After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1159: Chapter 1163: My Dear Nephew Still Cares About Me

Leng Zimo is great — tall and handsome, very gentle with mom, and cooks delicious meals. But thinking about how he used to treat mom, the little guy still has a hard time accepting it.

”Xiao Qian.” Leng Zimo walked over, arranging freshly sliced cucumber on the plate in a bamboo pattern before pushing the plate in front of Luo Jun, ”Alright, time to eat!”

This time, Luo Jun didn’t refuse; he immediately grabbed his spoon and began eating heartily without any reservation.

In fact, the little guy has already accepted Leng Zimo in his heart, but his pride, similar to Leng Zimo’s, prevents him from easily calling him ”dad.”

Luo Xiaoqian looked at Leng Zimo with some guilt, ”It’s my fault for indulging his personality too much!”

Leng Zimo smiled and shook his head, softly wrapping his arms around her waist, ”You’ve raised him well. Take it slow, don’t force him!”

Watching Luo Jun eat, Leng Zimo’s gaze was warm and accommodating.

Seeing the little guy in front of him, it was like seeing himself as a child. Luo Jun was almost as stubborn and persistent as he was back then.

He owed these mother and son four years. It’s only right that the child holds a grudge against him. From now on, he needs to make up for it thoroughly. He believes that one day, Luo Jun will call him dad on his own.

”Ahem!” Leng Zirui lightly coughed, walking into the dining room. Ignoring Leng Zimo’s furrowed brows, he cheerfully sat beside Luo Jun, ”Mo Mo, how are you?”

”Hmm!” Luo Jun looked up, immediately using his spoon to scoop some rice and bring it to his mouth, ”Try it!”

Leng Zirui opened his mouth and ate the rice from his spoon, not forgetting to throw a picky glance at Leng Zimo, ”My dear nephew knows how to take care of me.”

”The food Leng Zimo makes is really delicious.” Luo Jun said.

Leng Zirui’s gaze fell on Leng Zimo, who straightened his back and gave a proud look.

”Mo Mo,” Leng Zirui withdrew his gaze, ”After school today, stay over at grandpa’s house. Tomorrow’s the weekend, and Uncle will take you on a helicopter ride, then you can watch Uncle fly the helicopter, how about it?!”

”Really?” Luo Jun immediately nodded excitedly, ”Okay!”

”Then let’s make a pinky promise!”

Leng Zimo stretched out his little finger to the little guy, and Luo Jun immediately reached out his small hand, hooking his finger with his and making a point of sealing it with a thumbprint.

”Uncle Zirui, men must keep their word.” After making the promise, Luo Jun reminded him.

”For sure!” Leng Zirui stood up, ”See you tonight then!”

”Hmm!” The little guy nodded, then waved at him, ”Goodbye, Uncle Zimo.”

”Despicable!” Nearby, Leng Zimo muttered under his breath.

Leng Zirui’s tactic was clearly to indirectly achieve his goal.

If Luo Jun stays, Luo Xiaoqian naturally has to stay too, and he certainly couldn’t leave alone.

”I’m talking to my dear nephew, what’s it got to do with you?!” Leng Zirui chuckled softly, waved at the little guy, and turned around to leave.

”Zirui is also thinking about Mo Mo’s safety.” Luo Xiaoqian said smiling, holding onto his arm, ”I also like staying here. It’s lively with so many people around. It used to be just Mo Mo and me, too lonely, and besides, Mo Mo likes it here too.”

How could he not understand her thoughts?

He also knew that Leng Zirui deliberately wanted them to stay here for their safety. Although he was upset about the Tang Ming situation, he wouldn’t lose his mind over it.
