Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Chapter 1409: Chapter 535: Be a Little More Dominant with Women! (Major Chapter)

Zhang Jingdong said frankly: ”The reason I want to make mobile phones is precisely the two points you just mentioned.”

Yan Ning blinked quickly, then seriously contemplated Zhang Jingdong’s words.

But even after thinking for two or three minutes, she still couldn’t figure it out, so she said: ”What do you mean by that?”

Zhang Jingdong put down his chopsticks at this moment: ”The first point is that I feel that technology has been rapidly developing in recent years, especially in the communications industry, so I think there will definitely be a revolutionary iteration of mobile phone products in the coming years.”

”The second point is that I’m making a move now to gain some experience in making mobile phones. When the technological revolution happens in the future, I will go all-in, like Nokia did back then, taking advantage of the hesitation of those old established companies, and go all-out to make new mobile phones. I believe that by then, my mobile phone company will have a chance to become the new era’s Nokia.”

Yan Ning was initially excited by Zhang Jingdong’s words, but she quickly calmed down.

”But... how can you be sure that there will be a revolutionary iteration in the mobile phone industry then?”

Zhang Jingdong knew that if he didn’t reveal a bit of solid information now, this conversation wouldn’t end.

So he said: ”Do you know 3G communication technology?”

Yan Ning was a bit confused, shook her head blankly: ”... I don’t know, what does this technology do?”

”To put it simply, our current mobile phones use 2G technology, which can only make calls, and this is because the speed of transmitting voice and data in communications is limited.”

”But in the future, if 3G technology becomes popular, our phones will not only be able to make calls, but we can also watch videos and play games.”

Yan Ning instinctively glanced at the phone on the table: ”But... the phone screen is so small, how do you watch videos?”

”That’s why we need to design a new generation of phones then. Here’s my prediction, future mobile phones will be like small computers, where we can not only watch videos, play games, but also operate various software that can now only be used on computers.”

Yan Ning was stunned for a while, then said: ”But how do you know that the 3G technology will definitely become popular in the future?”

Zhang Jingdong patiently said: ”Because this technology has already been invented and is used by the military in various countries.”

”Even though wars are detestable, they can also significantly promote the development of science and technology. For example, during World War II, the Beautiful Country developed computers to deal with Germany, and after the war, computers transitioned from military to civilian use and became popular worldwide.”

”And now, I think this 3G technology will also completely change the global communications industry in the future.”

Yan Ning completely understood now. After thinking for a while, she exclaimed: ”Jingdong, I have to admit, your ambition, vision, and execution in business are much better than mine. Now I am completely convinced by you!”

Zhang Jingdong laughed and said: ”Mr. Yan, let me be honest, in terms of overall business strength, we’re almost on par.”

”My vision might be slightly better than yours, but your experience and management skills are miles ahead of mine.”

Yan Ning immediately smiled sweetly: ”It’s rare to see you being so humble!”

Zhang Jingdong leaned over and kissed her: ”It’s because you were so cooperative just now, didn’t you know, as long as a woman can satisfy her man in that regard, her man has at least a hundred ways to make her even more satisfied with him.”

Yan Ning was initially shy, but suddenly thought of something: ”Is that so...”

Saying this, she actually leaned over and began to revise the previous lesson.

”Congratulations to the Host for successfully encouraging the target person to actively learn, reward of 1 million yuan!”

After half an hour, Yan Ning sat up and smiled charmingly: ”How about now, are you more satisfied with me?”

Zhang Jingdong knew when she was taking initiative just now, she must have wanted him to agree to something.

So he said: ”Satisfied! Very satisfied!”

Yan Ning saw Zhang Jingdong giving the answer she wanted, so she took the opportunity to say: ”Can you give me a little reward now?”

Zhang Jingdong replied freely: ”Go ahead, what do you want? I’ll agree to anything!”

”Really?”

”Of course it’s real, when have I ever lied to you about this?”

”I knew you were the best!”

Yan Ning said as she gave Zhang Jingdong a kiss.

”Then can I really say it?”

”Hurry up, why be polite with your man?”

Yan Ning pursed her lips: ”When you start making mobile phones... I want to invest.”

Zhang Jingdong felt a sudden surge in his heart.

He knew that although Yan Ning seemed to be asking him, she was actually helping him.

After all, if they get into the mobile phone industry, the investment surely won’t be small. She wants to share the risk with him.

”Isn’t this too hasty? I haven’t even started yet, and you want to invest?”

”Moreover, the mobile phone industry is different from real estate, not only is the investment bigger, but the risk is also greater, since we’ll have to deal with so many big companies, that’s not child’s play!”

Yan Ning calmly said: ”I’ve already decided because I believe in you.”

She knew that this sentence alone wouldn’t convince Zhang Jingdong, so she added: ”And there’s a saying in business, the bigger the risk, the bigger the reward.”

”Although I’m involved in many industries, I’ve mostly joined halfway, so even though I’ve earned a lot, none of my companies have ever become a leader in any industry.”

”After hearing what you said just now, I think the emerging mobile phone is a new blue ocean, and I want to work with you to build an industry-leading company.”
