After hanging up the phone, Zhang Jingdong completely ignored Long Yue, staring straight at Song Yu, Wen Chun said: ”Let’s continue with the question we were discussing earlier.”

Song Yu thought back briefly, then said: ”My family isn’t well-off, so I dropped out of junior high school and later joined the army.”

”After demobilization, I couldn’t find a suitable job. Afterwards, a comrade-in-arms recommended me to a bodyguard company.”

”I think this job is pretty good, at least very suitable for me. As for the modeling you mentioned earlier, I... I don’t think it’s quite suitable for me.”

Zhang Jingdong teased: ”How do you know it’s not suitable if you’ve never tried? Plus, you’ve been a soldier, there’s absolutely no question about your overall quality, so whatever you do in the future, you actually have considerable advantages!”

”But no rush, as you will be my bodyguard for a long while in the future, and I am also in the related industry, I will definitely find an opportunity for you to try it.”

Song Yu immediately said gratefully: ”Thank you, boss.”

”The Host has received sincere thanks from the target person, reward of 100,000 yuan!”

Zhang Jingdong laughed it off: ”From now on we are friends, no need to be polite.”

On the way, the two chatted more and more happily, while Long Yue became more and more frustrated.

Mainly, she felt her new employer was really mean, obviously luring Song Yu in every possible way, clearly harboring ill intentions.

Yet, since he hasn’t made any real moves, she couldn’t do anything to him and couldn’t stop providing her service, so she just drove angrily, venting all her silent resentment.

An hour later, the three of them arrived at Tianmu Mountain.

Since the first principle of a bodyguard’s driving is absolute safety, and the road conditions on Tianmu Mountain were quite complex, Long Yue drove very slowly up the mountain, taking nearly an hour and a half to reach the summit.

Zhang Jingdong got out of the car, and watched the surrounding scenery with the other two for a while.

When getting back in the car, Zhang Jingdong said to Long Yue: ”You were driving too slowly just now, there was no thrill at all, I’ll take over for the ride down.”

Long Yue immediately said discontentedly: ”My primary duty in driving is to ensure your safety, please trust my professionalism, okay?”

Zhang Jingdong pouted: ”I trust your professionalism, but who says ensuring safety can’t coincide with speeding up a bit for more excitement? You sit in the copilot seat later, I’ll teach you some driving skills.”

Hearing this, Long Yue was a bit skeptical but also curious, and sitting in the copilot spot, she could also handle emergencies promptly.

Then she said: ”Alright, since you say so, I want to see how great you are!”

At this point, Zhang Jingdong turned to Song Yu: ”You watch carefully too, I’ll show you something!”

Song Yu couldn’t help but be excited: ”Okay.”

The three got in the car.

Zhang Jingdong sat in the driver’s seat, with a few slick operations, the car was back on the road.

Long Yue was skeptical at first, but it only took ten minutes for her look of skepticism to turn into shock and admiration.

It couldn’t be helped, Zhang Jingdong not only drove fast but was also super stable.

The most incredible part was, he was holding the steering wheel with just one hand the whole time.

The entire car under his control seemed to have its own mind, moving however he wanted.

Even when passing through several very tight bends, he drifted around them without slowing down, a truly impressive move!

Several times seeing his maneuvers, Long Yue couldn’t help but nod in agreement.

As for Song Yu behind them, let alone, she not only verbally admired but also clapped for Zhang Jingdong.

This made Zhang Jingdong feel extremely accomplished and he performed several more stunts for her.

In less than half an hour, Zhang Jingdong drove the car down to the mountain base.

At that moment, with a beautiful drift, he parked the car by the roadside.

He turned and asked: ”How’s that, impressed?”

Long Yue gave him a sideways glance: ”Okay, although you talk big, I have to admit, you do have some skills!”

”If you can say that, it shows you’re not a narrow-minded person.”

After saying this, Zhang Jingdong got out of the car and returned to the back seat, while Long Yue also got out and returned to the driver’s seat.

Zhang Jingdong looked at Song Yu with a bit of pride: ”How about that, was I cool just now?”

Song Yu frankly sighed: ”Mm, very cool! Your driving skills are even better than the coach who taught us to drive initially!”

Zhang Jingdong responded pleasantly: ”Later when I find time, I’ll teach you how to drive properly, ensuring you become a genuinely experienced driver.”

Song Yu, without doubting him, smiled sweetly: ”Thank you, boss.”

At that moment, Long Yue coldly asked: ”Where are we going now?”

Zhang Jingdong took out his phone to check the time, then said: ”To Yuhuang Hotel.”

Long Yue then started the car and soon disappeared at the end of the road.

After more than half an hour, the car steadily stopped at the entrance of Yuhuang Hotel.

The three got out of the car.

Long Yue and Song Yu flanked Zhang Jingdong on either side as the two beautiful bodyguards protected him into the hotel.

Zhang Jingdong first led the two to the front desk to open a presidential suite, then they went to take the elevator.

On the way, again they attracted many jealous and eager glances.

However, compared to the previous shyness and even timidity of Lin Xiran and Lin Xirui, this time Long Yue and Song Yu had cool expressions and piercing gazes, which directly dispelled the coveting hearts of those men.

Especially Song Yu, at this moment, she seemed like a completely different person.

Gone was the shyness and compliance she showed in the car, appearing more like a young lioness, resolute and bold.

Zhang Jingdong couldn’t help but think to himself that this girl’s contrasting demeanor really had a feel to it!
