Tycoon: I Have an Unlimited Modifier

Many people had missed the opportunity to invest in Bunu back then, and they still regretted it to this day.

Spicy King, with even greater potential than Bunu.

It was like a naked dancer, endlessly tempting their rational minds.

”Seven billion... I need to think about it.”

It was true that He Yu was the founder of Black Ant Capital, but he was also responsible for his team.

”Pardon me for asking, but does the seven-billion valuation your company proposed cover the entire Zhuangyu Catering Company, or just the Spicy King brand?”

Yuan Li just smiled but said nothing.

”Ha, well, after I go back and hold a meeting, I’ll give President Yuan a definite answer as soon as possible.”

He Yu gave a slightly awkward laugh and walked off the floor where Zhuangyu Catering was located.

As a core business of the Shengxuan Group, Zhuangyu Catering had extravagantly rented two entire floors in its own office building.

Because they had rushed to move in, the renovations were still being gradually completed.

But you could see with your own eyes that the company was growing at a rapid pace.

The marketing department alone was making hundreds of calls every day.

Seeing the booming atmosphere at Zhuangyu Catering, He Yu secretly made up his mind. ’I’m definitely investing in this company!’

Just like when he had invested in Pop Mart, it was purely based on his keen investor’s intuition.

Besides, he had an even stronger premonition.

’The future of Spicy King will be even more brilliant than Pop Mart’s!’

He Yu silently stepped into the elevator and sent a message to a small group chat for Black Ant Capital.

”All senior management, stay late for a meeting tonight.”

Chen Feng: ”Roger.”

Zhang Peiyuan: ”Roger.”

Yang Cheng: ”Roger.”

These three were also partners at Black Ant Capital.

In terms of status, they were second only to He Yu, the soul of the company.

Seeing how formal He Yu was being, they figured there must be a major project to follow up on.

He Yu hurried back to Shenzhen, gathered the partners who had built the company with him, and, with a solemn expression, announced a fact.

”Our three-billion valuation for Spicy King was rejected.”

Chen Feng: ”You’ve got to be kidding me.”

Zhang Peiyuan: ”For real?”

Yang Cheng: ”Boss, I’m having a hard time accepting this. It’s too outrageous.”

Seeing his partners so utterly shocked, a wicked part of him felt a bit satisfied.

”I was surprised too, but that mysterious Chairman Qi didn’t even give me a chance to meet him.”

He Yu said with a wry smile, ”What we need to discuss now is whether or not we should invest based on their proposed valuation of seven billion.”

”Seven billion?”

The other three partners all sucked in a sharp breath, their scalps tingling from the shock of that number.

”Boss, you haven’t been drinking, have you?”

Yang Cheng said, dumbfounded, ”They only have one store. Isn’t quoting seven billion a little too ridiculous?”

”Actually, I think we can invest.”

He Yu was the first to state his opinion, then he supported it with his analysis.

”First of all, no one has any doubts about the revenue of a single Spicy King store.”

”Second, President Yuan told me something at the end that makes me think this seven-billion valuation isn’t entirely unacceptable.”

”What piece of news is that valuable?”

The three partners were a little curious.

”The person in charge of Banyan Tree Group right now is none other than this mysterious Chairman Qi.”

”In addition to the 20 existing Spicy King stores in the Southwest Region, Spicy King will be deeply integrated with Banyan Tree Group’s Yuechun, Yuelian, and Yue Garden brands in the future.”

”Wherever there’s a hotel managed by these three brands, a Spicy King store will be established alongside it.”

”Relying on the customer traffic from Banyan Tree Group’s hotels, there’s a floor for how poorly a Spicy King store can do.”

”And the ceiling is what we saw at the Taikoo Li Main Store.”

”Five million in net profit every month. Even if the other branches only make one-fifth of that, it would be enough to propel Spicy King into becoming a super-unicorn with a market cap in the hundreds of billions.”

After He Yu finished speaking, he gave his partners time to think.

Even if they all objected, He Yu would use a special privilege he had fought for when he first founded Black Ant Capital.

The right to make one compulsory investment per year.

He could be willful for once, even if everyone else was against it.

But if a previous compulsory investment had failed, this privilege would be revoked.

Pop Mart was a prime investment project that He Yu had secured by using this very privilege.

And Spicy King would be the second time He Yu used it.
