I Just Wanted to Be a Galactic Hunter—Why Am I on the Wanted List?

The fact proved that acting too convincingly could also be a headache.

Perhaps it was Loren’s senior-level posts on the forum, those unique interpretations of various doctrines.

That led others to misunderstand something.

Someone came seeking him out by reputation, wanting to have a more profound exchange with Loren.

Loren looked at the message on his screen and fell into silence.

It seemed he had acted too convincingly, bringing a bit of trouble...

Maybe seeing that Loren hadn’t replied, the other party sent another message.

Other People’s Wealth Transfer Specialist: ”I’m sorry to bother you, great one. I actually have some questions that have troubled me for a long time, and I wish to seek your guidance.”

Loren glanced at the other person’s nickname, silently pondering his response.

If he didn’t answer, the other party was clearly a genuine member of the Nature Sect, and it wouldn’t be good if they started widely publicizing about him.Got it, let’s see if I can bluff my way through first...

The other party should be a newbie who just joined the Nature Sect not long ago; the difficulty of fooling them shouldn’t be too high.

If I can’t bluff my way through, we’ll see. At worst, I can just change accounts later, though it’s a bit of a pity to lose this account I’ve been cultivating for over half a month.

GreatDruid233WhoRespectsNature: ”May nature bless you, child.”

GreatDruid233WhoRespectsNature: ”Due to some reasons inconvenient to disclose, I cannot reveal my identity. But perhaps, I can offer you a bit of nature’s guidance.”

Other People’s Wealth Transfer Specialist: ”Hello, great one. I have been a member of the Nature Sect for half a year. My mentor adopts a hands-off attitude towards me; he always says that nature will give us all the answers.”

Other People’s Wealth Transfer Specialist: ”But I still have many confusions. The doctrine says, ’Nature encompasses everything. We must protect nature and respect nature.’”

Other People’s Wealth Transfer Specialist: ”But we humans are also a part of the natural world, right? Even if we harm nature, isn’t everything we do to nature also a part of natural selection?”

This kid seems quite sincere...

Loren began his deception.

GreatDruid233WhoRespectsNature: ”Do you love nature, child?”

Other People’s Wealth Transfer Specialist: ”I’m not entirely sure. I joined the Nature Sect because of some unexpected circumstances.”

GreatDruid233WhoRespectsNature: ”If you have ever loved someone, would you be willing to harm her? Could you bear to hear her weeping?”

GreatDruid233WhoRespectsNature: ”Perhaps your cultivation is still insufficient; you cannot hear nature’s weeping. When you grow a bit stronger, when someone harms nature, you will be able to hear that sorrowful sobbing.”

GreatDruid233WhoRespectsNature: ”Child, in my view, what is more important for you now is to understand nature, to fall in love with nature, to hear nature, to resonate with nature.”

GreatDruid233WhoRespectsNature: ”Rather than pondering questions that easily lead one into a dead-end.”

Other People’s Wealth Transfer Specialist: ”What should I do? Please guide me, I am lost...”

The corner of Loren’s mouth lifted in front of the screen. It seemed the deception had worked.

GreatDruid233WhoRespectsNature: ”Go plant trees. Find a wilderness, plant a grove of oak trees, and watch over them, help them grow. Then you will understand.”

GreatDruid233WhoRespectsNature: ”And when someone wants to destroy this oak grove, send them to meet the end of life, and let them feel the wrath of nature.”

GreatDruid233WhoRespectsNature: ”The way of nature is never just about growth; it also includes destruction.”

Other People’s Wealth Transfer Specialist: ”I understand. Thank you, Great Druid, for your heartfelt guidance. I will strive even harder to practice the way of nature.”

GreatDruid233WhoRespectsNature: ”May nature bless you, just as you wholeheartedly protect nature.”

After typing this sentence on the screen, Loren decisively logged off.

It seemed the deception had worked. Next, he just needed to find an opportunity to discreetly inquire about the extent of the ”Gods’” influence on the sect.

If the ”Gods” weren’t watching him, then he could quietly deactivate this account, Loren silently thought.

”My dear master, you are quite wicked.”

The Raven’s voice came from above Loren’s head. It was perched on the arm of the sofa, having witnessed the entire deception from start to finish.

Loren, who had been lying on the sofa, sat up.

”No big issue. The advice I gave aligns with the Nature Sect’s practices.”

”What if he really goes to plant trees? A grove of oak trees isn’t that easy to cultivate,” the Raven asked, tilting its head.

”Then he’s just unlucky to have met me,” Loren replied to the Raven with a smile.

The Raven: ”...”

At that moment.

Within the distant Radiant Flow Star Domain.

On a planet with relatively low Federation development.

The traces left by humans here were exceedingly few.

Only ten percent of the planet’s surface area contained cities built by humans.

This was also a Resource Planet, but the resources the Federation extracted here were not minerals.

Rather, they were the abundant vegetation and trees.

The collected vegetation and trees would be transported to industrial planets within the Radiant Flow Star Domain, processed into various goods, and then shipped to various star domains across the Federation.

Therefore, this ”vegetation-type Resource Planet” had sixty percent vegetation coverage.

The remaining thirty percent of the area was a vast ocean.

The person deceived by Loren was named ”Orn Rank.”

He had followed his mentor to this Resource Planet to supervise the Federation’s development of it.

If the Federation endlessly destroyed this planet’s natural environment, then they would have to execute the adjudication part of the ”Federation Nature Protection Act.”

In fact, within the Federation, those who supervise and enforce the ”Federation Nature Protection Act” are mostly members of this Nature Sect.

After closing his portable computer, Orn Rank closed his eyes and pondered for a while.

Then, Orn Rank firmly opened his eyes, no longer harboring any doubts.

He rose from his cross-legged position under a large tree and walked towards a building not far away.

This seemingly small building housed his ”legendary mentor,” Solon Linton.

Simultaneously, it was also the gathering point for the Nature Sect on this planet.

”Mentor, I must leave. I have found the way of nature I need to practice,” Orn Rank said to his mentor.

Solon Linton, who was browsing the forum, glanced at his disciple.

Seeing that his disciple no longer carried the previous sense of confusion, he smiled with satisfaction.

”Go then, Rank. May nature bless you.”

After performing a farewell gesture to his mentor, Orn Rank turned and left with determination.

Solon Linton watched the departing figure of his disciple, lost in thought.

”Logically speaking, it shouldn’t be this early... Could it be I really accepted a genius?”

”No, it must be that another Great Druid gave him guidance!”

Solon Linton recalled his disciple’s recent activities.

Rank hadn’t gone anywhere; he had stayed by his side the whole time, occasionally holding his portable computer in a daze...

It seems a meddlesome Great Druid appeared on the forum...

I know all the Great Druids within the Federation, so then...

Did they come from outside the Federation?

It seems I need to ask about their purpose for coming to the Federation, Solon Linton thought to himself.
