Chaos Devourer System: My Classless Ascension

Chapter 95: Chapter 94: First Kill...

The frozen shock on Micheal’s face was pure dopamine through my system..

This was what I couldn’t enjoy back at the city because I was focused on putting someone in his place, but now? I had no inhibitions..

As for my earlier claim about not wanting to draw the Calder family’s attention, barring the fact that I’d still be found out eventually, we were already bound to be enemies the moment they tried to steal Cara from me.

So right now I had nothing to lose, so, I let go of everything..

My frame expanded, reaching a towering 10ft tall, overshadowing Micheal, a raging flame aura being birthed around my figure, my eyes turned into flowing liquid flames, the temperature spiked..

A clash of auras erupted once more, heat vs heat, the sun vs the sun.

Yet, my aura, steadily advanced, Micheal’s aura slowly crumbled, his own sun being consumed by the ferocity of mine..

”Heh.. let’s see how good you are at dealing with your own powers...”

******

”That’s....impossible...”

Within the expansive throne room, Helios was currently standing, his expression one of pure shock..

”How’s that possible??” He asked once again, his composure, for the first time being broken..

The white haired old man, the one addressed as magister, currently had a very soured expression..

First, the display cut after dropping some very suggestive images, now, the young man at the very heart of that scandal had appeared before someone they were patronizing, using a power he had no business being familiar with..

It was of course going to be a shocking experience..

”Magister... who.. who is that boy?” The emperor finally asked..

Up until now, he still didn’t know just who this audacious young man was..

To dare get involved in their family’s affairs so openly, and now using something he shouldn’t, he needed to know just how the young man got his hands on their family’s signature ability and what exactly gave the young man such guts.

”Well, your majesty...”

*****

Back within the secret realm, Micheal finally snapped out of his stunned state, his expression hardened as he felt his aura losing out, he directed a hateful look toward me..

”How.. how can you use that ability?” He didn’t try to mask the shock in his voice..

”Heh.. what can I say? I’m a fast learner..” was my sarcastic reply...

He wasn’t having it, a flaming fist immediately tore straight toward me...

Thud!!!!

The dull thud sounding from the collision his fist made with my palm echoed through the silent clearing..

”That’s not how you throw a punch..” I smiled..glad to be the one delivering someone else a lecture

”This...” I raised my righ fist, clenched it tight, an audible boom sounding out..

”Is how you throw a punch..”

Cracccckkkkk!!!!

The sounds of bones shattering resounded through the area as Micheal was launched backwards...

I didn’t give him time to recover...

I caught up instantly, my mind and body being one with the very atmosphere..

Micheal, credit to him, had recovered from the attack, Solar empowerment boosting his regeneration..

It was all futile because...

Riiiiippppppppp

Following a nasty ripping sound, his arm was torn out completely from his body, I swung the limb powerfully, the attack landing on Micheal as his lower body exploded into gore...

His Solar Essence bloodline seemed to have more to it than just , as he once again regenerated from the damage, his bloodline kept him alive, just barely enough for hope to still linger within the recesses of his mind..

His body reformed a few meters from me, but I was already moving, within my right hand, a condensed ball of flames so hot it was twisting the very space around it..

I looked at Micheal, smiled and then,

”Collapsing Sun” i threw the ball at him..

Wooosh...

The flame sphere blasted outward with a menacing force, arriving swiftly before Micheal could get his bearings...

BOOOOOOOMMMMMMM!!!!

A massive explosion rocked the entire forest around us, the shockwaves tha followed blasting a number of ancient trees into three heaven..

I exhaled slowly, there was no way Micheal could’ve survived that...

At least that’s what I though until...

Booooom!!!!!!!!

A thunderous punch connected with my head in a bone shattering collision...

That seemed to answer my question..

I skidded back a few feet as my shocked gaze landed in Micheal..

There he stood, breath heav yet unharmed, it didn’t look like my flame had any effect at all..

”Interesting...” my shock turned into genuine interest..

It seemed either his bloodline or talent had a very useful effect...

I couldn’t help getting a little bit more excited, suddenly all the more eager to get that bloodline for myself..

Micheal, feeling renewed at the fact that he’d gotten a shot in pressed the charge, the resolute expression on his face showing he was planning something epic, I didn’t wait to find out..

I willed my other abilities active...

activating seamlessly as the sky overhead darkened, lightening, wind and rain raged within the sky..

My power surged from the raw strength pooling within me..

DESCEND!!!!

The death knight, Mormon, was a monster beyond any comprehension, so it was understandable that he’d be untouched..

But when pure hevanly lightening struck someone with no resistance or preparation, the damage becomes devastating...

A thick pillar sized lightning landed right in the skull of Micheal, a sharp current surging through his frame as he froze mid rush..

That was all the opportunity I needed, a storm blade manifested within my hands, the raging storm of rain wind and lightning a promise to the carnage about to be unleashed and to make things worse, I add a wisp of stellar flames into the mix...

And then...

Wooosh!!!!!!

A breathtaking swing of power and precision...

And then... Shiiing!!!!

Micheal froze completely, the raging flames within his eyes dying slowly as his shocked gaze never once left my face as I leveled him an even stare..

His body split cleanly into three different parts, his organs and bowels spilling freely...

Despite all I’d been through these past few days that felt like months, this would still be the first time I’d ever taken a life..

”My first kill....and yet....”

The expected nausea, the expected guilt, none of it surfaced...

Instead a calm settled within me, like something’s been finally satisfied...

Crack!!!....

....

”Alright then, let’s just how different it would be devouring a person than it was devouring beasts” I muttered as I stared at the mutilated corpse..

I wasn’t repulsed, I wasn’t grossed.. just... curious..

So, with child like curiosity, I placed my palm on Micheal’s body..

Devour....
