Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Chapter 1476: Chapter 558: This Toad Likes to Eat Swan Meat!

Huang Xiuzhang had always thought his business ideas were quite advanced, but after listening to Zhang Jingdong’s words, he suddenly felt like a frog at the bottom of a well.

Zhang Jingdong’s strategic vision and product concept were far beyond his own.

In his view, being able to found a company in his twenties and become a billionaire was due not only to his own efforts, but more importantly, to meeting two significant benefactors.

The first benefactor was the former general manager of Aiqin Company, who transformed him from a dockworker to a company salesman.

The second benefactor was Steve Jobs. Although he never met Steve Jobs, Meizu Technology wouldn’t exist today without the success of Jobs’ iPod.

And now, Huang Xiuzhang felt that the young and promising Boss Zhang before him might become his third benefactor.

So he thought about it seriously again and then said, ”I think your idea is very correct and quite feasible.”

Upon hearing this, Zhang Jingdong and the others immediately knew that Huang Xiuzhang was almost signaling his willingness to cooperate.

However, Zhang Jingdong knew it wasn’t the time to be impatient, so he continued, ”My earlier remarks have basically proven the feasibility of us starting to make a new generation of mobile phones.”

”Next, I’ll talk about our company’s future product strategy. My idea is that during the initial phase, we can adopt the concept you used for MP3s, focusing on creating a few ultimate single products to break into the market.”

”And then for marketing, my idea is to build a community concept and eventually reach everyone.”

”Simply put, I want to develop our company like a singer, where every product we make is like an album release. Since our phone prices are much higher than album prices, once users buy our phones and find them good, their recognition of our products will be no less than fans’ love for singers.”

”The number of these fans will also continue to grow as our phone sales increase. When we then release new iterations or other product categories, they will continue to buy our products due to the trust established.”

Seeing that Huang Xiuzhang seemed moved by his words, Zhang Jingdong continued, ”We also mentioned our Renren Network earlier. Renren Network’s users have now surpassed 20 million and will soon reach 30 million.”

”Currently, Jiang Lai’s fans have exceeded 5 million. By the end of this year at the latest, her fan count will break 10 million.”

”In addition, I have an entertainment company, and the current popular singer, Xiao Fei, is our company’s flagship artist.”

”We will promote our products through the traffic from these artists and the massive traffic from Renren Network.”

”With this continuous flow of traffic and the quality of our products, we will gain a large wave of product fans.”

”In the future, once we’ve won the hearts of consumers with several consecutive mobile products, we can seamlessly introduce related items like earphones, power strips...”

”Once these products are also loved by consumers, we can continue to launch other products, like televisions, air conditioners, and even cars!”

”In short, our ultimate goal is to become a highly trusted major brand, just like Walmart, where everyone feels reassured buying from us.”

”However, unlike Walmart, every product we sell is manufactured by us.”

When Zhang Jingdong finished his last line, Huang Xiuzhang and Ye Jinyan beside him were left utterly speechless!

Their business thinking surpassed that of most people, but what Zhang Jingdong was describing had entirely surpassed their current imaginations.

Yet, they all felt what Zhang Jingdong said was not only possible but also knew that if achieved, the company would become a true commercial empire!

For a moment, even Ye Jinyan, who had seen countless big scenes, was taken aback by Zhang Jingdong’s vision.

After all, managing to push one or two single products to the number one position in the domestic market would make it at least a ten-billion-level enterprise, and according to Zhang Jingdong’s vision, the future could hold hundreds or even thousands of market hits, at which point the company’s market value...

Wow, that would be an astronomical figure!

Although Huang Xiuzhang also thought about these possibilities and found Zhang Jingdong’s ideas wildly ambitious, he truly believed it was achievable.

Because his Meizu Technology had already preliminarily proven this point.

If Zhang Jingdong’s product concept earlier made Huang Xiuzhang consider collaboration, it was Zhang Jingdong’s sales concept and grand vision for the company’s future that firmly decided it for him.

So he spontaneously said, ”Boss Zhang, you indeed are someone who takes on great endeavors, and if you’re willing, I’d like to collaborate with you.”

As soon as he said this, Ye Jinyan and Guan Le, who were still immersed in surprise, were deeply impressed by Zhang Jingdong once again.

There was no helping it. Their original purpose in coming was to persuade Huang Xiuzhang to collaborate with them. After Zhang Jingdong’s approach, not only was this goal achieved, but astonishingly, it was Huang Xiuzhang who actively sought to collaborate with them, completely turning the tables around.
