Prodigal System in the Flourishing City

Chapter 716: Chapter 714 Hijacking [Fifth Update]

On the plane.

”Russian airlines aren’t too bad either.” Su Luoxue whispered to Red Pepper, ”It’s not as exaggerated as the rumors say.”

”Hey, after all, rumors are just rumors. How could you take them seriously?” Red Pepper shrugged, ”I’ve flown with Russian airlines before, and it was pretty safe. It’s just that sometimes their domestic standards are different from ours.”

”There won’t be a hijacking, will there?”

Su Luoxue cautiously said.

”How could that be.”

Red Pepper waved her hand dismissively.

And at this moment, the plane had just entered Russian airspace!

Then.

”Nobody move, everybody put your hands up!”

A passenger stood up, pulling out a sharp ceramic knife, and aimed it at the other passengers.

”Motherfucker!”

Red Pepper’s face turned green on the spot!

Damn it!

I just said it wouldn’t happen, and you just pop up like that, were you eavesdropping or what!

Instantly.

The entire cabin exploded into chaos!

”Help!”

”Somebody’s hijacking the plane!”

”Somebody help!”

”...”

Meanwhile, amidst the chaos, another accomplice also jumped to his feet, grabbed a passenger by the neck with his knife against the passenger’s throat, and a line of blood appeared on the neck.

This hijacker threatened the flight attendant, ”Open the cockpit!”

”I—”

The flight attendant obviously hesitated.

However, while she hesitated, the hijacker did not.

”Stab!”

The hijacker swiftly plunged the knife into the passenger’s shoulder, causing blood to gush out!

Then, the hijacker glared fiercely at the flight attendant, ”Open the cockpit!”

”Alright! Let her go! I’ll open the cockpit!”

The flight attendant, although trained professionally, panicked in the actual situation.

For the safety of the hostage, she could only open the cockpit!

The cockpit was opened.

The hijackers held the hostage, so the pilots dared not make any rash moves!

At this moment.

”Stab!”

Nobody expected that the hijacker would act so boldly, stabbing into the cockpit and then throwing the pilot out of the cockpit before locking the door!

From the looks of it, he planned to fly the plane himself!

This move essentially gave him control over the entire aircraft!

It was clearly well planned and premeditated!

Inside the cabin, seeing the two injured people on the ground, the passengers were thrown into even more disarray!

”Get the medical kit, quick!”

”Save them!”

”Run for it!”

”Help!”

”...”

Caught between a rock and a hard place, the passengers huddled together in the middle like a flock of sheep waiting to be slaughtered.

Lu Xiaobu narrowed his eyes, seated and unmoving; lower-grade weapons like this wouldn’t harm him.

He was pondering whether this gang was specifically targeting him.

If they were, then he couldn’t expose himself easily, or else he would be putting himself at a disadvantage.

And to his surprise, besides their group, there was another person sitting in his seat without moving.

Lu Xiaobu looked over; it was a Russian man.

The Russian looked at Lu Xiaobu’s gaze and even nodded his head, as if he wasn’t the least bit worried about the situation before him.

However, it was hard to say whether it was purely because he was unafraid of Lu Xiaobu’s gaze, or whether he was prepared to meet his death!

”Shut up! Anyone who screams, I won’t be polite!”

The first criminal shouted loudly, waving a sharp ceramic knife in the air a few times.

His words evidently did not have the desired effect.

Fear only made those people scream louder; even Xiaobu felt it was piercing.

”Pff!”

Impatience was written all over the criminal’s face.

Without speaking further, he approached and slashed with the knife!

Fortunately, he didn’t kill anyone!

It seems he too worried that a killing spree might lead to a loss of control!

”See that!? This is what happens if you keep yelling!” the criminal flung his dagger, and the fresh blood splattered!

His cold words, along with the stench of blood, filled the not-so-large cabin, silencing the crying and shouting passengers, leaving behind only low sobs.

Then, the criminal looked at a few flight attendants who seemed eager to do something:

”I’m warning you, don’t make any rash moves. The one flying the plane now is my partner. If I get hurt, we’ll all go down together! Even, there are bombs we’ve installed on this plane!”

Once these words were spoken, the flight attendants who seemed eager to act quieted down.

They finally realized.

This was definitely a well-planned operation!

Absolutely no rash moves should be made!

”Good!” The criminal, seeing everyone had calmed down, nodded in satisfaction: ”Well done, you can take care of them now. We’re still very compassionate.”

The word ”compassion” coming from his mouth sounded so grating.

As he spoke, he tossed out a first aid kit in front of the passengers.

However, no matter what, the injured could not be left to bleed continuously.

So the flight attendants began to tremulously dress the wounds of the injured.

The criminal seemed in no hurry at all, waiting leisurely as the flight attendants finished treating the injured.

After the dressing was completed, he nodded: ”Alright, come behind me. As long as you obey, I guarantee your safety.”

Hearing his words and looking at his sharp dagger, the passengers stood still, not daring to move.

They definitely wanted to be as far away from the criminal as possible!

How could they even consider going over?!

Who wouldn’t be afraid?!

”Move it!”

The criminal became irritable again, and by the looks of it, he was about to commit violence once more.

”Everyone, just listen to him for now!”

A flight attendant with somewhat more courage, or rather, a mature stewardess, stepped forward to organize everyone.

Aeroflot doesn’t impose strict age limits on its cabin crew, prioritizing psychological and physical fitness instead.

Clearly, this stewardess had a really good psychological quality.

Seeing someone leading the way, the passengers started moving forward shakily, one by one!

Only then did the criminal nod in satisfaction.

He watched the passengers file past him, not keeping his hands idle.

If he saw a necklace he liked, he would snatch it!

If he saw a pretty girl, he would pat her on the backside, appearing utterly nonchalant!

And those passengers who had their possessions taken were all shaking in fear, tears streaming down incessantly!

Had they not been afraid of being killed, they would have screamed long ago!

Finally!

The passengers all moved behind the criminal, and the only ones who hadn’t moved were Lu Xiaobu’s group and the Russian, who were still seated.

Lu secretly nodded—It seemed that the target was either himself or the Russian.

”Ok! Seems we’re getting along well, so now we can get down to business.”

The criminal nodded in satisfaction and paid no attention to the flock of sheep behind him. Instead, he headed straight for the center of the first-class cabin.

Clearly, as he said, it was time to get down to business!

Zhang Meng and Li Jin tensed up, ready for action!

If their target was Lu Xiaobu, they would make their move without hesitation!
