Tycoon: I Have an Unlimited Modifier

”The Baiyun Chinese Restaurant at the Banyan Tree Hotel, one of the group’s properties, will be completely rebranded as ’Yu Tu.’ It will specialize in Cantonese cuisine, and the average price per person will be raised to over 1,000.”

Qi Sheng dared to make such a bold move because the system gave him the confidence to do so.

A +100% Flavor buff would easily make Yu Tu a leader among high-end Cantonese restaurants.

It could even surpass Xinrong Ji to become the king of high-end Chinese dining.

”Over 1,000 per person?”

Zhou Meng was stunned for a moment, then said hesitantly, ”Boss, isn’t that price point a little too high?”

A new boss was expected to shake things up.

But Zhou Meng never expected Qi Sheng to start with the group’s Chinese restaurant.

”Whether the price is too high or not is something you should taste for yourself.”

Qi Sheng used the last Talent Recruitment Card he had received as a system reward during the Spring Festival.

He recruited a head chef with expert-level skills in Cantonese cuisine.

”Jot down this number. You can join the taste testing tonight.”

Qi Sheng casually sent the newly recruited chef’s phone number to Zhou Meng via WeChat, whose friend request he had just accepted.

”Understood.”

Zhou Meng didn’t dare to be careless. He was also curious about the source of his boss’s confidence.

「...」

Back in the private suite, Gu Feng had brought Tao Siyao over.

The moment she saw Qi Sheng, she ran over excitedly and jumped right into his arms.

”You big bad wolf, did you miss me?”

To see Qi Sheng, Tao Siyao had deliberately worn cosmetic contact lenses and styled her hair in large waves.

She looked a few degrees more mature than the other two girls.

”My dear Yaoyao is so beautiful, how could I not miss you?”

Supporting Tao Siyao with his left arm, Qi Sheng’s mischievous right hand slipped under her white turtleneck sweater, conquering the high ground he hadn’t visited in a long time.

”Hey, stop that. Your hands are all over me the moment we meet.”

As Qi Sheng toyed with her, Tao Siyao’s body quickly began to feel strange, and her gaze grew increasingly alluring.

”It’s so cold out, and you didn’t even wear black stockings to warm me up.”

Qi Sheng caressed Tao Siyao’s smooth, delicate, pale legs, his tone half-reproachful, half-regretful.

”Hmph. I knew you liked black stockings.”

Tao Siyao shot her boyfriend a coquettish glare.

From her bag, she pulled out a pair of very sexy, thigh-high black stockings.

”Honey, will you help me put them on?”

With her cosmetic lenses and her foxy face, Tao Siyao was lethally seductive.

”Hehe, I’d be delighted to be of service to Miss Tao.”

Without hesitation, Qi Sheng pulled off the young woman’s white thigh-high boots.

He tossed the little white socks from inside onto the floor and slowly guided the fine, textured, thigh-high black stockings onto her legs.

Her long, fair legs, now bound in thigh-high black stockings, not only lost none of their charm but gained an extra layer of allure.

”Honey, do they look good?”

Tao Siyao pointed her toes, slowly tracing a path up from his abs.

Finally, she brought her foot to Qi Sheng’s lips.

As expected, her little foot was once again ravaged by a certain someone.

The two girls watching the show from the doorway both blushed beet-red at Tao Siyao’s foxy display.

”Nuonuo, that woman is such a hussy. When honey deals with her later, neither of us is allowed to help her.”

Du Xinxin watched the two on the bed with rapt attention.

This was far more interesting than the websites Qi Sheng used to send her.

”Honey, look, they keep peeping at us. Go on, close the door.”

It had been a long time since Tao Siyao had seen her two best friends.

Being watched so closely by them all of a sudden, she felt a little inhibited.

”It’s fine. It’s a good chance for them to learn.”

Qi Sheng chuckled and let go of the saliva-covered, stockinged little foot.

He considerately helped Tao Siyao undress, then pushed her down.

”How embarrassing!”

Du Xinxin and Pan Yinuo said as much, but their eyes were honest, unwilling to even blink.

Especially when they heard Tao Siyao’s beautiful, plaintive moans.

Qi Sheng’s stormy, torrential assault was a hundred times more exciting than any big-budget Japanese production.

Besides, did the male and female leads in Japanese films...

...look as handsome as Qi Sheng or as beautiful as Tao Siyao?

By the time Qi Sheng had fed Tao Siyao to her heart’s content, three hours had passed.

At first, Du Xinxin and Pan Yinuo were engrossed.

Later on, the two of them just left to get spa treatments.

Leaving Tao Siyao alone to bear her boyfriend’s long-overdue passion.

”You bad boy, all you do is bully me.”

Looking at her contented boyfriend, Tao Siyao couldn’t help but shyly press her head against Qi Sheng’s hot chest, listening to his powerful heartbeat.

”Who told you to be so beautiful? Do you need to go home tonight?”

It had been a long time since Qi Sheng had seen Tao Siyao, too.

Just two rounds was hardly enough to be satisfying.

”My parents are home. I told them I was hanging out with classmates so I could sneak out.”

Tao Siyao wanted to stay and keep Qi Sheng company, too.

But thinking of her old father’s high blood pressure, she figured it was best not to provoke him.

”Alright then. I’ll have Gu Feng drive you home later.”

Qi Sheng wasn’t particularly disappointed.

He could just meet up with the girl during the day. That was just as exciting.

”Hmph. I want *you* to take me.”

Tao Siyao was suddenly unhappy.

’He just finished bullying me, and now he’s turning around and having the driver take me home? That’s just too much.’

”Alright, alright, I’ll take you.”

Qi Sheng had just been feeling a bit lazy and said it without thinking.

”Honey, you already paid New Year’s visits to Xinxin’s and Nuonuo’s families. Shouldn’t you pay a visit to my family, too?”

Tao Siyao had been incredibly envious these past few days.

Naturally, she wanted Qi Sheng to treat them all equally and pay her family a New Year’s visit as well.

”Visit your family?”

Qi Sheng thought about it and readily agreed.

’In for a penny, in for a pound.’

’He’d already been to Du Xinxin’s and Pan Yinuo’s homes, so adding Tao Siyao’s wouldn’t make a difference.’

”Heehee, honey, love you!”

Tao Siyao was instantly delighted.

She eagerly began to please Qi Sheng, afraid he might go back on his word.

”Have I ever broken my word?”

Qi Sheng shook his head, not knowing whether to laugh or cry, and simply decided to enjoy it.

”I’m so tired, honey!”

After working hard for half an hour, Tao Siyao looked at Qi Sheng pitifully.

Qi Sheng was the one being pleased now, so of course he had to take the opportunity to get a little extra.

”Hmph, you bad boy.”

Seeing Qi Sheng smiling at her with a look of pure enjoyment, Tao Siyao couldn’t help but feel both shy and annoyed.

But then she remembered that Qi Sheng had already visited Du Xinxin’s and Pan Yinuo’s families.

’If he doesn’t come to my house, how am I supposed to bicker with Du Xinxin in the future?’

To win this battle of pride, Tao Siyao went above and beyond.

When Tao Siyao saw Qi Sheng’s face instantly darken, she couldn’t help but smile even more happily.

But very soon, she wasn’t smiling anymore.

Who could blame Qi Sheng for turning shame into courage?

While the two of them were having their fun in the villa, poor Zhou Meng, Du Xinxin, and the others were left waiting for the taste testing.

”It’s all that woman Tao Siyao’s fault. She must have seduced honey.”

Without a second thought, Du Xinxin immediately shifted the blame to Tao Siyao.

”Well, we’re not that hungry anyway, and it’s been a long time since honey and Yaoyao have seen each other.”

Pan Yinuo, having the gentlest personality, spoke up for Tao Siyao.

”They’re finally here!”

Du Xinxin’s eyes suddenly lit up as she saw the two who had finally made their appearance.

The tall and handsome Qi Sheng had his arm around the tall and stunning Tao Siyao.

Like a perfectly matched golden couple, they looked incredible together.

’That woman really knows how to show off. She even redid her makeup.’

Du Xinxin mumbled under her breath, but was the first to rush over.

”Honey, I’m starving~”

”President Zhou, we can begin the taste testing now.”

Qi Sheng dotingly pinched the girl’s soft cheek, then nodded at the respectfully bowed Zhou Meng.

”Yes, sir. I’ll inform Chef Huang right away.”

Zhou Meng breathed a sigh of relief and quickly left the private room, this den of drama.

”So cheesy.”

Tao Siyao waited for Zhou Meng to leave before curling her lip in disdain.

”None of your business. At least I’m not a hussy like you, begging honey for it so many times.”

Du Xinxin and Tao Siyao started their habitual bickering; both were masters of verbal combat.

”Hmph. That’s because honey likes me.”

Tao Siyao raised her delicate neck with a smug look, like a proud peacock.

”Tch. Honey likes me the most, then Nuonuo, and you’re last. Stop being so narcissistic.”

Du Xinxin sat on Qi Sheng’s left leg and waved at Pan Yinuo, who was silently spectating.

”Nuonuo, come here.”

”Oh, okay.”

Pan Yinuo subconsciously walked over and was then pulled onto Qi Sheng’s right leg.

”See?”

Du Xinxin gloated, loving the sight of Tao Siyao getting all flustered.

”Heh, as long as you’re happy.”

Tao Siyao fiddled with her phone, completely unbothered.

’If she had just seen Qi Sheng, maybe she would have been jealous.’

’But right now, she was already stuffed.’

She didn’t even have much of an appetite for dinner.

’Who could blame him? Qi Sheng was so bad, forcing her to drink ’expired yogurt.’ Even though she had rinsed her mouth repeatedly before coming out, she still felt like there was a strange taste. Otherwise, she would have been right by Qi Sheng’s side long ago, confronting Du Xinxin head-on.’
