Helping Beautiful Women Become Stronger, I Have a Love System

71: Chapter 71 Taking away Li Huai-ren’s girlfriend in front of him”That’s bullshit!”

Li Huairén was like a cat whose tail had been stepped on, instantly bristling, his voice turning shrill.

”Cao Kun! Don’t you dare spout nonsense! Jasmine, don’t listen to his nonsense, he...”

”Beautiful,” Cao Kun ignored him, turning directly to Baishi Jasmine and speaking in a magnetic voice.

”Am I right? Has Li Huairén completely failed to satisfy you? To the point you’ve become a bit disappointed in us Chinese men?”

Baishi Jasmine blinked her large eyes, adorned with exquisite makeup, looking at Cao Kun.

This man was much more handsome than Li Huairén, his physique looked taller and more solid, and the key was... he seemed to have seen right through her thoughts at a glance.

Before coming to China, she had been full of curiosity and beautiful fantasies about this ancient country, having heard that the men here were gentle yet strong.

But Li Huairén... all talk and no action, actually so weak it made her want to cry.

She had indeed begun to feel disappointed with Li Huairén, and even with Chinese men.

This man in front of her seemed very capable. Perhaps... she could give him a try?

”Cao Kun! Shut the fuck up! If you dare harass my girlfriend again, I won’t be polite!”

Seeing that Baishi Jasmine didn’t immediately refute Cao Kun but was instead staring at him, Li Huairén was even more enraged. He stepped forward, about to grab Cao Kun’s collar.

Cao Kun easily sidestepped the grab, continuing to speak to Baishi Jasmine, his tone full of confidence and provocation: ”Let me tell you, there are plenty of formidable Chinese men. It’s just your luck to have run into Li Huairén, the one weakling among them.”

”If you don’t believe me, we can give it a try. I guarantee you’ll have a completely different, unforgettable experience.”

The words were blatant and brimming with confidence, stunning everyone present.

Li Huairén could hardly believe his ears!

Not only had Cao Kun publicly exposed his shortcomings, but he actually dared to flirt with his girlfriend right in front of him, using such explicit language!

This was practically shitting on his head and then asking to borrow toilet paper!

Li Guanlin was also dumbfounded. He knew Cao Kun had changed, becoming wealthy and confident, but he never expected him to become so... so brazen!

Poaching someone right in front of everyone, and doing it with such righteous indignation and a fresh, refined style!

In his heart, there was only a huge word of admiration, plus the urge to kowtow to Cao Kun.

Baishi Jasmine’s heartbeat inexplicably quickened a few beats.

Cao Kun’s gaze and tone exuded a powerful, undeniable confidence, completely different from Li Huairén’s outward show of strength masking inner weakness.

She was already tired of Li Huairén and wanted to try someone else, but had held back from breaking up immediately due to social niceties.

Now, a man who was more handsome, stronger, and seemed to understand her needs had proactively extended an invitation...

She barely hesitated, giving Cao Kun a radiant smile and speaking in accented but fluent Chinese:

”Alright! I hope you’re really as capable as you say, and not like Li Huairén, who’s only... good with words.”

When she said ’good with words,’ she deliberately glanced at Li Huairén, the disdain in her eyes unconcealed.

Li Huairén felt as if struck by lightning, his entire body freezing in place, the blood draining from his face.

Cao Kun smiled, extending a hand to Baishi Jasmine: ”Don’t worry, I’m definitely not like that waste. If you don’t believe me, we can go upstairs right now and... try.”

”Let’s go. Try it, then.” As she spoke, Baishi Jasmine very naturally released the arm that had been linked with Li Huairén, walked over, and lightly took Cao Kun’s extended arm.

A soft, warm sensation came through, accompanied by a faint scent of perfume.

Witnessing this scene, Li Guanlin’s jaw nearly hit the floor. The look he gave Cao Kun was no longer just admiration; it was outright worship.

Brother Kun, you are truly my god!

Li Huairén finally snapped out of his immense shock and humiliation. Seeing his girlfriend, whom he had just held in his arms, now intimately linked with Cao Kun, a surge of furious rage shot straight to his head!

”Cao Kun! I’ll fucking kill you! You’re asking for death!”

With a furious roar, Li Huairén completely lost his senses and threw a punch straight at Cao Kun’s face.

He had practiced Taekwondo for a few days, and this anger-fueled punch did have some form.

Unfortunately, he was facing Cao Kun, who possessed the Mastery of Combat skill.

Cao Kun didn’t even move his feet. With just a light raise of his hand, he accurately caught Li Huairén’s wrist, then twisted and pushed in one fluid motion.

”Ah!”

Li Huairén let out a pained cry, feeling a sharp pain in his wrist as his entire body was involuntarily forced to stagger back by a powerful force.

He landed heavily on his backside on the polished marble floor, his glasses flying off, looking utterly disheveled.

”Li Huairén, I’ve already broken up with you!” Baishi Jasmine looked down at the fallen Li Huairén, speaking in clear Chinese.

”You’ve disappointed me too much. Don’t contact me again.”

Finished, she looked up at Cao Kun, her eyes holding expectation and a hint of challenge: ”Shall we... go upstairs?”

Cao Kun glanced at Li Huairén on the floor, humiliated and wishing he could vanish into the ground, then at the exotic beauty by his side, full of charm and willingly throwing herself at him. A victor’s smile curled at the corner of his mouth.

”Of course. After you.” He said politely, then, amidst a mix of shocked, envious, and scornful gazes, linked arms with Baishi Jasmine, turned, and walked towards the elevator lobby.

Li Guanlin looked at the crumpled Li Huairén on the floor, then at Cao Kun’s A dashing silhouette, hesitated for a second, and decisively chose to follow Cao Kun.

Leaving Li Huairén alone in the lobby, enduring the onlookers’ stares and whispers from all directions, his face ashen.

The elevator doors slowly closed, shutting out everything outside.

...

Inside the hotel room.

The curtains were drawn tight.

The lights were dimmed to a soft, warm glow.

The air was still warm and humid from the bathroom, mingled with the faint, pleasant scent of high-end toiletries.

Baishi Jasmine was wrapped in a white bathrobe, her damp black hair cascading over her shoulders, a few strands clinging to her flushed cheeks.

Barefoot on the soft carpet, she looked at Cao Kun, who had also just finished showering, a complex light in her eyes.

Cao Kun could sense that gaze.

He wasn’t surprised. He just toweled his hair dry, walked to the small bar by the window, and poured two glasses of water.

”Mr. Cao Kun,” Baishi Jasmine spoke in slightly stiff but softly intoned Chinese, sitting on the high stool beside him. The hem of her bathrobe parted, revealing her smooth calves. ”I’ve heard many... things about Chinese men.”

”Oh?” Cao Kun handed her a glass of water, leaning against the bar himself, relaxed and composed. ”What things?”

Baishi Jasmine took the glass, her fingertips lightly brushing against his before separating.

She lowered her eyelids, her long lashes casting a small shadow beneath her eyes. Her tone sounded like a simple statement, yet carried a subtle judgment: ”They say... Chinese men are very capable. But Li Huairén really gave me a feeling that was just too... average.”

”No... not average. It was terrible.”

She looked up, her gaze boldly resting on Cao Kun, the collar of her bathrobe slightly open. ”I hope you can change my perspective on Chinese men.”

Cao Kun smiled, tilting his head back to finish the water in his glass.

”Don’t worry. I’ll definitely let you experience the prowess of us Chinese.”

Saying this, he picked up Baishi Jasmine and carried her to the bed.
