Ice Age Apocalypse: I Hoard Billions of Supplies

Colombia and Freemonts were two nations that ranked quite highly in strength among the world’s top ten powers.

Of course, among the top ten organizations, Neon was now nothing but a nation in name only.

However, the strength of these two nations was relatively close to that of Huaxu Nation, at least enough to rank within the world’s top five.

With their Transcendent troops providing support, it would be even more effective than the support of dozens of small and medium-sized nations combined.

Zhang Yi asked, ”What about the other nations? For instance, those old-school powers in Europe.”

As for Brahmin, Zhang Yi couldn’t even be bothered to ask.

Brahmin bordered Huaxu Nation, and there was conflict in every aspect. Brahmin even viewed Huaxu Nation as a competitor, constantly scheming and stirring up trouble in the shadows.

For example, previously in the Southwest Region, they had actually sent people over with ill intentions.

So Zhang Yi didn’t have much goodwill toward this nation, and it was even less likely he’d count on them sending anyone to help.

But from what he understood, those Western European nations also possessed considerable strength.

Take Britannia, for example, the former world number one power.

He had crossed swords with the Round Table Knights and knew their strength was formidable.

If those guys could come... hmm, actually, forget it.

Zhang Yi thought of his Sword in the Tree again.

If King Arthur really did come, he’d be lucky if the man didn’t come looking to fight him to the death.

Meng Yuanjun said, ”Currently, every region across the world is unstable. You have to understand, we’re not the only ones facing all kinds of survival problems. Western Europe can’t cross half the planet to fight. Even if they sent Transcendents, at most they’d be below Captain-level. There’s no real meaning to it, so it can be disregarded.”

Han Shanzuo frowned. ”Only Colombia and Freemonts? How many people can they send?”

Meng Yuanjun glanced at the documents in his hand and said slowly, ”From Freemonts, they’re sending the Pantheon’s top Transcendent, God of Thunder Perun.”

”And from Colombia, the one heading to the Asia-Pacific region to handle related affairs is the Natural Science Association’s Newton.”

”Newton?”

Everyone was extremely familiar with this name, though they found it somewhat amusing.

Because in today’s society, the established official codenames for Transcendents were all named after figures from mythology.

This way, firstly, it made clear which nation or region the Transcendent came from; secondly, compared to the complicated names of various nations, mythological figures were much easier to remember.

But using the name of a historical figure as a codename was something they’d never heard of before.

Yang Xinxin softly explained to Zhang Yi, ”Because Colombia’s history is very short, and they couldn’t possibly use Native American mythology as their own traditional mythology.”

Hearing this, Zhang Yi couldn’t help but think of Lord of the Seas Cadillus and The Piercer Canero.

Indeed, if Epsilon-class Transcendents continued to reference other civilizations’ mythology, it would seem incongruous and awkward.

Using the sages of scientific schools as codenames, on the other hand, perfectly demonstrated their spirit of respecting science.

Zhang Yi shrugged. ”But Newton doesn’t seem to be Colombian either.”

Yang Xinxin’s smile made her eyes curve into crescent moons.

”If you really want to be that nitpicky, then as an immigrant nation, they probably don’t have much they could use for naming.”

Zhang Yi was only making a small joke. In truth, everyone could only use this matter to poke fun at Colombia.

But they also had to admit that Colombia truly possessed the most top-tier strength on this planet, and was one of the few existences that could go arm-wrestling with Huaxu Nation.

Zhang Yi asked, ”Marshal Meng, those two you mentioned, God of Thunder Perun and Newton, how strong are they?”

Meng Yuanjun looked at the documents in his hand and answered with a smile, ”These two, according to official intelligence, are both Black Chariot-tier Transcendents!”

The expressions of the representatives from the six major regions all relaxed considerably.

At a time like this, no matter how many low-level combatants came, it would be useless.

What they lacked was precisely high-level combat power!

Although this time the two nations were each only sending one Epsilon, they were absolutely standouts among their respective Transcendents.

It was understandable, really.

If they sent someone weak, there was an extremely high probability that person would die in battle. Fighting the Underground Civilization was no joke.

Li Changgong rubbed his chin and said in a deep voice, ”If two Black Chariots could lead a team into battle, our chances of winning would increase dramatically! However, if that Gatekeeper of the Underworld also appears, how should we respond?”

He spread his hands, his gaze burning as he looked toward Meng Yuanjun, Li Guangxiao, and Zhang Yi.

”Shengjing district and East China Sea Major Region both possess Huaxu Nation’s most top-tier space-based weapon technology!”

”Even Tianhai City has mastered powerful ground-based Heaven-tier weaponry.”

”With the war situation urgent, the enemy could attack any major region at any time. So I believe you should open up your weapon technology and share it with us.”

Zhang Yi’s heart stirred.

He had heard about the Heaven-tier weaponry that East China Sea Major Region used in that battle.

From space, using military satellites to launch weapons and directly strike the enemy.

Even against the Black Chariot-tier Mist Valley General Silver Armor, it was capable of inflicting highly effective damage.

That kind of weapon, whether in terms of surprise or the speed of its descent from the heavens, surpassed the Tianhai City Cannons.

He was also very interested in it.

Clearly, as the possessors of the strongest military power, Shengjing district and East China Sea Major Region had been holding back.

Meng Yuanjun smiled slightly and said very readily, ”I can share the space-based weapon technology with everyone. However, building those military satellites is extremely costly and time-consuming. It simply can’t be put to use in the short term.”

Li Changgong said, ”That’s a problem we need to handle ourselves! Marshal Meng, our biggest trouble right now, and the trouble we’ll face for quite a long time to come, should all be external enemies. Don’t hold back on us!”

Meng Yuanjun nodded. ”That’s easy enough to agree to. I’ll have the design blueprints sent to you immediately.”

When facing matters of great principle, Meng Yuanjun held nothing back. This was also because Li Changgong’s words made sense.

If the other major regions were all destroyed, Shengjing district, as the center of Huaxu Nation, wouldn’t fare well either.

Brother regions were like lips and teeth, interdependent. Mutual assistance was the only way forward.

Zhang Yi spread both hands and said, ”I can give you the blueprints for Tianhai City’s weapon as well!”

Zhang Yi being so generous actually caught everyone by surprise.

After all, based on their understanding of Zhang Yi, this person could go out and if he didn’t find money on the street, he’d consider it a loss.

Li Changgong nodded and said, ”This time, you’ve finally seen reason for once.”

Zhang Yi smiled faintly. ”I’ve always put the big picture first. As long as you’re willing to use it, then take it!”

Of course he could afford to be generous.

Because although the Tianhai City Cannons were complex, compared to space-based weapons launched via military satellites, there was still a certain gap.

The most critical thing was that firing them required a massive amount of spirit stones as a foundation.

But right now, the entire Huaxu Nation’s largest Elemental Ore Vein was in his hands.

Even if other major regions got their hands on the technology, it would be extremely troublesome to use.

There was also another aspect. All the weapons Lu Keran built, whether other mechanical products or the fortress itself, would continuously be upgraded as her abilities improved.

The blueprints Zhang Yi was handing out now would fall behind the technology Lu Keran would master in just a few months.
