The Beautiful CEO's Personal Mad Doctor

Chapter 547: Chapter 547: Take This Jinx and Leave Our He Family Immediately

He Zhixuan didn’t understand. For Cheng Yuan’s sake, she had already broken ties with the He Family and been cast out.

Why did Cheng Yuan insist on staying in this place that brought her so much humiliation?

”Why aren’t we leaving? Do you want to stay here and be ridiculed?”

Cheng Yuan gently tapped He Zhixuan’s small, pouting nose. He slowly raised a hand and pointed at Pei Yuanbin, his tone icy.

”I haven’t dealt with Pei Yuanbin yet. Today, I’m going to get some serious payback for you.”

Pei Yuanbin’s heart seized in his chest.

His heart clenched violently!

If he had known he would run into Cheng Yuan at the He Family’s home, he wouldn’t have dared to come, not even if you gave him a hundred times the courage.

Pei Yuanbin was scared to death, but he couldn’t let it show on his face. He said in a low voice, ”Mr. Cheng, I’ve already broken off the engagement with Zhixuan! Don’t push me too far! Even a cornered rabbit will bite!”

Hearing this, the members of the He Family became even more certain of their judgment.

’It’s all because of this damn ex-con that President Pei broke off the engagement with Zhixuan!’

He Guosheng stepped forward, pointed at Cheng Yuan’s nose, and began to curse him out. ”You stinking ex-con, what right do you have to act so outrageously in our He Family’s home? Get the hell out, now! Otherwise, I won’t be so polite!”

Cheng Yuan’s gaze darkened. He said coldly, ”If you weren’t Zhixuan’s uncle, you’d be a dead man right now. Step aside. Once I’m done with Pei Yuanbin, I’ll leave.”

Of course, He Guosheng wouldn’t move. He had staked the entire fortune and future of the He Group on the Lingxi Health Beverage.

Pei Yuanbin absolutely could not be harmed!

Especially not in their He Family home!

Otherwise, the agency rights would be completely lost!

He Guosheng stared at Cheng Yuan without backing down. ”Kid, we live in a society ruled by law! Believe it or not, I can make one phone call and have you sent right back to prison! Scram! Or I’m making that call!”

”Go ahead and try!”

Cheng Yuan shoved He Guosheng aside and strode toward Pei Yuanbin.

Pei Yuanbin’s face changed drastically. He threatened, ”Cheng Yuan! You can’t touch me! The Pei Group just became an agent for the Duan Conglomerate! If you lay a hand on me, Prince Duan will never let you off!”

Cheng Yuan grinned. ”Pei Yuanbin, you’re scaring me to death! I’m so afraid! I even dared to cripple Zheng Longxiang, and you’re trying to scare me with Prince Duan? Are you really that stupid, or are you just plain stupid?”

SMACK!

Cheng Yuan slapped Pei Yuanbin hard across the face.

”This slap is for harassing Zhixuan!”

SMACK!

Cheng Yuan followed up with a backhand slap.

”This slap is for drugging Zhixuan!”

SMACK!

Cheng Yuan delivered another slap.

”And this one is for provoking me!”

After three slaps, Pei Yuanbin’s face had swollen up like a pig’s head, and seven or eight of his teeth had been knocked out.

The members of the He Family were stunned. ’This ex-con actually dares to hit him?’

’Does he want to rot in jail for life?’

He Zhixuan’s face was flushed with excitement. She pumped her small fists. ”You showed him, Cheng Yuan!”

Pei Yuanbin was furious. He pointed at Cheng Yuan’s nose and cursed, ”You bastard Cheng, you dare to hit me! I’ll make sure you rot in jail for life!”

As he spoke, Pei Yuanbin pulled out his phone, making a show of calling the police.

Cheng Yuan snorted, grabbed Pei Yuanbin by the throat with one hand, and with a slight exertion of force, lifted him straight off the ground.

Pei Yuanbin’s face turned beet red, and his phone fell to the floor.

Pei Yuanbin frantically clawed at Cheng Yuan’s hand, trying to pry his fingers open.

But the more he struggled, the tighter Cheng Yuan’s grip became, until he could barely breathe.

Pei Yuanbin knew his resistance was futile and quickly gave in. ”I was wrong! It was all my fault! Mr. Cheng, I beg you, spare my life! I’ll give you any amount of money you want!!”

Money?

Cheng Yuan snorted coldly. ”You think I need your stinking money? A piece of scum like you has no right to keep living in this world!”

Cheng Yuan tightened his grip slightly. Pei Yuanbin’s vision began to blacken, and his consciousness started to fade.

Pei Yuanbin cursed furiously, ”Cheng Yuan! You crippled President Zheng! Prince Duan will never let you go! He’ll grind your bones to dust! He’ll make sure you never reincar—”

Before he could finish, Pei Yuanbin passed out from lack of oxygen. His whole body went limp.

THUD. Cheng Yuan tossed Pei Yuanbin to the floor.

This scene terrified the members of the He Family.

”He killed someone! The ex-con killed someone!”

”Call the police! Hurry, call the police!!”

”Zhixuan, look at the kind of person you’ve gotten involved with!”

...

He Zhixuan was also extremely nervous. ’How could Cheng Yuan be so reckless?’

’Didn’t he just say he was going to teach Pei Yuanbin a lesson?’

’How did he end up killing him?’

He Zhixuan rushed forward, grabbed Cheng Yuan’s arm, and said anxiously, ”Cheng Yuan, you were too impulsive! How could you kill Pei Yuanbin? We have to leave the country right now! And never come back!”

He Guosheng quickly led the other members of the He Family to block their path.

”You think you can just run after killing someone? You’re not going anywhere! Don’t even think about dragging our He Family into your mess!”

He Zhixuan was frantic. ”Uncle, for the sake of the He Family blood that runs in my veins, please let us leave!”

”In your dreams! If you leave, how will the He Family clear its name?”

He Zhixuan wanted to explain further, but Cheng Yuan, who was beside her, stopped her.

Cheng Yuan was always so careful; how could he kill Pei Yuanbin in public? Even if he wanted to kill him, he’d do it behind the scenes, or set things up so Pei Yuanbin would die after some time had passed.

”Zhixuan, don’t panic. Pei Yuanbin just fainted from lack of oxygen. He’ll wake up in a bit.”

He Zhixuan breathed a small sigh of relief.

The members of the He Family also breathed a slight sigh of relief.

But soon, they grew tense once again.

’What did Cheng Yuan and Pei Yuanbin say just now?’

’Cheng Yuan crippled Zheng Longxiang?’

’That’s the president of the Duan Conglomerate!’

’Rumor has it that Zheng Longxiang is Prince Duan’s favorite illegitimate son!’

’This ex-con is an absolute walking disaster!’

He Guosheng was incredibly relieved. It was a good thing he had already cast He Zhixuan out of the He Family. Otherwise, there would be no way to explain this to Prince Duan!

He Guosheng shouted, ”He Zhixuan, take this walking disaster and get him out of our family’s home! And never come back!”

He Zhixuan’s gaze swept across the He Family villa, full of reluctance. She had grown up here, and the thought of leaving so suddenly was unsettling. She didn’t want to go.

She was especially reluctant to leave her grandmother.

Seeing that He Zhixuan was on the verge of tears, Cheng Yuan comforted her softly, ”Zhixuan, if you don’t want to leave, no one can force you out of the He Family! And if you want, I can even make you the Patriarch of the He Family!”

PFFT!

Cheng Yuan’s words made He Zhixuan laugh.

’Cheng Yuan is great in every way, except he brags way too much.’

’And he doesn’t care about the time or place!’

’Saying something like that now... people would just laugh their heads off, wouldn’t they?’

Just as He Zhixuan thought, the members of the He Family burst out laughing.

”Hahaha! What did that ex-con just say? He can make Zhixuan the Patriarch of the He Family?”

”Hahaha! That’s hilarious! This ex-con really thinks he’s somebody! If he were so amazing, why did he end up in prison back then?”

”My God! What did I just hear? This ex-con thinks he can call the shots for our He Family? That’s the biggest load of crap I’ve ever heard! He didn’t win over Zhixuan just by bragging, did he?”
