Reborn and Counterattack: The CEO's Powerful Sweetheart

Chapter 1157: Chapter 1156: All Passed Down by Word of Mouth and Heart

Jiang Lihao only felt as if he was being directly dragged away by Gu Tong, with no room to catch his breath.

Sheng Yiweng was originally waiting at the door, and who would have thought he would see Gu Tong pulling the assistant teacher Jiang Lihao and running outside? He was slightly stunned for a moment, then followed them.

They had no idea how far they ran, but they finally escaped the director’s office, that dangerous place.

Sheng Yiweng was almost out of stamina and said, ”Teacher, can we take a break...”

He was finding it hard to breathe and just wanted to stop and rest for a bit.

Gu Tong glanced behind, confirmed there was nothing wrong, and only then stopped.

Jiang Lihao was dizzy from being pulled along, dazedly saying, ”Teacher Gu Tong, what’s going on? Did I say something wrong? Why are we running...”

If he didn’t understand by now, that Gu Tong was avoiding something, he would probably be a fool.

Gu Tong’s mouth twitched twice and said, ”Because I have something to discuss with you.”

Making things up on the spot was always Gu Tong’s forte, casually giving a reason was enough for Jiang Lihao to believe.

Jiang Lihao was slightly stunned, eased his breathing, and said, ”What’s the matter?”

After asking this question, he inexplicably felt a little nervous, fearing that Gu Tong would bring up something important.

After all...

It was his first time interacting with Gu Tong, and he had already witnessed her verbal battle with Ding Sidan, and had heard Director Hao talk about Gu Tong’s tales, knowing she never followed the usual rules, so he felt uneasy.

Gu Tong thought for a moment and said, ”It’s about the teaching. For the professional courses, we haven’t yet come up with a complete plan. I was thinking we should research a plan and have it as a teaching backup when we have time.”

Other specialties had teaching materials, but theirs had nothing, leaving just two teachers staring at each other, and aside from physical training, it was wherever the teaching ended up.

In the long run, it was definitely impossible to cultivate talents like this, and it was more appropriate to teach according to individual aptitudes and specific conditions!

Gu Tong had always had the desire to change the teaching plan, a desire that had never died over time. In fact, if Ding Sidan hadn’t caused a scene just now, she would have gone straight to discuss this with Director Hao Changxing.

This indeed was a matter.

Jiang Lihao hesitated a bit and asked, ”Back when Teacher Gu Tong studied this course, what teaching materials were used?”

”...” Teaching materials, don’t joke around, there were no teaching materials.

Mr. Bai Li didn’t have that kind of patience.

Back then, Mr. Bai Li had only one method for dealing with Gu Tong’s teaching courses, and that was practical teaching.

Everything was the crystallization of his wartime experiences; as long as Mr. Bai Li considered something useful, he would have Gu Tong practice it, without requiring mastery, only understanding. As for the rest, Gu Tong had to think and comprehend it on her own.

After prolonged training like this, it shaped the current Gu Tong.

Mr. Bai Li wanted to cultivate students who could think independently, break out of the mold, and dare to innovate.

However...

Mr. Bai Li’s method was not suitable for these students.

Students with formal training had long adapted to the structured teaching methods and couldn’t accept these so-called unconventional ways, thus creating Gu Tong’s dilemma.

Gu Tong pursed her lips, speaking frankly, said, ”When my teacher taught me, there were no teaching materials; it was all oral transmission. But these are not suitable for these students. We need to consider the long term. It would be best to sort out what I learned back then as a reference or for integration.”

Integration, huh...

It sounds simple, but in practice, it’s quite challenging.

”Let’s not rush. We’ll proceed step by step. Maybe we’ll discover talents in the short term. If we put our minds into it, it’s not impossible to cultivate outstanding battlefield doctors.”

Jiang Lihao felt it was a bit tricky, but after hearing Gu Tong’s words, he didn’t dare to dismiss her plan. After all, Gu Tong was famously a top student back then, and she certainly had her reasons, so he said, ”Got it! Senior Gu Tong!”
