Rebirth in Another World as the Undead Queen

Blood Elf · Ranger Armor (Purple)

”Next, I just need to enchant this special material from my master...”

As Dogsius spoke, she controlled Celia’s body. Celia raised her hand, and a gentle golden light glowed in her palm.

”Holy attribute mana will only repel death attribute mana, so this makes things much easier.”

Dogsius said this, but despite her words, beads of sweat already formed on Celia’s forehead.

She guided the mana from the blood crystal into the leather armor with holy attribute mana, leaving only the final step for enchanting to begin!

Suddenly, Dogsius thought of something.

”By the way, master, would you like to create even stronger equipment?”

”What do you mean?”

”If you allow me to use a bit of magic mithril for the enchantment, the resulting equipment will be of even higher quality.”

”Hmm... go ahead, use this. Is this enough?”

Serea directly tossed her an entire chunk of magic mithril, making Dogsius exclaim in a hurry.

”That’s too much, master! For enchanting equipment, I only need a little bit.”

With Serea’s permission, Dogsius connected her holy attribute magic to the magic mithril.

Under Serea’s amazed gaze, Dogsius actually pulled out strands of silver wire from the entire block of magic mithril!

”!!!”

System: Magic mithril is a magical mineral—extremely sturdy, and possesses mana-conductive properties. An enchanter with powerful magical control can use mana to precisely manipulate and reshape magic mithril.

”Damn, Dogsius, how are you so awesome?”

”Uh... you flatter me, master. It’s just a little trick that isn’t worth mentioning.”

”...”

Under Serea’s curious stare, Dogsius pulled five strands of silver wire from the mithril block—each about half a meter long, and extremely thin.

So even after extracting five strands, the overall volume of the mithril block hardly decreased.

After extracting the mithril wire, Dogsius infused them with mana to keep them supple, then enchanted the wires onto the leather armor, especially forming a magic formation with the magic mithril around the blood crystal inset at the chest of the armor.

Tailor, armorer, enchanter, jeweler—

Normally, creating magic equipment would require multiple professions and complex processes, but Dogsius completed everything alone...

”Done!”

After carving out mana conduction lines, and using magic to melt and shape the blood crystal, securing it to the inside of the chest armor, the chest piece of a ’Blood Elf Ranger Armor’ was finally born.

Buzz!

Mana resonated, and the power within the blood crystal flowed throughout the equipment.

Augmented by the mana-conductive properties of the magic mithril, a flawless piece of leather armor was completed.

”Not bad, let me take a look!”

Serea spoke as she examined the armor’s properties up close.

Blood Elf Ranger Armor (Purple): Wearer takes 10% less damage; detection probability reduced by 20%. Comes with the skill ’Bloodstain’ (due to missing other equipment components, the effect and skill are proportionally weakened).

Bloodstain (Tier 2): When activated, the damage reduction effect of the armor is disabled, but agility is increased by 30%.

”Magical equipment! Even more powerful than magi-tech gear!”

Serea was very satisfied.

”To satisfy my master is the best outcome of all.”

Dogsius said respectfully.

”I’m satisfied, of course I am.”

Looking at the chest armor, Serea saw that it was constructed of a red leather outer shell and a white elven cloth lining, providing dual protection.

The design was both lightweight and focused on protecting vulnerable areas—very sensible!

”Since blood crystals are limited, for now I can only forge a single chest plate. If master can provide more materials, I can craft the other components as well.”

”Can this kind of equipment be mass-produced?”

”Uh... If there are enough materials, and if Celia is willing to supply mana, then yes, it’s possible.”

Dogsius said this. Upon hearing it, Serea glanced at Celia.

”Celia will definitely be willing to help, right?”

”...”

”It’s settled then!”

With that decided, Serea planned to use her current supply of magic mithril to forge a batch of magi-tech, or even magic, equipment to arm the entire elf tribe. If so...

Tsk tsk tsk, when teams of blood elf rangers go out all wearing this gear, won’t they be unstoppable!

”However, master could let the elves handle the armor-making, and leave the enchanting and insetting to me. That way, Celia won’t get so exhausted.”

”Alright, that’s what we’ll do.”

With that, Serea immediately summoned the armorer of the Darkmoon Elf clan, who was none other than Dorulu’s brother—Dolusam.

Previously, the elves had stockpiled a large quantity of leather from their hunts, and elven cloth could be produced in bulk from the elf-grown elven cotton; there was still plenty left in the village.

As for blood crystals, those could be obtained by hunting monsters in the jungle, so there was no need to worry about that.

With mass production of the ’Blood Elf Ranger Armor’ decided, Serea soon got busy.

Because the undead still posed a threat to the elven village, it was urgent to arm the settlement.

Building walls, forging equipment, hunting monsters, creating Blood Springs—these all had to be done simultaneously.

As for finding the ’source’ of the deathly power in the jungle, Serea would leave that to Little Black. Only by first finding the source and obtaining information about the enemy, could Serea plan her next step—this wasn’t urgent for now.

And so, the Darkmoon Clan’s elf village began quietly developing in the Corrupted Jungle.

......

Five days later.

Late autumn. The Corrupted Jungle was in its rainy season, and at this time, drizzle was falling from the sky.

”Aaaargh!”

Several zombies wandered through the jungle. When they saw the four-meter-high wooden wall up ahead, they let out howls full of hostility.

The wooden wall blocked their advance, leaving them pondering how best to destroy it.

Just then, as they drew closer, several piercing sounds split the air.

Swish, swish, swish!

Arrows rained down. Before the zombies could figure out what was happening, they were shot through the head and killed. On top of the wall stood the people who had taken them out.

”Nice job!”

Doluka praised, tossing a glance at ’Little White’.

The one called ’Little White’ was a skeletal archer with bone-white bones; he held a wooden bow and, watching the zombies fall, replied:

”Those who dare trespass on the Queen’s territory—only by dying once more can they atone for their offense.”

After confirming the enemies were dead, little White set down his bow, preparing to head out and retrieve the arrows.

”Um... Captain Little White, we still have plenty of arrows in storage. Let’s wait and collect them all together later.”

Doluka, worried that more zombies might appear, kindly reminded him. But Little White ignored her and jumped down from the wall to gather the arrows himself.

Why did he behave like this...?

Because this was the Queen’s teaching to him!

That’s right—Little White was once that silly, dumb skeleton archer. But now, he was no longer the same as before.

(To be continued...)
