Kakashi was in an awkward situation.

He wanted to leave, but he couldn’t.

He wanted to enter, but he couldn’t.

He didn’t want to eat dog food (a Chinese term for showing affection), but he was fed from a golden bowl.

He never thought that when he came to this room, the first thing he would hear was Naruto’s confession to Hinata.

Although he came a bit earlier than that, it was still a big surprise.

He was happy for Naruto but also somewhat confused about his own life.

That confusion only lasted a few seconds before he shook his head and leaned on the wall, showing an eye smile as he waited.

Inside Naruto’s apartment, Naruto and Hinata had finally separated their lips, but Hinata stayed in Naruto’s body.

She didn’t pass out, but she was so shy that she didn’t even dare to move.

Naruto was just holding her tightly.

Her body gave him goosebumps. More importantly, he couldn’t believe he had succeeded.

At the same time, he realized he loved Hinata.

Not because of the memories anymore. He showed a broken smile as he realized.

He had fallen in love with her.

”Wow! Wow! Wow! I approve of this daughter-in-law. But Naruto, aren’t you a bit too young to hold her like this?”

Kushina’s voice rang in his head, and his joyful smile froze.

In an instant, his face turned red.

He couldn’t believe his confession was heard and seen by his parents. Not only did they see his confession, but they also saw his kiss.

”Umm! Naruto-kun....outside!”

Hinata finally remembered someone had rung a doorbell earlier and spoke up.

Her words instantly made him spring up to his feet. But Hinata remained in his arms.

She subconsciously realized that she was still hugging him.

’Hugging him!’

’Don’t faint! Don’t faint! Don’t faint!’

She closed her eyes desperately as she tried to keep her mind open.

Naruto opened his mouth. She should go down, but he didn’t want her to go down.

She felt so good while holding her. This feeling was irresistible.

So while holding her tightly in his arms, he walked towards the door and opened it.

”Huh? Kakashi Sensei?”

Naruto called out in surprise.

’Ka-ka-Kakashi sensei! Arms! Naruto’s arms.’

Finally, Hinata’s brain could no longer bear the load and ended up shutting down, with steam coming out of her head.

As she passed out, Naruto cried out in shock.

”Hinata, what happened to you?”

He was so stunned that he forgot how easily Hinata could pass out near him.

”Umm! I think you should put her in your bed first.”

Kakashi suggested.

”Bed?”

Naruto couldn’t help but get flustered when he heard that suggestion.

Suddenly, both Naruto and Kakashi’s faces turned red with embarrassment.

As expected of a master-teacher duo, both immediately made the simple things lewd.

Thwack!

”Idiot! I am asking you to put her in the bed so we can leave. Since you have recovered, there is something we need your help with.”

Kakashi smacked Naruto on the head and lectured him.

Naruto quickly ran back to his room and placed Hinata on the bed. Watching her unconscious on his bed made Naruto’s heart flutter.

But he quickly controlled his impulses and made a hand sign.

[Shadow Clone Jutsu]

He made a clone and said.

”Keep her safe!”

Why did Naruto say that?

Because he had already forged hatred with Danzo. If he was not wrong, Danzo was in deep trouble.

In that case, there was a chance that Danzo could try to kidnap Hinata to lure him and put him under Genjutsu.

After all, with what he had done, Danzo had absolutely no chance of becoming the Hokage.

After the clone nodded, Naruto left the room and joined Kakashi.

”So, what’s going on?”

He immediately asked. Since he wasn’t present at the meeting, he wasn’t sure what had happened there.

”Well, first of all, congratulations! You have accomplished your dream.”

Kakashi smiled as he congratulated his Genin.

”Really?”

Naruto’s eyes widened with joy as he asked.

”Yeah! You have almost no contender, and the Daimyo supports you. So, you’re gonna be the Hokage.”

Kakashi explained.

Naruto stopped for a moment, on top of one of the buildings, and raised both of his hands.

”Hurray!”

He was excited. Although he had achieved his dream in the future, it didn’t mean he could do the same.

Especially with the changes he was making to this world.

So when he was told that he had basically been chosen for the Hokage, his childish inner excitement burst out.

As for fear and nervousness, they didn’t exist.

A decade of Hokage experience wasn’t for nothing.

He quickly rushed forward, even surpassing Kakashi in pure speed.

This surprised Kakashi since Naruto was neither using Sage Mode nor Kyubi Chakra Mode.

”Come on, Kakashi-sensei! Why are you so slow? I can’t wait to wear that Hokage Robe.”

Naruto excitedly shouted as he increased his speed.

Still speechless, Kakashi asked.

”Naruto, haven’t you noticed yet?”

Naruto looked back and asked.

”What?”

”I am not going slow.”

”Huh? Then, why am I faster than you? I am not using Sage Mode or KCM.”

”Wait, I am not using any of those.”

Naruto suddenly paused.

”What’s KCM?”

Kakashi asked, but he quickly realized it was the acronym for Kyubi Chakra Mode.

”Oh! Kyubi Chakra Mode! KCM! That has a nice tone to it.”

”No, no, shouldn’t we be talking about why I am suddenly so much stronger?”

Naruto looked absolutely horrified.

Because he had no idea where this strength was coming from. His Chakra had gotten significantly stronger.

At this moment, Kurama asked.

”Naruto, what made Madara so much different than Isshiki?”

Naruto paused and replied.

’Ehh? Is it that Madara is not an Otsutsuki?’

”No, it’s that Madara became the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki. That’s why even when he was cut in half by Sasuke, he didn’t die.”

’So, what does that have anything to do with my situation?’

”Naruto, Madara is essentially just a human, but his body is more troublesome than Isshiki because he has Ten-Tails Chakra.”

At this moment, Kurama said.

”Haven’t you realized it yet, Naruto? Your body is no longer producing normal Chakra. It’s producing Otsutsuki Chakra.”

”Huh?”

Naruto’s eyes widened.

”What?”
