Chapter 491: Chapter 230: Chasing the Domineering Female Boss is a Skillful Task (Long Chapter, Please Subscribe)

In front of the hotel’s floor-to-ceiling window, Zhang Jingdong at this moment is gazing out at the scenery, suddenly feeling as if he’s galloping across the grasslands on horseback.

Kong Xue’er and Sun Yuzhen sensed Zhang Jingdong’s excitement, so they put even more effort into their performance.

Half an hour later, Zhang Jingdong contentedly gives the two a generous reward.

”Congratulations, Host, for successfully completing a creative contact with the two target individuals in a special environment, rewarded with 5 million yuan!”

The three of them got cozy for a while, then Zhang Jingdong picked up the hotel’s menu: ”Hungry? What do you feel like eating? They’ve got Chinese food, steaks, salads, pasta, sandwiches...”

Kong Xue’er replied, ”I want a steak, and a salad.”

Sun Yuzhen said, ”Then I’ll have a pasta, and a salad.”

Zhang Jingdong nodded, then picked up the phone and called the hotel restaurant, ordering the items they had just chosen, plus two sandwiches, five or six side dishes, and a borscht.

Over an hour later, the hotel waiter came pushing a trolley and delivered everything. The three began to eat and chat.

At this moment, Kong Xue’er suddenly said in a cloying voice, ”Brother, do you want to try the best steak in the world?”

Zhang Jingdong paused at first, then seeing the sparkle in her eyes, he quickly caught on to what she intended, and immediately responded with a smile, ”Sure.”

And so you see, Kong Xue’er elegantly cut a piece of steak and, in a dazzling move, placed that piece of steak on her fair and slender leg.

Zhang Jingdong thought to himself that it’s no wonder he heard that most of the body sushi feasts from the last lifetime were organized by Japan and Korea, as women from those places seemed to do such things effortlessly.

Tsk tsk, to think that he, caught off guard, would receive such a service, he couldn’t help but give this Korean drama beauty some extra points.

At that moment, Kong Xue’er slowly stood up, then carefully stretched her leg over.

Zhang Jingdong gave her a rewarding kiss, then deeply inhaled the scent of the steak, and couldn’t help but exclaim, ”Hmm! This smell really is much better!”

He immediately ate the piece of steak, chewed it carefully, and after swallowing, couldn’t help but exclaim again, ”Tsk tsk, this indeed is the best steak I’ve had so far!”

”Xue’er, I never imagined that not only are your singing and dancing exceptional, but you’re also a world-class chef!”

Having been praised, Kong Xue’er sweetly said, ”As long as brother likes it, from now on I’m your personal chef!”

Zhang Jingdong felt a surge of affection and then leaned in to give her a rewarding kiss.

Seeing this, Sun Yuzhen was not to be outdone: ”Brother, after trying the steak Xue’er made, should you try the salad I made now?”

Zhang Jingdong has always encouraged this kind of competition between them, and he immediately responded with a grin, ”Sure.”

Then, Sun Yuzhen took a spoonful of salad, got up, and came over to Zhang Jingdong. She first stood straight with her left hand on her waist and then slowly placed the spoonful of salad on her bare midriff.

Zhang Jingdong immediately nodded in approval: ”Zhenzhen’s skill is truly impressive...”

After saying that, he leaned forward to eat the salad, then gave Sun Yuzhen a thumbs-up: ”Hmm, not bad, very tasty!”

Sun Yuzhen immediately stood up, her face alight with joy, ”Thank you, brother. I’ll also be your personal chef from now on.”

Zhang Jingdong couldn’t help but exclaim, ”Tsk tsk, with you two beauties as chefs, my culinary standards have been elevated to an international level!”

”Alright, since both of your culinary skills are so great, from now on I’ll give each of you an additional chef’s fee of 50 million Korean Won every month!”

Upon hearing this, Kong Xue’er and Sun Yuzhen both showed surprised delight.

”Thank you, brother. I will work even harder to serve you in the future!”

”Brother, I will diligently study new culinary techniques to make sure you always enjoy eating!”

As they said this, the two took turns offering Zhang Jingdong the delicacies they had made.

Moreover, both the methods and the degree of their service were getting increasingly suggestive.

Later on, Sun Yuzhen first chilled the shredded pork with garlic sauce on a snow-capped mountain, and then Kong Xue’er simply performed a Russian nesting dolls act with a piece of steamed abalone.

Half an hour later, Zhang Jingdong sipped some lemon juice, and then said, ”You two were making the food just now, now let me cook a special dish for you...”

Standing up, he started to cook, and about a minute later, said to them, ”Alright, this braised eel is ready, come and have a taste!”

Kong Xue’er and Sun Yuzhen took a glance, then came over blushing and gleeful...

Half an hour later, the three finished their meal, and Zhang Jingdong once again rewarded the two beautiful chefs generously.

”Congratulations, Host, for successfully completing a creative contact with the two target individuals in a special environment, rewarded with 5 million yuan!”

Zhang Jingdong stayed with them until four o’clock in the afternoon, then left the hotel reluctantly.

After getting into the car, he thought for a moment, then sent He Jieyu a text message: Is she at the company?

Soon He Jieyu replied: Yes, she is.

Zhang Jingdong: Is she busy?

He Jieyu: She had several engagements today, but she turned them all down.

Zhang Jingdong: Alright, I’m heading over now.

He Jieyu: Also, I can reveal to you, these past few days she sometimes seems a bit absent-minded, something that has never happened before. I think she might be thinking about someone.

Zhang Jingdong: Thanks to what you said, I’ll give you an extra 100,000 as a reward when it’s time to settle the bill.

He Jieyu: Since that’s the case, I have another piece of news to tell you.
