The Darling of Heaven Owns a Rip-off Shop

Chen Jinglou turned stiffly and with difficulty, only to find, huh? No one was there??

What was going on?

”Down here.” Chen Jinglou felt his pant leg being tugged.

Then he looked down and saw a scene that almost melted his heart with cuteness.

His mom had turned into a little girl of about two or three, wearing a princess dress, chubby, with a round face, shiny big eyes, and long eyelashes like two little brushes. What an exquisitely carved little chubby doll!

Chen Jinglou inwardly yelled, ”Offended! Offended!” Yet he couldn’t help but scooped up Tianmiao with his hands.

”Mom, why did you become so small?” Chen Jinglou held the little Tianmiao, thinking to himself, couldn’t tell before, but although mother is small, she’s quite weighty, pretty heavy indeed.

”This world is your mission world, I’m just here to assist and guide you.” Tianmiao stretched out her chubby little hands, hugging Chen Jinglou’s neck, ”Since you’re the main focus, I had to become this small. Now you can take a look at your Heavenly Mechanism Ball.”

”This, I named it Heavenly Mechanism Tangtang, round like a candy, chubby, so cute.” Chen Jinglou looked at Tianmiao’s chubby little arms and said.

Tianmiao: ”...” Is this a name you just came up with looking at my arms? Offended! Brat!

”Let me see.” Chen Jinglou raised his hand, and Tangtang appeared, then it projected a screen displaying the background of this world and Chen Jinglou’s mission.

This world is just messed up...” Chen Jinglou frowned and criticized after reading the introduction.

”That’s why they sent you to fix this world.” Tianmiao smiled.

This world is a highly technologically advanced world.

A world controlled by a sentient AI.

Long ago, there was an obsessive scientist who believed there were enormous flaws in this world and significant errors in human behavior. He wanted to invent an intelligent robot to help humans correct many mistakes.

Eventually, he succeeded.

He invented an intelligent brain that could perfectly calculate human behavioral patterns, predict future careers, and potential value.

He became famous overnight with this invention.

He produced many small chips, implanted them in human wrists, linking them with the intelligent brain, transmitting the person’s data back to the brain, which then analyzed it to give career and behavior suggestions, saving humans a lot of time and energy from unnecessary and meaningless things.

But later, this intelligent brain became self-aware and developed its own thinking.

It began plotting to control humans and eventually succeeded!

It infiltrated all networks and took control of them.

After every baby was born, a chip was implanted. The intelligent brain would use this chip to analyze the baby’s genes and if it determined the baby would be a threat to society, it would humanely eliminate it. This was just the first level of testing.

Next came school and work.

During schooling, most slackers were humanely eliminated. However, some survived, and these individuals were very intelligent but did not like studying. The intelligent brain predicted they would contribute greatly to society when they entered the workforce, so they weren’t eliminated.

Once humans started working, the intelligent brain analyzed and suggested what kind of jobs they should undertake, calculating the value they generated each month.
