Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Chapter 1457: Chapter 551: Qi Siyuan’s Bold Move (Extended Chapter)

”Congratulations to the Host for successfully making physical contact with the target person, reward: 50,000 yuan.”

After hearing this sentence, the smile on Qi Siyuan’s face instantly deepened.

She realized that Zhang Jingdong was really a very interesting and very gentlemanly man.

She had dealt with quite a few rich people before, but they were basically all rich second generation—arrogant, rude, and they liked to throw money at women. She absolutely despised that kind of person.

In contrast, not only was Zhang Jingdong a self-made first-generation rich man, he basically crushed them in every aspect, so for the first time she felt an impulse to have something happen with him.

Although she could tell that Zhang Jingdong seemed more interested in Xu Nuo, she also knew that he was not the kind of man who would only have one girlfriend, because she had seen rumors about him and Xiao Fei and other women before.

Even if those rumors weren’t all true, in her eyes, a man like him, so young yet already worth hundreds of millions, would definitely not be satisfied with just one woman.

So at the very moment they shook hands, a plan quietly sprouted in her heart.

And at this time, Zhang Jingdong also had a little thought of his own.

So after shaking hands with Qi Siyuan, he naturally reached his hand out toward Xu Nuo: ”Let’s shake hands too, count it as officially confirming our friendship.”

The flush on Xu Nuo’s face instantly deepened. She hesitated slightly, then slowly reached out and clasped his hand: ”Nice to meet you.”

This time, Zhang Jingdong deliberately held her hand four or five seconds longer than when he shook hands with Qi Siyuan before letting go.

Afterwards, to avoid any awkwardness, he smoothly raised his hand to check the time, then suddenly chuckled: ”Good thing I checked the time, I have to go board now!”

Qi Siyuan immediately felt a bit reluctant and said, ”...Alright then, Boss Zhang, take care. When you come to Guangzhou, you must give us a call.”

Zhang Jingdong smiled and nodded: ”Definitely!”

Xu Nuo said at this moment, ”Wish you all the best, have a safe trip!”

Zhang Jingdong stared at her with a burning gaze: ”Same to you. See you in Guangzhou!”

He waved at them as he finished speaking, then turned and walked away quickly.

After passing security, Zhang Jingdong went to the VIP lounge.

He’d been sitting for less than five minutes when a flight attendant came over to inform him that boarding had begun.

After boarding and taking his seat, he took out his phone, just about to send a text to Ye Jinyan, when a message suddenly came in from an unfamiliar number.

His mind moved, and he casually tapped it open. It turned out to be from Qi Siyuan: This is Qi Siyuan. This is my mobile number. You just saved us. As a thank-you, if you’re ever bored in the future, you can text me. I’m pretty free during this period, so I can keep you company and chat.

Zhang Jingdong couldn’t help thinking to himself that this girl was pretty bold, actually daring to make the first move.

But what she wrote was very proper; at least it showed she wasn’t that kind of shameless girl who throws herself at any rich guy she meets.

He quickly thought it over, then replied: Okay, thanks.

That text Qi Siyuan sent earlier was while Xu Nuo had gone to the restroom.

Her thinking was very simple. Although Xu Nuo seemed to have a good impression of Zhang Jingdong now, with Xu Nuo’s personality, she definitely wouldn’t take the initiative.

Even after Zhang Jingdong made the first move on Xu Nuo, Xu Nuo might still not accept him for a while, so during this window she could strike first, and maybe she’d beat Xu Nuo to it.

She couldn’t help it; in this day and age, high-quality men like Zhang Jingdong were really too rare. Now that she’d finally met one, she had to at least give it a try no matter what.

Besides, she had a feeling that with someone like Xu Nuo, who was so cool and distant, as a contrast, there was a good chance Zhang Jingdong would like her instead.

After all, men may be masochists sometimes, the less attention they get the more they chase, but many times—especially when they already have enough money and resources—what they crave is to control everything, and they prefer their women to be more proactive. And she was willing to be that kind of woman.

Lastly, when she shook hands with Zhang Jingdong just now, she felt that he did have some degree of interest in her.

It was just that Xu Nuo was present at the time, so he had been deliberately holding himself back.

Her short-term goal in making the first move was to get together with Zhang Jingdong, then thoroughly figure out his true strength and what kind of person he really was.

To be honest, she was way too curious about him right now. She really wanted to know how exactly he managed to build so many companies in such a short time.

As for her long-term goal, she felt that even if there was no future with a man like Zhang Jingdong, whatever she gained and learned from him would still be incredibly valuable.

After sending the text to Zhang Jingdong, her heart instantly jumped up into her throat.

She was afraid that Zhang Jingdong wouldn’t respond to her.

Although what she wrote in the text made sense logically, a girl taking the initiative to text a man she’d just met not long ago was, in itself, hard not to make the other party suspicious.

And right now, Zhang Jingdong was clearly more interested in Xu Nuo than in her, and she herself was Xu Nuo’s close friend, so to avoid losing out on something bigger, he might very well choose not to reply to her.

Thinking of this, she suddenly felt a bit regretful. It wasn’t that she regretted texting him, but that she regretted not being able to hold back and texting him so soon.

She should have at least waited until after Zhang Jingdong came to Guangzhou to see them, performed well then, and found a chance to test him a bit before texting him. That would’ve given her a much better shot.

And just when she was drowning in regret and feeling utterly hopeless, she suddenly heard her phone ring.

She was stunned for a moment, then unlocked it and took a look.

After reading what Zhang Jingdong had replied, she was so excited she literally jumped up.

A boy walking toward her was startled, but when he realized Qi Siyuan was a stunning beauty, he immediately came closer and said, ”Hey, beautiful, you’re so gorgeous, can I have your number?”

Qi Siyuan waved her hand directly: ”Sorry, I already have a boyfriend!”

The guy silently thought what a pity, then reluctantly turned around and walked away.

Cradling her phone, Qi Siyuan carefully thought for a moment, then cautiously sent Zhang Jingdong another message: Have you boarded the plane yet?
