Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

”What happened? Why is everyone surrounding Feng Chen…?”

Landing a short distance away from Shu Yao, Xuan Hao walked over and asked her. Hoping that she would be able to enlighten him as to the reason why so many people had suddenly decided to surround Feng Chen so eagerly.

”Ah! Elder Xuan!? You gave me a shock there! And Feng Chen is just explaining the fact that you reached the Domain Lord Realm to the elders from your sect and mine as well. Domain Lords are quite rare, so it’s a given that they are so… Interested.”

Almost jumping up from shock when Xuan Hao suddenly appeared behind her, Shu Yao quickly explained the reason why everyone was currently surrounding Feng Chen.

Xuan Hao barely managed to stop himself from laughing when he heard the surprised scream from Shu Yao as she quickly answered his question. Trying her best to pretend her earlier surprise scream did not happen.

”Hm? Sect master…”

However, other than Xuan Hao, there was one more person who heard the somewhat cute scream coming from Shu Yao as the person in question turned to look over in the direction of Shu Yao where the sound came from. Spotting Xuan Hao in the process standing together with her.

”Elder Xuan…?”

Putting things together in a record speed, the younger elder quickly realized that the person standing together with Shu Yao was the Domain Lord from the Flying Sword Sect that Feng Chen was talking about. At the same time, he was also the elder that they were waiting for to show up before moving out to deal with the Raging Flame Sect once and for all.

”The one and only. Are you perhaps an elder from the Spring Flower Sect?”

Affirming the question that the young elder said without realizing it, Xuan Hao watched as she looked at him with an almost dazed expression before hearing what Xuan Hao said.

”I-I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to sound rude or anything! I-I was just surprised that you suddenly appeared beside the sect master and… and… M-my name is Xuefeng! Shen Xuefeng… B-but just calling me Xuefeng is fine! Yes! Normally people call me Xuefeng… Or Elder Xuefeng.”

Having what could only be described as a nervous breakdown of sorts, Xuefeng apologized to him for some reason as she also introduced herself at the same time.

”You can also just call me Elder Xuan. No need to be so nervous…”

Perhaps its because I’m a Domain Lord…?

Thinking about this as he tried to calm the young elder Xuefeng down, Xuan Hao made sure that he would not mention the fact that he was a Domain Lord when meeting someone at the Nascent Soul Realm outside… Of course, only when they were friendly…

Just pretending to be at the Nascent Soul Realm should be enough to not cause them to end up like Xuefeng…

Maybe doing the same for when meeting people below his own cultivation realm would be a good idea… After all, he could not have everyone he met outside the Flying Sword Sect react like Xuefeng did…

He really had too little experience with being outside the Flying Sword Sect… The only experience he really had, was interacting with cultivators around the same realm as himself.

The ones with lower cultivation than him were mostly all disciples or elders from the Flying Sword Sect…

”O-okay, Elder X-Xuan…”

Building up some courage, Elder Xuefeng nervously called out to him as Shu Yao watched her from the side. Looking like she wanted to say something to her.

”Feng Chen, stop your story time and the rest of you, come over here! Elder Xuan has already arrived! We should really get going… We never know if the Raging Flame Sect has any spies in the Flying Sword Sect or the Spring Flower Sect, it is only a matter of time before they find out that we have gathered together like this!”

Shu Yao cast one last look towards Xuefeng before turning towards Feng Chen and the rest of the Nascent Soul Realm Elders present and called out to them. Interrupting them in the process of questioning Feng Chen about Xuan Hao…

”Great! We should head out immediately! Me, Shu Yao and Elder Xuan will go towards the main sect of the Raging Flame Sect, while the rest will split up and head towards the different branches under the Raging Flame Sect. Now, head out! We will need to move quickly before they begin to notice anything!”

Knowing that the elders from both the Flying Sword Sect and Spring Flower Sect would most likely end up asking Xuan Hao about his breakthrough for at least another hour if left alone, Feng Chen hurried the group of elders to leave for the different branches of the Raging Flame Sect before that happened.

”…”

Of course, none of the elders were able to refuse what Feng Chen said… Especially not? so when Shu Yao supported him as well…

Whoosh~

Full of reluctance, the group of elders did not stay around the mountain peak and directly left for the different branches of the Raging Flame Sect. Elder Xuefeng that stood together with Xuan Hao and Shu Yao also moved as she soon disappeared from the mountain peak together with the rest of the elders.

Leaving only Xuan Hao, Shu Yao and Feng Chen behind.

”Time for us to move out as well-”

”Let me.”

As both Shu Yao and Feng Chen were preparing to leave the mountain like the rest of the elders, Xuan Hao spotted them before he covered both of them with his sword domain.

”Wah!”

”Ah! I’m flying!”

Under the shocked expressions of both Shu Yao and Feng Chen, both of them suddenly found themselves floating mid-air.

”Looks like it can work like this as well…”

Muttering this to himself, Xuan Hao smiled secretly as he saw the two sect masters floating in the air in front of him with the help of his sword domain.

His domain not only helped him fly freely in the sky, but he could also carry people with him… The only downside was the fact that the energy and concentration required to carry even two people was way more than he expected.

Xuan Hao calculated that three or maybe four people would be his limit and if he tried to carry any more people, he would lower his combat strength and limit the area covered by his divine sense. Making himself more open to ambushes and weaker at the same time. Not really something he wanted to do if he could avoid it…

”Now, let’s get going!”

Saying this, Xuan Hao manipulated his domain as the two sect masters together with himself flew in the direction of the Raging Flame Sect’s main sect.
