All Worlds Beg the Villainess to Act Like a Human

Chapter 63: Chapter 63: Watching My Love-Struck Brother Court Disaster (Part 10)

Qiann Yan was also sizing up Kong Yu, unsure why this person was so excited, but his eyes were clear and not annoying.

”I’m in line.” Qiann Yan answered Kong Yu’s previous question, ”I’ll play later.”

”These toys are hard to grab. The shopkeepers have adjusted the claws.” Kong Yu said, then switched topics, ”But I’ve gained some experience. Which one do you want? I can help you try to grab it.”

”You think you can do it?”

”Of course!” Kong Yu thumped his chest with a guarantee, ”Just watch. If I get the one you like, treat me to a bubble tea later.”

Qiann Yan recalled the taste of bubble tea in memory, hmm, sweet, seemed pretty good, so she replied, ”Okay.”

She took out her phone, scanned the code, and bought coins. A pile of coins clattered and fell out from the exit, Kong Yu wasn’t surprised and quickly went to pick them up. This girl obviously wasn’t short on money, he wasn’t pretentious, better to grab first then talk.

To be honest, Kong Yu felt a bit nervous today.

Qiann Yan stood aside with her belongings, staring at Kong Yu without blinking as he tried to grab. The other party was so confident, he should have some skills.

A coin went in, and Kong Yu cautiously controlled the joystick, making the claw swing wildly. This was one of the techniques for the claw machine, swaying the claw, which gives a better chance of grabbing a toy. The claw reached the toy’s position, and Kong Yu hurriedly pressed the button to continue... the toy was grabbed, but before he could rejoice, the claw swayed to the other side, naturally not dropping into the exit.

First try, failed!

He wasn’t disheartened; this was normal operation, continuing to insert coins expressionless, repeating the previous actions.

Second try, failed.

Third try, failed.

Fourth try, finally succeeded, Kong Yu wiped his sweat and regained confidence.

However, fifth try, failed.

Sixth try, failed.

...

Twentieth try, still failed.

Kong Yu was sweating profusely, lost face big time!

...

Thirtieth try, succeeded for a second time.

Kong Yu’s face didn’t look good, performance was off today.

Out of the following twenty coins, he only succeeded once, meaning fifty coins grabbed only three toys, which was very poor performance. Even worse, the three toys weren’t nice-looking, he didn’t even have the face to hand them to Qiann Yan.

Kong Yu looked embarrassed: ”Luck is a bit bad today, the toys aren’t very pretty. If I continue, I’m not in the mood; I’ll treat you to bubble tea.”

”I haven’t played yet.” Qiann Yan handed her items to Kong Yu, ”Hold them for me, I’ll give it a shot.”

Kong Yu touched his head, hurriedly holding Qiann Yan’s items: ”Okay, but the claw on this machine is quite loose, watch out, if you can’t grab it don’t be discouraged, it’s the shopkeeper’s trick...”

Before finishing, Kong Yu heard cheerful music. He had grabbed toys countless times, how could he not recognize the victory music of a grab?

He looked at the toy exit, and sure enough, there lay a cute toy.

Qiann Yan continued to grab, Kong Yu thought, it must be good luck.

Indeed, good-looking people seldom have bad luck. Just then, he heard the music again.

He focused and saw, once again another toy dropped inside.

Kong Yu: Just luck! Besides luck, there might be a tiny bit of skill.

Twenty minutes later, Qiann Yan turned to remind Kong Yu: ”Pick up the toys, they won’t fit anymore.”

Kong Yu resigned himself, squatting to pick up the toys, holding them with expressions of admiration and adoration, forget luck, he encountered a master.

Master 666!

Wonder if the master accepts apprentices?

He wanted to become a disciple!

Qiann Yan sensed Kong Yu’s burning gaze, glanced back: ”Is there one you want?”

Was she offering to grab it for him? A master is indeed a master, never forgetting to look after the little ones behind. Kong Yu casually pointed to one.
