Chapter 272: Chapter 272 Old Tricks

”Come, Yazi, take a seat!”

Kameda Isao, very gentlemanly, helped Kimura Yazi to pull out a chair. However, she chose to sit next to Xiao Yifeng, making Kameda Isao’s expression quite gloomy.

”How about a drink, brother?”

”Keiko, you should sit and eat, too!”

Kameda Isao’s gaze was on Keiko as he spoke.

”Sister Keiko, let’s eat together.”

Kimura Yazi spoke as well, and only then did Keiko sit down beside her.

”Come, let’s all have a drink together, shall we?”

At this point, Kameda Isao took a seat, picked up the glass in front of him, and looked at the three of them.

In front of Xiao Yifeng and the others, each had a glass with liquor inside. However, the glass in front of Kimura Yazi was filled with a soft drink.

Xiao Yifeng lifted his glass and gently sniffed it near his nose, revealing a playful smile as he looked at Kameda Isao.

Feeling Xiao Yifeng’s gaze sweeping over him, Kameda Isao couldn’t explain why, but his heart trembled, though his face remained calm.

”Come, bottoms up!”

Kameda Isao said directly, downing the liquor in his glass in one go. Xiao Yifeng, Kimura Yazi, and Keiko all lifted their glasses and drank.

Watching the three of them drink the contents of their glasses, a glint of malicious pleasure flashed in Kameda Isao’s eyes.

In less than a few seconds, Kimura Yazi began to feel dizzy first.

”Why is my head so dizzy!”

Kimura Yazi muttered, her head swaying before she slumped onto the table.

”You...”

Keiko’s complexion changed immediately, her eyes full of anger as she glared at Kameda Isao. In less than a second, she too collapsed onto the table.

At this moment, Xiao Yifeng also fell over onto the table, and all three of them were knocked out.

”Hahaha!”

Watching this scene unfold, Kameda Isao let out a sinister laugh, his eyes shimmering with treachery.

Clearly, the drink and liquor the three of them had been given were all spiked with a sleeping drug, and all of it was arranged by Kameda Isao, whose goal was to possess Kimura Yazi.

Even the reason he had followed Kimura Yazi to China was to secure this beauty, all because of her extraordinary background.

”Kimura Yazi, after today you will become my woman, Kameda Isao, and then the entire Black Dragon Club will be mine!”

Kameda Isao revealed an excited smile, seemingly very pleased.

Kimura Yazi is the only daughter of the leader of Japan’s underground world’s largest organization, the Black Dragon Club. Kameda Isao is the son of the Black Dragon Club’s Baihu Vice President, Kamedayaguchi.

Father and son had long aspired to take control of the entire Black Dragon Club. Therefore, Kameda Isao had been pursuing Kimura Yazi, intending to capture her and, by doing so, take control of the entire Black Dragon Club. However, Kimura Yazi had always loathed him and showed no willingness to engage with him.

Kameda Isao had wanted to force himself on Kimura Yazi several times and then take control of her, but he was afraid of being discovered by her father and had not been able to take action.

This time, with Kimura Yazi coming to China, Kamedayaguchi and Kameda Isao saw it as a great opportunity. Kameda Isao made the trip to China with the particular intent of capturing Kimura Yazi and then taking the chance to control her, ultimately achieving his goal of dominating the entire Black Dragon Club.

”Is everything ready?”

Kameda Isao asked the bodyguard beside him, who pulled out a small bottle of a drug.

”Very good,” Kameda Isao said, his lips curling into an evil smile as he cast his gaze towards Xiao Yifeng.

”Kid, you brought this on yourself by walking into a death trap. Since that’s the case, don’t blame me.”

”Take him out and finish him off!” Kameda Isao ordered coldly as he looked at Xiao Yifeng.

Two bodyguards immediately approached Xiao Yifeng, but at that moment, Xiao, who had been slumped over the table, suddenly sat up, startling Kameda Isao and his few bodyguards.

”You... how is this possible?” Kameda Isao’s eyes widened as he looked at Xiao Yifeng.

”Wondering how I wasn’t knocked out?” Xiao Yifeng smiled at Kameda Isao.

”Kid, it seems I underestimated you!” Kameda Isao’s face darkened as he said coldly.

”I, on the other hand, overestimated you. It seems all you men from Japan know how to deal with women is to drug them. Can’t you come up with something original?” Xiao Yifeng said, his face expressing boredom.

Last time it was Shijing Ichiro who did this, and now it’s Kameda Isao. Same old tricks!

”Boy, I’ll show you what’s fresh!”

Kameda Isao snorted coldly and waved his hand, prompting the two bodyguards to lunge at Xiao Yifeng.

Bang! Bang!

However, before the two men could even touch Xiao Yifeng, he blasted them away with two punches.

”Everyone, attack!”

Seeing this, Kameda Isao yelled, and the elite members of the Black Dragon Club behind him all rushed out.

These men all possessed the strength of the Great Perfection Stage of Dark Energy, including two experts at the Middle Stage of the Transformative Energy Stage, who were absolute masters in the secular world.

These were elites handpicked by Kameda Isao’s father from the Black Dragon Club to protect Kameda Isao.

However, these formidable masters seemed like garbage when facing Xiao Yifeng; they couldn’t withstand a single move from him and were all laid out on the ground.

Seeing Xiao Yifeng instantly knock down all his skilled bodyguards, Kameda Isao’s face turned extremely ugly, his eyes filled with shock.

One must know that his bodyguards were top martial artists within the Black Dragon Club, each capable of taking on hundreds of attackers alone, personally selected elites for him by his father. How could they become so vulnerable so suddenly?

At that moment, Xiao Yifeng was holding a Silver Needle and swiftly punctured Kimura Yaziko and Sister Keiko, who quickly regained consciousness.

”What happened to me? Why did I pass out all of a sudden?”

Kimura Yaziko woke up, looking confused.

”Kameda Isao!”

Sister Keiko, however, realized what had happened, understanding that she’d been drugged. Her eyes narrowed as she fixed her gaze on Kameda Isao, emitting a cold aura--her strength revealed to be at the Late Stage of Transformative Energy. No wonder she was able to be Kimura Yaziko’s personal bodyguard.

And Keiko clearly knew that all this was Kameda Isao’s doing.

”Yazi, the drinks you had were drugged by this guy!” Xiao Yifeng said blandly.

”What?”

As Kimura Yaziko processed this, although naive, she knew the implications of being drugged and glared at Kameda Isao with anger.

”Kameda Isao, why did you drug us? What are you trying to achieve?”

At this moment, Kameda Isao’s face looked as if he had eaten something foul; his plan had not only failed to come to fruition, but it had also been exposed, making Kimura Yaziko aware of it.

If this were to reach the ears of his father, the President of the Black Dragon Club, he would be in real trouble.

”Yazi, this really has nothing to do with me, I truly didn’t know there was a drug in there, you have to believe me!”

Kameda Isao rushed to explain, adamantly denying any involvement with the drug, knowing it would be the end of him if he admitted it.

”If not you, then who else could have done it?”

Kimura Yaziko, being very naive, started to doubt her certainty after Kameda Isao’s words.
