Chaos Devourer System: My Classless Ascension

Chapter 306: Chapter 304:”What... did you do?”

”Pfft....” The heavy silence that had gripped the entire hall was broken by my burst of laughter.

”Sorry... hahahaha... sorry... damn! What the fuck!! Hahahahahahahhahaa!” I tried.

I really did, but..

”He... he said... he said.. yes or no. FUCK!! Hahahahahahahaha... I’m dying!!!” I was already rolling on the floor before I knew it.

The voice. The face. The tone. The sheer entitlement in that statement was merking me in ways I didn’t even know was possible.

”Dan.. Dante.. sto.. stop! I’m trying to.. maintain a face here.” I could hear Clarissa’s strained voice as she tried to maintain her decorum in front of everyone.

Woosh!

I stood up, taking a deep breath, and then,

”Clarissa.” I called out in the most deadpan, serious voice I could muster, catching her attention,

”I’m tired of the games. I need to know. Will you marry me?

Yes.

Or.

No.”

.....

.....

”Pfffft..... hahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!” That did it. Her false composure crumbled instantly as we both collapsed onto each other in a helpless heap.

”Damn you, Dante! I’m trying to be professional here.” She wheezed .

”Hahahahahaha... Act normal for once.”

”You can’t blame me though... fuck!! This guy is just too funny, I couldn’t help it.” I wiped a tear from my eyes as I finally got hold of myself.

...

...

”Hmmm? Why’s everyone so quiet all of a sudden?” Feeling the oppressive quiet around me, I turned, only to find everyone looking at me, well, me and Clarissa, but most here seemed too terrified to look directly at her, so I became the scapegoat.

”You....” The haughty young master finally took his eyes away from Mira as he so gracefully decided to acknowledge my existence.

Yet before he could say another word,

”BASTARD!!!!!!!” The blue haired youth behind him yelled in pure rage.

”Hmm? Do I know you, little shit?” I took a step, appearing right before the blue haired fucker.

Of course I knew him, but why would I give him the privilege of knowing his insignificance still registered?

The Draken entourage stood stunned as my figure suddenly materialized right within their midst.

”What....”

”How did he....” Even the crimson armored man had turned to look at me.

Credit to them, they weren’t making any moves yet, whether it be from their confidence in their abilities or the belief that I wouldn’t do anything, I didn’t know.

”You fucking bastard!!! You dare ask me that?” The blue haired kid yelled.

”Of course I do, you don’t expect me to remember every no name pipsqueak out there now do you?” I asked, looking down at him,

”The poser there...” my finger pointed at Darius who was currently giving me the death glare, ”...I recall properly, because he’s probably the most arrogant and pompous simp I’ve ever met, but you?” my focus returned to the pipsqueak.. ”I have no idea who you are.”

”This.... bastard!!!” The utter disregard I was showing him had him gritting his teeth so hard I feared they would shatter.

The aura of a transformation rank expert started drifting out of him as blue scales covered his arms, a pair of dark blue draconian horns sprouting from his head as the air turned heavy.

”You... you embarrassed me during the enrollment ceremony, then you have the nerve to say you don’t remember? YOU DARE!!!” His aura flared violently as he let loose an explosive punch.

THUD!

The dull thud echoed like thunder within the sudden quiet.

”You....”

”Ahh... I remember now.”

CRACK!!!

”AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!”

”You’re the little bitch that couldn’t fight and couldn’t take a punch.”

Twist.

”AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!”

”The one whose only special power is my daddy is the patriarch. I remember your bitch ass now.”

RIIIIPPPPPP!!!!!

The sounds of tearing flesh filled the room as I tore the arm clean off, blood spraying like a fountain.

......

......

”YOU DARE!!!!!!!!”

Booooooommmm!!!!

The entire hall exploded as Darius finally snapped out of his shock, the aura of a Law Comprehension expert erupted outward in violent waves, the earth trembling from the mere release.

”Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Easy.” I said, instantly appearing right back beside Clarissa, the newly severed arm resting lazily on my shoulder like a new accessory.

”AHHHHHHHH!!!! HELP!!! Brother!! Help me!! It’s not healing!!! IT’S NOT HEALING!!!!!” The wailing sobs of the blue haired bitch sounded out even in the wake of Darius’ fury.

”Zebediah!”

The crimson armored man appeared beside the fallen youth, the vial of a thick green potion in his hand.

The moment the cork on the vial was taken off, a refreshing wave of energy blew through the air, rejuvenating everything.

”Young master Caelum, here.” Saying so, the man helped the blue haired wimp drink the potion.

I just watched on in amusement.

...

...

”It’s not working.” The grim voice of the armored man sounded out after moments went by with youth’s arm not showing any signs of regeneration.

”Here. Let me.” A woman walked out from the group of gathered Elowyn family members, as she approached the fallen youth.

”Oho! Now what’s this? Mother, I didn’t know you were a subordinate of the Drakens, even helping out without being asked.” Clarissa’s amused voice immediately brought attention to the happenings.

”Clarissa. Do not insinuate things, I’m merely helping out a guest, we cannot be seen as inhospitable.”

”Moreen, go ahead.” The old hag shrugged off Clarissa before giving the woman a nod of approval.

Seeing the way all clear, the woman knelt beside the writhing youth, a green glow covering her palms as she placed them on the bleeding stump.

My activated as Chaotic comprehension got to work.

”Oh? Now what’s this?” I couldn’t help but raise a brow at the stream of notifications flooding my view,

Intrigued, but knowing better than to prioritize it right now, I brushed the notifications aside, and just in time too, because,

”It’s not working.” The grim voice of the Elowyn woman immediately silenced everyone,

”Something... something is undoing his regeneration...”

The calm expressions the old woman and the armored man had on were wiped off immediately.

Even Claire, Mira’s mother turned serious.

”Big Brother!!!!!!!!” The terrified wail of the youth snapped them out of their stupor as they all turned towards the youth only to be stunned speechless,

”What....?”

”What is happening?”

The flesh around the severed shoulder suddenly began collapsing inward.

Then it spread.

Shoulder.

Chest.

Neck.

Like invisible hands were unmaking him from the wound outward.

”Moreen! Stop this!” The old hag yelled as she immediately appeared before the stunned Elowyn woman.

”Old matriarch.. I.. I can’t..”

”Move!” The old hag pushed the woman off, getting down herself as a green glow erupted from her hands, more intense than anything the other woman had, surrounding the body of the young man, intending to restore him, yet...

”The wound.. it isn’t rejecting Life...”

”...the body itself is collapsing.”

The youth’s body crumbled like a hollow shell under a weight it could no longer support.

Arms.

Legs.

Torso.

Everything collapsed inward, folding into nothingness until only his head remained. Just long enough for... ”BIG BROTHERRRRR!!!!” One last, terrified scream before his head joined the rest of his body.

A deafening silence engulfed the entire place as everyone just... watched.

Even Clarissa, whimsical as she was, had her expression turning solemn as she stared at the spot the young man had just been, the only thing left of him being the arm I was resting casually on my shoulder.

Slowly, robotically, the old hag took her eyes away from her hands, turning towards me as her mouth opened in pure dumbfounded shock,

”You... what did you do?”
