naruto took a deep breath and said.

”You don’t have any faults, but the burden of that position can only be taken by someone stronger than you.”

Hearing his words, Ibiki nodded his head.

”I have no complaints, Lord Hokage. I am already very busy with my interrogation job.”

”Good! By the way, Anko works with you, right?”

”Umm!”

”I need you and Anko to do something for me.”

Ibiki nodded, and Naruto continued.

”Take a closer look at Root’s people! If they show any signs of contacting Danzo or any signs of retraining their previous thinking, take them out.”

”Of course, not immediately! Give them some tests, take them on some missions, test their mentality.”

”Most importantly, test two things- loyalty and Courage! If they show loyalty but no courage, take them out!”

”If they show courage but no loyalty, also take them out! Root Ninjas have problems.”

”As much as I would like to keep them in the village, these problems can easily create more problems in the future.”

”An Elite Shinobi can cause a lot of innocent deaths. Only those who have courage and loyalty can come out of Danzo’s influence.”

”Others will just become Second Danzo.”

Hearing his words, Ibiki was surprised. From Naruto’s age and perspective, he shouldn’t have thought like that.

But considering Minato’s memories, it seemed like Naruto was indeed worthy of this position.

”Yes, Lord Hokage!”
