Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Walking out from the throne room of the Azure Sky Kingdom together with Su Wuhan, Archbishop Soft Breeze was happily going over what had just transpired inside his head.

Not only had he managed to get a good artifact for free, but he had also managed to find out the level of the people from the church of the plague god present inside the Azure Sky Kingdom. Even if they were slightly stronger than what the king of the Azure Sky Kingdom had said, he did not really worry too much about it.

After all, in his opinion, the person who had attacked the king of the Azure Sky Kingdom should at most be at the Fourth Stage of the Domain Lord Realm. An expert at that level was something he could easily deal with, with his strength as a Peak Domain Lord!

In the end, Archbishop felt like the cardinal had been worrying way too much about the church of the plague god invading the Azure Sky Kingdom. Sending the two Domain Lords who had come along with him, Mei and Lin, would have been more than enough to deal with the experts from the church of the plague god present inside the Azure Sky Kingdom.

”This- A flying ship!?”

Hearing the voice of the cowardly king of the Azure Sky Kingdom beside him, Archbishop Soft Breeze could not help rolling his eyes at the fearful expression that had appeared on Su Wuhan’s face.

At least act with the dignity befitting of someone in your position!

Thinking this to himself, Archbishop Soft Breeze did not bother saying anything, as he directly grabbed onto Su Wuhan before he could react and directly carried him up to the flying ship.

Thump!

Putting Su Wuhan down after reaching the deck of the flying ship, Archbishop Soft Breeze instructed Domain Lord Lin to take care of him before leaving to see if Domain Lord Mei managed to find anything of interest inside the palace of the Azure Sky Kingdom.

…

”Your excellency!”

”No need for all that, did you manage to find anything inside the palace?”

Meeting up with Domain Lord Mei who had already returned to the flying ship before him, Archbishop Soft Breeze could not help feeling a bit excited thinking about what kind of treasures might have been hidden away inside the palace of the Azure Sky Kingdom.

The reason why he had gotten so excited, was because of the artifact Su Wuhan had ’given’ him.

The artifact in question was a Peak Mystic Grade Defensive Artifact! Even if it had been damaged, the value of the materials in the artifact alone, was worth more than enough for him to want it.

The most important part was the fact that the core of the artifact had not been damaged at all!

With his connections, Archbishop Soft Breeze was confident that he could find a Master Blacksmith that could help restore the defensive artifact when he finished dealing with the church of the plague god and returned to Order of the Sky God’s main temple in the Sky Empire.

”Actually, I did manage to find something quite interesting-”

”What is it!?”

Not wanting Domain Lord Mei to drag it out, Archbishop Soft Breeze interrupted her with a slightly impatient tone.

”Beneath the Azure Sky Kingdom’s palace, there should be several large deposits of rare spiritual metals! From the looks of it, the king of the Azure Sky Kingdom won’t be able to discover it unless he reaches the Domain Lord Realm.

Even then, he would have to search for quite some time to discover it even if he reached the Domain Lord Realm… If we manage to open a mine here. Even if slightly inferior to the Iron Sky Kingdom, it should not be by much!”

Hearing what Domain Lord Mei said, Archbishop Soft Breeze could not help opening his mouth in surprise. If what she said was true, then…

”Is what you said true!? You should know that this place is far away from the Core Region! How can there be so many large deposits of rare spiritual metals beneath a small Azure Sky Kingdom!?”

”Even if I’m not a hundred percent certain on the exact size of the deposits, as they are hard to fully observe with my divine sense given how far underground, they are located! However, I’m certain that put together, they should at least be two thirds the size of the deposits under the Iron Sky Kingdom’s capital!”

Not showing any hesitation as she said this, Domain Lord Mei remained firm in what she said.

”Haha, we are going to get rich! Maybe I will even have a chance at becoming a cardinal in the future!”

Filled with excitement after hearing Domain Lord Mei solemnly reaffirm what she had told him, Archbishop Soft Breeze very well understood just how significant the discovery would be for the development of the Order of the Sky God!

”For now, don’t tell anyone else about this, we can’t have this leak out and reach the ears of the fire lovers and moon worshipers, or even worse, the emperor!”

”I understand!”

Understanding just how bad it would be if any of those three managed to learn about the large deposits beneath the capital of the Azure Sky Kingdom, Domain Lord Mei did not feel what Archbishop Soft Breeze said was odd.

Of course, she also understood that the main reason for him wanting her to keep quiet, was because he wanted to use it to improve his position inside the Order of the Sky God!

”Hm? Come in!”

Creak~

Realizing that someone had come to the door Archbishop Soft Breeze called out, as the door slowly opened to reveal Domain Lord Lin on the other side.

”What is it? Did that little king from the Azure Sky Kingdom perhaps cause any problems?”

”No! he assisted me without any problems! I’m here to inform your excellency that we will arrive at the mountain range where the base is located in less than half an hour!”

”I understand… I will prepare for the battle, you can leave for now, Mei, you can leave as well, we will continue our discussion after dealing with the leeches from the plague god!”

””Yes!””

Whoosh~!

Following his order, both of them left, as Archbishop Soft Breeze sat down to meditate before the battle. Even if the other party only had a single person at the Fourth Stage of the Domain Lord Realm, Archbishop Soft Breeze still wanted to be at his best possible state when facing off against them.

After all, he had not reached his current position by carelessly charging into battle… Even if that was what he was currently doing to some degree…
