Abandoned Woman Busy Farming

Chapter 728: Chapter 730: This is the True Evil Demon

Bai Ruozhu was made uncomfortable by the hard bed frame, but she didn’t have time to worry about the discomfort as her mind was rapidly assessing how she could escape from this place.

In front of Zhou Jue, she closed her eyes, unwilling to believe that he would keep vigil over her without a blink.

Soon, she found that Zhou Jue really was determined to watch her continuously. He sat nodding off on a chair in the room, but it was quite clear that he was not deeply asleep but rather keeping part of his attention on her movements.

Bai Ruozhu dared not act rashly, she could only pretend to sleep, striving to keep her breaths steady, so as not to arouse Zhou Jue’s suspicion.

Suddenly, Zhou Jue opened his eyes, a strange flush spreading across his face. He muttered under his breath, ”Damn it!” before hastily getting up to leave the room.

Seeing her opportunity, Bai Ruozhu moved with a thought and escaped into her Space as soon as Zhou Jue had stepped out of the room.

Earlier, she had been restrained by Zhou Jue and feared that entering her Space might pull him in with her, so she had to endure until now.

Once in her Space, she continued to lie in the same position, knowing that with time, her acupuncture points would loosen, so she just needed to be patient.

Moving with a thought, she activated the big screen to observe what was happening outside. Soon she heard the sizzling sound of footsteps, though she couldn’t see anything, the sounds seemed to come from the next room.

”Your Highness, could you please...be gentle,” a woman’s voice filled the air, a suppressed excitement detectable in her tone.

Next to the room was the main hall of this house. A door curtain separated the two areas. Currently, there was a slight gap beside the curtain, through which the entwined legs of two people could be faintly seen.

Sounds of clothes being torn apart rang out and Bai Ruozhu could make out the woman’s attire. It was typical for a peasant woman and by her voice, she appeared to be in her thirties.

Zhou Jue roughly tore at her clothes, pawing her with heavy breaths, and soon enough the woman’s moans reached a crescendo.

In her Space, Bai Ruozhu could hear everything clearly. She blushed on behalf of the two people involved, thinking, isn’t it almost dawn? If they continue this loudly, won’t the neighbors hear?

But it seemed like the woman was really enjoying herself, her cries growing louder and louder. At last, irritated, Bai Ruozhu turned off the big screen.

Safe in her Space, she relaxed somewhat. As tiredness came over her, her eyelids slowly drooped.

When she woke up again, she found that she was able to move her limbs slowly--it wouldn’t be much longer until she could unlock her acupuncture points.

She activated the big screen with a thought to check what was happening outside. Judging from the sky, it appeared to be noon.

The room was empty, utterly quiet. It seemed as though Zhou Jue had assumed that she had escaped and had left to seek her out.

Bai Ruozhu heaved a sigh of relief, her stomach grumbling with hunger. Slowly getting up, she ate some dried fish and water caltrop from her Space, giving her some relief.

Suddenly, there was noise outside. A burly man dragged a woman into the inner room, then brutally shoved her onto the bed where Bai Ruozhu had previously lain.

”What... what are you doing?” the terrified woman asked.

Bai Ruozhu recognized the woman’s voice as the one who had bedded Zhou Jue. Seeing her now, Bai felt disappointed because there was nothing remarkable about this woman. She was in her thirties, her face a dull yellow, and freckles had started to appear on her cheekbones.

Zhou Jue must have felt unwell last night and urgently required sexual intercourse to balance his yin and yang energy, so he had to make do with this woman.

”What am I doing? I’m your husband, what else? Or have you gotten addicted to serving others? Do you still fantasize about becoming a phoenix in the end? Take a look at yourself first!” The man slapped her, then tore her clothes apart.

In her Space, Bai Ruozhu gasped. The woman’s body was covered in injuries, not love bites, but pinch marks and scratches, even wounds made by fingernails. In many places, chunks of flesh had been gouged out, and her body was covered in frightful scars.

The man grimaced, ”I thought he cherished you, turns out you were just a tool. You were enjoying it, weren’t you ashamed?”

The woman began sobbing, ”I know you resent me, but he’s a prince. If I don’t go along with him, do you want him to kill us?”

Another slap landed on the woman’s face, ”Don’t try to fool me. Didn’t you enjoy it? You moaned so loudly, enjoying the sight of him and all. Alright, since you like it so much, I will oblige you!”

The man stripped her and without any preparations, took off his trousers and charged at her, pinching and twisting her body. The woman screamed from the pain. The sound was as high-pitched as when she was with Zhou Jue, but it carried an entirely different tone now.

Bai Ruozhu sighed. Who had she offended to witness such an event? And with no aesthetic whatsoever, she felt nauseous again. She turned off the big screen hastily.

When she was finally able to move her hands and legs freely, she grilled a fish and ate it. Guessing that the situation in the room should have settled, she turned on the big screen, only to find Zhou Jue’s chillingly cruel smile. She was sitting on a stool and the shock made her fall onto the floor, her legs numb from fear.

Zhou Jue gripped the man’s chin, asking, ”What, unhappy about me sleeping with your woman?”

Fear filled the man’s eyes, ”N... no.”

”Let me tell you, sleeping with your woman is a favor to you because you won’t need a woman very soon.” After finishing, Zhou Jue let out a sinister laugh.

Sudden agony contorted the man’s face. He was still naked, and his private parts suddenly swelled and bled, letting out pus. He screamed in pain, as his lower body disintegrated amidst blood and pus...

Bai Ruozhu, having just eaten the grilled fish, couldn’t help but vomit. That was a real evil demon. She absolutely couldn’t let herself fall into his hands again.

Zhou Jue threw the man aside like a lump of dirt, then turned to the woman, the corner of his mouth still curve in a seductive smile, but his eyes were full of contempt and disgust. It was as if he was forced into a revolting situation the previous night. The woman, terrified, moved further into the bed. But Zhou Jue continued to approach, he held her chin, asking, ”Do you want to be beautiful?”

The woman, as if in a spell, nodded her head.

Zhou Jue tossed a pill into the woman’s mouth. She screamed in agony, but her skin started to molt, falling off to reveal a layer of pale skin underneath. Within a short span, the woman’s screams subsided, and she seemed to have really become beautiful.

Zhou Jue led the naked woman to a bronze mirror, stroking her face with a self-satisfied air. ”Are you satisfied?” he asked.
