Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Chapter 1500: Chapter 566: Romance atop White Cloud Mountain

Zhang Jingdong saw that Qi Siyuan was quick to play along with him, and he secretly gave her extra points.

Then he said, ”It’s very simple. If I guess correctly, each of you will owe me a punishment. If I guess wrong, I will owe each of you a punishment.”

”So, how about it, dare to bet?”

Qi Siyuan nodded directly: ”Sure, no problem. I really don’t believe you can accurately guess our weight just by feel.”

Zhang Jingdong smiled and then turned to Xu Nuo: ”What about you, classmate Xu Nuo?”

Compared to the lively and playful Qi Siyuan, Xu Nuo was a wise and cautious person.

So even though she was very shy about being taken advantage of by Zhang Jingdong just now, she still retained a bit of rationality.

Simply put, she felt that even though Zhang Jingdong seemed very casual when mentioning the punishment, she knew that not mentioning the specifics of the punishment was suspicious in itself.

However, in this situation, and with Qi Siyuan already agreeing so readily, if she didn’t agree, it would seem like she couldn’t handle it.

Knowing it might be a pitfall, she hesitated a bit before nodding: ”...Okay.”

Zhang Jingdong noticed her hesitation and felt she might have seen through his ploy, making him tense up.

Seeing her agree, he breathed a sigh of relief: ”Good, since you’ve agreed, I’ll weigh you now by hand. Once we come down the mountain, we can check if I guessed correctly.”

As he said this, he pretended to be serious, using his left hand to weigh Xu Nuo’s body, then after feigning some deliberation, he said, ”Classmate Xu Nuo, your current weight should be 48.3 kilograms.”

He then used his right hand to weigh Qi Siyuan’s body, feigned deliberation again, and finally said, ”Classmate Qi Siyuan, your current weight should be exactly 50 kilograms.”

Qi Siyuan was immediately a bit embarrassed and annoyed: ”This... this is impossible! My weight has never reached 50.”

Zhang Jingdong chuckled: ”Before coming to Guangzhou, it probably didn’t reach 50, but you weighed in at 49.5 the other day. These past few days, you’ve been in a good mood and eaten a lot of good food, so it’s bound to go up some.”

Saying this, he saw Qi Siyuan frown slightly and quickly added: ”But your figure isn’t meant to be too skinny; being a little more full-figured actually makes you more attractive.”

Seeing that Zhang Jingdong didn’t seem to be lying, Qi Siyuan’s expression lightened: ”Alright, but I still need to control my weight a bit. If it exceeds 50, I will go crazy!”

Zhang Jingdong shrugged: ”Alright, I’ve guessed your weights. Remember them, and once we get down the mountain and weigh you, don’t deny them!”

Qi Siyuan said sweetly: ”Don’t worry, we won’t deny it. But if you lose, you also can’t back out!”

Zhang Jingdong glanced at the distant Zhujiang River: ”Don’t worry, if I lose, no matter what you ask me to do, I won’t say no.”

Qi Siyuan blinked her adorable eyes: ”You said it, okay!”

She began thinking about what punishment to give Zhang Jingdong if they win.

To her, even though Zhang Jingdong proposed the bet, the challenge was too great, so she genuinely felt their chances of winning were at least 70%.

However, Xu Nuo was more worried.

Because in her view, Zhang Jingdong saying, ”If I lose, no matter what you ask me to do, I won’t say no,” was essentially telling them that ”If you lose, no matter what I ask you to do, you also can’t say no.”

Though she was sure Zhang Jingdong was a good person, if he hadn’t held her hand during the speeding instance, or hadn’t taken advantage of her during the mountain climb, she wouldn’t be worried about the punishment.

But now...

She felt that if Zhang Jingdong won, his punishment might be unpleasant, probably even excessive.

To be honest, she was already certain she had some affection for Zhang Jingdong.

It couldn’t be helped; he was almost too outstanding in every aspect, plus he had even saved her before.

Overall, at their first meeting, he helped her, and at their second, he amazed her continuously.

Moreover, she quietly accepted the little advantages he took earlier, further proving her feelings.

But since Xu Nuo had never been in a relationship, she felt that maybe things were progressing a bit too quickly between her and Zhang Jingdong.

She was afraid Zhang Jingdong might propose something excessive, trying to fast-forward their relationship, which could be hard for her to accept. And if she rejected him, she feared they might end on bad terms.

Zhang Jingdong noticed her frowning but knew that many things needed time for her to figure out and change gradually.

So he smiled and said, ”Okay, time for the final sprint. Are you ready?”

Qi Siyuan quickly adjusted her breathing and said: ”Ready!”

Zhang Jingdong then tightened his grip on Xu Nuo’s legs: ”And you?”

Xu Nuo finally snapped back to reality: ”...Yes, ready!”

”Alright, then let’s go up the mountain!”

Zhang Jingdong shouted, then charged towards the mountain top with the two of them.

And to increase their excitement, this time he ran even faster than before.
