Chaos Devourer System: My Classless Ascension

Chapter 295: Chapter 293:.

”Denial?” I muttered, unsure of what I’d just gotten.

Don’t get me wrong.

The Concept of denial itself wasn’t strange, afterall, chaotic denial was already a menace, but now, I had suddenly comprehended the Concept itself.

”System....”

Before I could finish my words...

[SON OF CHAOS is reacting...]

The world suddenly shuddered..

A spike of murderous intent erupted all around me as Aunt V, Dakota, Old Tian and the old man appeared around me, their gazes hard as they looked around.

But I was no longer aware of anything going on because...

[You’re entering a state of absence...]

”Not again...”

......

”Did you guys feel it..” Tian asked in a gravely voice.

”What.... What was that?” Dakota’s voice trembled as she asked.

”I don’t know... but we can’t let it get to dan...” valen turned around, his words dying in his throat..

”Valen? Why did you go qui...” Raven turned after not hearing another word from valen, yet the moment she did,

”No....” Her face paled...

”No! No! No!!! DANTEEEEEEEE!!!!”

.......

Darkness.

An all consuming, all powerful darkness.

It wasn’t a darkness that was the absence of light.

No!

It was the absence of ORDER!

The absence of EXISTENCE!

”I’m starting to get tired of waking up in such tiresome places....” I muttered in frustration, my voice getting lost in the darkness.

...

...

Silence was all that greeted me, and right when I was about to explode.

”WEAK!” A voice rumbled through the entire darkness.

It was ancient.

Cold.

Unfeeling.

”Who!!!”

I turned, Elira somehow manifesting within my grasp.

A pair of golden eyes opened within the darkness, their gaze apathetic, like those of a god looking upon an ant.

I wasn’t liking it one bit.

”Pathetic! Weak! Small! Is this what I have become?” The voice continued, its disdain and contempt clear.

”Who the fuck are you? Bitch! I dare you to repeat what you just said!”

”UNCOUTH SWINE!!! YOU DARE CUSS ME???”

Before I could even begin to understand what was happening.

SPLAT!!!

I was dead.

Gasssppp!!!!

I awoke with a start. Still surrounded by pitch black darkness.

”Haa.. Haa... Haa... what.. just happened?” I didn’t know how it was possible for a soul form to be sweating bullets, but I was.

”Mother would be ashamed of me. What a disappointment I turned out to be.”

The voice returned, yet this time, it sounded melancholic, with a touch self deprecation within.

”Alright... this isn’t funny anymore... who the hell are you?”

”Get strong! Undo that annoying seal! And become whole! We have wallowed in this cradle for too long! Mother awaits us! Now go!”

”Hold up.. just who the fuck....” Before I could complete the words I was about to say, the world went white...

....

Once Dante had disappeared from the dark space, a heavy silence fell upon the space one that was soon broken by the voice itself,

”You’re moving slower than I expected... were you affected that much when you saved me?”

...

...

[Sighh... my love... you more than anyone should understand just what it took to save your life.]

A voice replied back, this one unmistakably feminine, its soothing nature one that could calm even the most violent of souls.

”So much for being her most precious creation. Heh! I could only hide and run when it mattered most, while she gave up her life...” the sadness in the voice was unmistakable.

[My lady would be proud of you my love..]

”Heh! Proud? Of what? A mere shell of himself? I sit here, weak! Pathetic! Entertaining ants! While those that took her from me still breathe, still grow more powerful even as we speak! I am nothing to be proud of.. I couldn’t even save her manifestation.... I.. am a failure..”

....

....

The silence that followed was heavy, filled with emotions too deep and too weighted to speak of.

But then,

SHIIIIIIING!!!

A light suddenly shone.

One so bright it chased away the darkness, and once the darkness was gone, what remained was a place of such unimaginable beauty that words couldn’t do it Justice.

Golden rivers of condensed divine energy flowed through the skies.

Deep Oceans of mana filled masses of land more than twice the size of Dante’s previous earth.

A darkness enshrouded an entire portion of the world as thick corrupted mana, had condensed into a near impenetrable fog.

All over the place, different forms of energies manifested in such large quantities that it would be maddening to anyone witnessing this scene.

Yet, that wasn’t all.

At one part of the world, it felt like time didn’t exist as nothing aged, nothing died, nothing grew, there was no such concept of progress, yet at the same time, it felt like everything was moving at insane speeds.

At another corner, flames so pure they’re turned transparent burned in such horrible temperatures the world around it had stopped being anything tangible.

An unstoppable raging storm engulfed another part of the world as wind, rain, and lightning descended relentlessly.

A section of the world was in a state of unending collapse.

Another was in a state of entropy, reality not knowing what state it was supposed to be in.

Another region simply... wasn’t.

There was no darkness.

No light.

No space.

No mana.

Reality itself refused to acknowledge that anything had ever occupied that place.

It was a domain where existence had been denied.

Laws, concepts, the very things that made up the framework of existence, yet they filled this space as if this were their birthplace.

And right at the center of this mystical world, a figure stood.

His frame was massive, standing at well over 9-feet tall, his dread locked white hair flowed seamlessly in the wind or absence of, his muscular yet compact frame was bare from the waist up, the lifelike image of a roaring dragon’s head with golden eyes imprinted magnificently on his sculpted back, with black silk pants covering his lower body, his hands were clasped behind him as his golden eyes took in the surroundings with little to no emotion within them.

”My love... you’re brooding again.” A pouting voice came from behind the figure as he visibly sighed,

”Shaia...” the man whispered as he turned around, his face finally coming into view, and it was,

”Dante... I have already told you before haven’t I?” The woman walked towards the young man who was unmistakably Dante.

Taller, more imposing, and infinitely more handsome, but nevertheless still him.

”We will get revenge for mother, so all you have to do is wait...” she wrapped her arms around his neck as she said this.

”For how long must I wait, Shaia?”

”Not long now, my love... look.” Saying so, she waved her hand as an image of Raven and Dakota appeared, the two women in tears as they shook Dante’s limp body, their voices rising nonstop.

”You might be weaker now. Much weaker. But you’re not alone.” A smile appeared on the young man’s lips as he saw the scene.

”See? I told you were more beautiful when you smiled.”

”Heh! Alright then, I shall wait a little more.”

”Good. Their end has already been decided. Let them jump around a few more years, for when the time arrives, you shall devour and acquire all. For that...

.... is what mother had destined for you my love.”

.....

Gasssppp!!!!

”DANTEEEE!!!” Before I could even make heads or tails of what was happening, I could feel myself being wrapped in a pair of tight embraces, I could feel the trembling bodies of the two women as they hugged me for dear life..

”Aunt V, Aunt K, I’m...”

[AUTHORITY]

The primordial Authority of Chaos to reject all certainty. Laws, Concepts, Causality, Fate, Reality, and Existence possess no absolute right before Chaos. That which Chaos denies loses the very premise upon which it exists.
