After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1180: Chapter 1184: What, Lost Your Nerve Now?

”3!”

Leng Zirui casually spat out a number, starting the countdown.

Xu Xia yawned, turning to walk towards her car.

”2!”

Leng Zirui counted another number.

Xu Xia pretended not to hear, ”So sleepy, I definitely need to get a good sleep when I get home.”

”1!”

Leng Zirui announced the final number.

Xu Xia lifted her purse, preparing to take out her car keys from inside.

Behind her, footsteps hurriedly approached, and in the next second, Leng Zirui was in front of her, grabbing her arm.

Xu Xia was pulled around by him, and looking at his face in front of her, her heart tightened.

This bastard, is he seriously thinking of taking the keys?!

Leng Zirui noticed her thoughts and chuckled lightly, raising his right hand, reaching towards her chest.

Xu Xia instinctively raised her hand to cover her chest, ”What are you doing?”

”Aren’t you telling me to help myself?!” Leng Zirui looked at her face with a mischievous smile, ”What, getting cold feet now?”

Xu Xia gritted her teeth, moved her hand away from her chest, and arrogantly puffed out her chest towards him, ”Fine, go ahead, take it!”

Leng Zirui leaned closer to her face with a smile. Looking at his enlarged handsome face, Xu Xia squinted her eyes in confusion.

A sudden tightness at her waist, as both his hands came over.

This guy, what is he up to?!

Before she could react, she suddenly felt weightless, light flashing before her eyes. In the next moment, Leng Zirui had spun her 180 degrees in the air by her waist.

”Ah!” Xu Xia screamed instinctively, stretching out her hands to brace against the ground, ”Bastard, what are you doing!”

Leng Zirui ignored her, just holding her waist, shaking her like a sack.

Thud!

The car keys that Xu Xia had tucked in her bra instantly jumped out from her collar, landing on the ground.

Propping her long legs against the car, Leng Zirui squatted down, tilting his head to look at her, tapping her face lightly with a wicked grin, ”Good arm strength, lacking a bit in the pectoral muscles; you should do chest exercises when you have time.”

Xu Xia gritted her teeth, noticing the keys near her hand. She reached out to grab them.

She missed the keys, as she could not support herself with just one arm. Her body, leaning against the car, slipped down immediately, her head about to hit the ground.

”Careful!”

Leng Zirui exclaimed urgently, spreading his arms swiftly, lying back to catch her falling body in his embrace.

Xu Xia, feeling out of balance, fell directly onto his body, initially thinking she was bound to get hurt, but unexpectedly, beneath her was not the hard ground but a body that, although not soft, was at least flexible.

Coincidentally, her head landed right in Leng Zirui’s neck.

This fall turned out to be startling but harmless.

Xu Xia opened her eyes in a fright, seeing a slightly open collar, revealing skin as white as porcelain but with a firm texture.

Feeling the softness pressing on his chest and the smooth touch of her skin on his neck, Leng Zirui raised an eyebrow slightly.

Women are women, no matter how thin, they always seem soft.

He tried to push himself up but failed, as Xu Xia’s arms were still tightly wrapped around him, making it impossible for him to move.

This girl, she must have been really scared!

Leng Zirui smiled gently, ”Sorry, I didn’t expect your balance to be so poor.”

Is this even an apology?!

Xu Xia lifted her face with displeasure and questioned, ”I nearly got killed by you, and you say my balance is bad?!”

The fall truly scared her, her heart was still pounding, and her face was pale.
