Raising My Trash Ability into a Broken SSS+ Rank Skill

Chapter 11 - Weapon fusion

After finishing his meal, Vritra stood up; thankfully the next wave hadnʼt come yet. He was quite sure that someone or something was controlling this trap from behind the scenes. But so far it didnʼt seem that person was trying to harm him on the contrary Vritra was being helped.

Stretching his body, Vritra spoke: ”Now shall we test our new skill, weapon fusion? There are just so many weapons lying all over the place, itʼll take quite some time.”

The Weapon Fusion skill did just as its name suggested, it fused two or more weapons into one weapons stronger than all the originals ones, it could acquire any skill from the three of them or maybe even more than one skill, it was quite random.

Picking up a sword and a knife, Vritra used the skill.

[Fusion Complete!!]

A blinding light flashed out of the two weapons as Vritra felt them disappearing from his hand, soon just one sword was left there, but its quality and durability seemed better.

Satisfied with the result Vritra got to work, fusing one weapon after another; doing different experiments to understand the skill better.

While he was picking the weapons and fusing them, Vritra even found a new friend; it was a strange fist shaped silver stone with the shape of eyes and mouth carved on it, it was a drop from some troll.

”You will be called Zengis from now on, sigh we are both covered in blood; letʼs get out of here together and get a really nice bath.” Vritra spoke, as he used the dust to make Zengis float beside him and follow around while he continued to fuse weapons.

Vritra felt a bit better to not talk to himself for once in several months even if it was just a stone, it was still nice company, then he took a glance at his stats.

”Although the levelling up had slowed down just a bit but the increase in strength is higher than both the previous rounds.

And the allocation points, I have gathered a lot of them if I find myself unable to continue against certain demons, I can give a boost to my stats then based on the abilities of the demons.” Vritra pondered to himself, and then he continued to fuse weapons.

As he fused more and more weapons, he was even able to decide which shape to choose among the fused weapons.

Another message and another round began.

”Whoa Lava Hounds?!!” Vritra exclaimed as he saw several large dogs covered in lava appear on the other side of the invisible wall, the starting level itself was more than 90 so this wave was going to be several times more dangerous than the previous one but Vritra wasnʼt worried about that, a big smile appeared on his face as he shouted:

”Finally I am going to get cooked meat, oh how long I have waited. Zengis, itʼll be dangerous here so you should hide for now.” Before even the invisible wall had disappeared, Vritra charged forward swinging around his dust swords not using his unfinished fusion weapon just yet, while putting Zengis away into inventory.

As the wall disappeared the temperature of the space became very high, just breathing was burning Vritraʼs body from inside and hundreds of fire pillars were shot towards him, even if the level of demons at the start was lower than him but their number was endless, it was still very difficult for him to kill them.

As he disappeared into the endless horde of the lava hounds, sounds of explosions continued to rang out along with the painful wails of the demons as limbs and heads were thrown around, another bloodbath began, his skin was burned several times very badly even receiving severe injuries a few times.

Of course, he received several one or two days gaps between his battles over the course of the month, even though the demons got stronger that also made his speed of levelling up faster.

”Chomp chomp Zengis gulp the meat of lava hound is just chefʼs kiss, anyway when we go out I will let you meet other beautiful stones. But after you get a girlfriend donʼt forget chew chew about me, okay?” Vritra spoke, while chewing on the lava houndʼs meat as messages kept popping.

It was the 28th day and again the invisible wall had appeared giving him some time to relax and talk to his first and the only friend, Zengis. Vritra found his company quite comforting, Zengis would always listen to him and even sometimes motivated him.

”What? Me? No I donʼt have any girlfriend either, itʼs too troublesome and I donʼt like otherʼs company- of course you and my mom are the only exceptions, rather than playing house with girls I prefer fighting, I was quite a fighter back on earth too.”

Vritra spoke, flashing a smile but if someone were to see him right now they would be scared shitless, he was completely covered in the blood of countless creatures.

”Sigh you are wondering how I ended up here? Well, I have to jump down or I might already be a corpse by now or maybe something worse, anyway I just hope mom is fine...” Vritra said in a worried tone, as Zengisʼs shiny surface flashed a comforting light.

”Thanks buddy, we are definitely going to go out.”

”Huff Huff You can come out now Zengis, it is safe and we have finally survived yet another month.” Vritra panted, several burns all over his body; he drank healing potion and lay back as Zengis came out of the inventory and floated around him.

”I canʼt believe we have been in this hellhole for whole four months, Fuck I am going to kill those bastards- sigh sorry for that Zengis, this just makes me so angry, damn it.” He cursed and after a large meal, even bigger than what he ate just a few days ago Vritra went to sleep.

After waking up he took a quick glance at his stats, checking his progress so he can be better prepared for the upcoming carnage.

In the fifth wave the difficulty level rose significantly, the demons this time were much more stronger and terrifying than any of the previous ones.

The cave shook as if it might really shatter as the horde of the next demons approached and soon and endless army of giant Minotaurs came rushing, looking quite scary and wild.

”Oh bull meat this time, well this is going to be very difficult. The starting level is already 130, damn this try hard son of a- hell, the stats of each of them are so high.”

Vritra readied himself for all the countless injuries he knew he would be getting soon, this battle was going to be very dangerous and he wasnʼt sure if he could really survive against such deadly creatures.

ʼWell if it really becomes too dangerous I can use those allocation points, they will give a huge boost.ʼ He thought, preparing for the fifth round.

”Oh well, here goes nothing...”

Without holding back, Vritra struck the first Minotaur as he changed the shape of his long sword made of dust at the last second, twisted the blade into minotaurʼs eye, before pushing forward and destroying its brain in a single attack.

Without wasting a moment or reading the message, he dodged the dozens of attacks that rained down at him and created a large dust storm and sent out various creatures to keep a few minotaurs busy for a while.

Using quick step, his body became a blur as he sliced at the body of another demon at its belly, aiming to cut it into two.

CLANG

Vritra was pushed back as other minotaur saved the one he aimed for, it seemed a few of them even possessed higher intelligence, but he wasnʼt deterred.

Turning the dust long swords into whips, he jumped high and wrapped them around the necks of the two demons before pulling them towards him with all his strength.

Minotaurs were very dangerous creatures as they possess higher strength, speed and their body is skin is hard to penetrate; as Vritraʼs blade sliced through the necks of the two of them, he felt slight resistance before two heads rolled down.

ʼI guess they are manageable, but I will have to go all out, I will save my allocation points for the next round with how things are progressing the next round will be even more dangerous.ʼ Vritra thought and then clearing his mind he focused solely on tearing apart the demons.

Pushing forward, he kicked one of the minotaurʼs head almost cracking its skull before sending tiny blades of dust into the body of the minotaur to rank havoc.

Vritra was now sure that the more this skill levelled up the more terrifying it would become, these large creature were absolutely powerless against the dust blades that attacked their bodies from inside.

More than a dozen goblins fell down at the same time few meters away from him, no wounds could be seen on their bodies but on the inside, all their organs were torn apart and their flesh was ripped.

Messages was flashing at a very high speed in front of Vritra, increasing his strength rapidly.
