Beastmaster of the Ages

Neither Tianming nor Wudi would’ve expected such massive changes to the Flameyellow Coffin once the Sun returned to being imperial class. It greatly increased the size of the fused forms of Wudi and his lifebound beast.

”Jie Ba’s body was only 200 thousand meters tall back then, but your and Uncle Void’s bodies are 500 thousand meters tall!” Tianming’s eyes widened. In terms of size, Wudi absolutely trumped the Adjudicator!

”Wanna go for a round?” Wudi laughed and looked down on the tiny Tianming.

”You asked for it.” Tianming smirked. The two of them began to fight in the sky of the imperial-class Sun, sending waves of power spreading all across the area.

Tianming felt like he was facing as much pressure as he felt against the Heavenly Dao. Even though the power he received from the omnisentient threads wasn’t at its peak, he still didn’t expect Wudi to be able to fight him on even ground after fusing with the massive coffin.

”Hahaha! Tianming, did you think you were the only one with cheats?!” Wudi’s joyous laughter rumbled across the sky.

Tianming backed away and stopped. Seeing how impermeable Wudi’s current form was, he felt relieved. ”Not bad. Looks like I don’t have to babysit you anymore.”

Wudi widened his eyes and glared at him. ”Hey, stop with the slander. Since when did I need babysitting? I only asked for your help that one time!”

Tianming gave him a disdainful look for being so shameless. The two of them messed around for a little longer before Wudi exited the fused state and went on to talk about the other new features of the coffin.

”The Flameyellow Coffin can now produce an endless amount of Flameyellow Bloodsoul! Back then, that’s what we used to unlock the heavenly shackles from the flameyellow descendants, but it can now be used to strengthen anyone with the Flameyellow Bloodline, greatly increasing their talent!” Wudi boasted.

There used to be a limited amount of Flameyellow Bloodsoul. The Realm of Order was far too large and there were too many flameyellow descendants all across it. However, the Flameyellow Coffin seemed to have an endless sea of it, enough for all flameyellow descendants to get their fill, including the flameyellow voidkin!

”Let’s try it out,” Tianming said. They called Mushan Feng, Mushan Xue and the others over.

Feeling the bubbling Flameyellow Bloodsoul made Mushan Feng and Mushan Xue widen their eyes. This was a legacy of the bloodline and soul. It could increase one’s talent; even someone like Wudi benefited from it! Otherwise, he wouldn’t be able to reach his current heights.

The siblings were submerged entirely in the ocean-like Flameyellow Bloodsoul. As their ancestors had the bloodline of flameyellow divinities, both their talents in totemancy and beastmastery grew considerably.

Back then, Mushan Feng’s primordial starvore dragon was a 98-crest beast while his starcloud maplegrave totems had 98 folds. This was the kind of talent that made it possible for Mushan Feng to become an imperator that was much stronger than Imperator Yan or Imperator Cang.

After undergoing the talent baptism and letting Flameyellow Bloodsoul infuse into his body, both numbers went up by one, reaching a double ninety-nine! As for Mushan Xue, who used to have double ninety-six talent, it became a double ninety-seven. Both of them were as talented as imperatores from the Eightpart Pantheons. Mushan Feng’s double ninety-nine talent would allow him to far exceed those imperatores, putting him on par with the strongest Imperator Yin.

This was an absolute treasure that the ancestors had left for their future descendants. Using it, the flameyellow divinities would truly be able to grow to new heights as a people.

”Emperor, with all this Flameyellow Bloodsoul, the flameyellow divinities will be able to far surpass the Eightpart Pantheons in their prime!” Mushan Feng’s eyes were filled with excitement. Despite his solemn personality, he felt the urge to jump around with joy.

The flameyellow divinities were finally able to transform. Mushan Feng didn’t care so much about his own gains but rather the future of his people. Restoring all of them to their former glory had been the lifelong goal of every powerful elite flameyellow voidkin. Tianming’s appearance finally made that possible. Even if Tianming alone got stronger, it wouldn’t change much for the rest of them, but the Flameyellow Bloodsoul solved that very problem.

”Thank you, Emperor Tianming. You have fulfilled the age-long wish of our early ancestors,” Mushan Xue said, bowing deeply. She fully acknowledged Tianming’s achievements and began to worship him more than admire him. This emperor of theirs had created far too many miracles, from shattering the Eightpart Pantheons to restoring the Flameyellow to their rightful place.

Tianming smiled and said, ”All I know how to do is fight. I still need to count on all of you to manage the Realm of Order.”

Mushan Xue winked and said, ”No problem.”

After the siblings left to bring the good news to the others, Tianming and Wudi went deeper into the Flameyellow Coffin.

”Another interesting thing showed up. Since the Flameyellow Imperial Star returned to being imperial class, a door appeared in the Flameyellow Coffin. I still don’t know what’s beyond it,” Wudi said.

Tianming followed behind him. ”I guess we’ll see. It must be a treasure of some sort, right?”

The ancestors of the flameyellow divinities had left far too many things behind, yet they seemed to have far more than the Flameyellow Bloodsoul.

Soon, the two of them reached the bottom of the coffin and saw an ancient stone door. It exuded a heavy air of antiquity that enveloped the two of them. They quietly approached the massive door standing a million meters in height. There was no way it would open with just a simple push. Instead, Wudi used his bloodline to manipulate the coffin itself. Slowly, the stone door began to budge and open up!
