Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Leaving behind Bai Ning as he began to cultivate on his own, Xuan Hao once again left the pavilion. Making his way back towards the training ground where both Chu Yang and Qing Yi were currently in the midst of cultivating.

The aura around both of them had already completely changed, as Xuan Hao watched Qing Yi suddenly open her eyes before looking straight at him with a smile on her face.

”Congratulations on breaking through!”

Xuan Hao fully understood why Qing Yi was smiling at the moment, she had just broken through all the way from the third stage of the Foundation Establishment Realm to the Fifth stage!

Whoosh~

Waving his hand, Xuan Hao removed the impurities that covered Qing Yi’s entire body from her breakthrough.

”Thank you master!”

Standing up and going over to hug Xuan Hao in a show of happiness, Xuan Hao barely managed to dodge to the side as he chuckled upon seeing the confused expression on her face after finding out that her master had dodged her hug.

”Go back and take a bath, I can only remove the impurities themselves… Not the smell they leave behind!”

Saying this, Xuan Hao watched Qing Yi show an understanding look before saying something even he could not hear before making her way back towards the pavilion.

”Congratulations to you as well Chu Yang, it looks like you managed to reach the seventh stage of the Foundation Establishment Realm. You can be considered to be a late-stage Foundation Establishment cultivator by now!”

Turning to look at Chu Yang still sitting on the ground with a thoughtful look on his face, Xuan Hao waved his hand and removed the impurities that covered his body.

Seeing that Chu Yang was still not moving after he had removed the impurities that covered his entire body after his breakthrough, Xuan Hao felt that something was wrong as he watched the confused expression on his second disciple’s face.

”Master…”

”Hm? What is it?”

Calling out to him, Chu Yang nervously looked over before continuing.

”It’s just… Earlier, when I broke through to the seventh stage of the Foundation Establishment Realm, I suddenly felt something weird happening to the Devil Immortal Jade… I-I don’t know why, but it seems like the jade suddenly got absorbed into my dantian after I broke through…!”

Watching as Chu Yang nervously explained what had happened, Xuan Hao did not really know what to say… He really did not expect that the Devil Immortal Jade that his disciple had stolen from the Black Rose Sect in the past, would end up getting absorbed into his dantian…

”Let me take a look first…”

Not really knowing what he could say, Xuan Hao walked up to Chu Yang and placed his hand on top of him as his divine sense quickly gathered together and entered his body without any resistance.

Through his divine sense, Xuan Hao soon saw the situation of Chu Yang’s dantian and could not help but smile wryly to himself.

The Immortal Devil Jade had indeed entered his dantian and not only that, but it had placed itself at the centre of it!

Chu Yang’s seven foundational pillars circled peacefully around it as a continues stream of qi entered his dantian before reaching the Devil Immortal Jade.

The Devil Immortal Jade did not keep the qi for itself as it refined the qi into an even purer state before transferring it towards Chu Yang’s seven foundational pillars, further strengthening them in the process…

Scanning the Devil Immortal Jade along with the qi that it had refined and transferred into Chu Yang’s foundational pillars, Xuan Hao could not find anything wrong with it and instead could only acknowledge the fact that the Devil Immortal Jade seemed to be helping his disciple’s cultivation instead of causing any sort of harm to him.

Xuan Hao felt a bit bewildered when he realized this, as he had thought the Devil Immortal Jade’s only use was to summon some demon like the Black Rose Sect had intended to use it for…

But now it looked like the Devil Immortal Jade had another use as well… And that was to increase someone’s speed of cultivation!

”It looks like it is only helping you with your cultivation, you don’t need to worry about it.”

Retracting his divine sense from his dantian, Xuan Hao informed the nervous looking Chu Yang with a confident look on his face.

No matter what, he did not see the Devil Immortal Jade causing any harm to Chu Yang… On the contrary, Xuan Hao felt a slight tinge of jealousy after seeing how useful the Devil Immortal Jade was in purifying the qi that it absorbed…

”Really!? That’s great!”

Smiling happily after hearing his master inform him about this, Chu Yang felt a wave of elation roll over him.

He had already realized how useful the Devil Immortal Jade was for his cultivation after absorbing it into his dantian, but it was after all something coming from a demonic sect, so he was still cautious about it and decided to ask his master if there was something wrong with it before he truly began to use it.

Hearing that there was nothing wrong with the jade, Chu Yang clearly knew that his cultivation would improve by leaps and bounds in the future with its assistance!

Whoosh~

”Argh!”

Not expecting for Chu Yang to launch at him and hug him out of happiness like Qing Yi had done, Xuan Hao was caught off guard as a terrible smell suddenly invaded his nostrils, causing him to almost throw up on the stop.

”Go back and take a bath like Qing Yi!”

Pushing the happy Chu Yang away, Xuan Hao quickly informed him before disappearing from the training ground.

His two disciples were quite eager to hug him today and he did not dare to return to the pavilion before both of them had taken a bath!

With this in mind, Xuan Hao decided to check up on the two Wang brothers… It had been quite some time since he had last seen the two of them and from what he had learned, one of them had even taken in that Lu Wen as a disciple.

Xuan Hao was curious how far that guy had grown, he was after all quite talented as well…
