Beastmaster of the Ages

Wudi commanded hundreds of billions of flameyellow fiends to advance like a pink tidal wave, crashing straight into the astralguard formation. The tens of billions of wildbeasts that had been battering the sealing barrier were instantly scattered.

While Flameyellow cosmic gods cheered in exhilaration, the ashura cosmic gods turned pale with despair.

“So this... is the flameyellow divinities...”

“A race this powerful... actually lost to our ancestors?”

“Just this star alone is a monstrous war machine!”

The ashuras’ cosmic gods, and especially the two princes and two imperial consorts leading them, wore grim expressions.

They looked up to see the sky completely blanketed by the endless flameyellow fiends, and their wildbeasts were torn apart. Flesh and organs rained down like a bloody storm, drenching the entire planet.

At that moment, Wudi and Uncle Tai Xu had already fused with the coffin. Wudi’s bronze body gleamed like metal as he descended above the ashuras’ forces, roaring with laughter. His booming laughter and towering form instantly shocked every cosmic god present.

Once, their Imperator Mo had stood at merely one hundred thousand meters, but this giant stood five times that! They immediately scattered in panic.

“They’re running already?” Wudi and Uncle Tai Xu exchanged glances, their grins threatening to split their faces. Tall people really were winners in life!

The fleeing cosmic gods could form no effective resistance, and were relentlessly hunted down.

Meanwhile, Zi Zhen arrived with the army with the mission to seize every inheritance and resource on the planet.

It didn’t take long before the two princes and two imperial consorts were surrounded and torn to pieces by the flameyellow fiends. The ashuras had always been weaker in combat, and stood no chance against Wudi and the fiends.

Wudi reveled in it. After enduring so much frustration, he could finally unleash himself freely against weaker foes.

Once, he had been the underdog before those princes and consorts. But now, he felt as if he had soared to greatness.

At last, when every wildbeast had been exterminated with extreme prejudice, Zi Zhen and Wudi withdrew beyond the range of the astralguard formation.

Ashur Imperius had fallen into chaos. Any organized resistance had already been crushed.

Amid the disorder, lances finally descended from Flameyellow Imperial Star! Now larger than Ashur Imperius itself, the assault seemed almost like bullying.

Each blazing spear pierced deep into the planet, reaching the very core of its nova source. Dark red and black energy was sucked up into the Sun, swirling within before Ji Ji stabilized it.

Millions of years ago, Ashur Imperius had once been part of Flameyellow, and today, that lost land was reclaimed.

“The ashuras are finished.” Countless cosmic gods on the Flameyellow Imperial Star watched the destruction unfold with heavy hearts. The vengeance they had long dreamed of had been made real under Li Tianming, surpassing even their wildest imaginings.

As the black-red planet was wholly consumed, its nova source, mountains, and rivers all contributed to the Flameyellow Imperial Star expanding to seven times the size of a standard imperial-class world.

With that growth came an explosion in power, and the number of flameyellow imperial fiends increased to a staggering trillion.

Wudi could hardly stop his grin. He now possessed the power to wipe out the former combined armies of the Eightpart Patheons by himself.

“Only Wondrium Imperius remains.” His gaze shifted to the very center of the universe.

The Flameyellow Divine Path opened.

A golden-black vortex appeared, setting the entire Flameyellow Imperial Star in motion likely for the final time in the near future.

Once the wonderians’ twin worlds were devoured, it would all be over.

Soon, the vortex manifested at the center of the cosmos, leading to a vantage point overlooking all creation where countless stars shone brilliantly.

This had once been the original position of the Flameyellow Imperial Star millions of years ago.

When it burst forth from the colossal vortex, its immense nova source disrupted the orbits of the twin Wondrium Imperius. Those two stars, locked in mutual orbit for millions of years, began to destabilize under the overwhelming force.

Their fusion formation faltered.

Unlike the ashuras, the wonderians now had no strength left to resist.

Their army had been annihilated and their imperator had been devoured. Those remaining were filled with despair, devoid of any will to fight.

“The end of the divine wonderians has come... we are finally free...”

“Our fate is either to be devoured by Tian Jiu... or by Flameyellow...”

“Tian Jiu! Tian Jiu! Let us return!”

Driven to the brink, the remaining cosmic gods became strangely devout, longing for Tian Jiu to absorb them and return them to their origin.

The Wondersky Fairy watched the fall of her people, filled with complicated emotions. Had she not surrendered early, she too would now be among those despairing figures.

And this was not merely the end of the wonderians.

The curtain had fallen on the era in which the Eightpart Pantheon ruled the universe.
