Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Jia Yan greeted a few people and then entered the depths of this Twisted Territory.

The Twisted Territory is created by battlefield disruptors that are favored during Big Starfield battles. After all, for beings like Jia Yan, who have become so enormous, it’s hard for any fortification to block their form. Thus, using something like subspace distortion, with better effects, no enemy can easily see what’s happening inside.

”How many of our allies are in this territory?”

Jia Yan looked around. Due to the distortion effect, even he found it difficult to clearly see how many fighters were on standby here.

”One hundred Respect Level, thirty Stellar Level, five Galaxy Level including ourselves, and with you, six in total.”

A few people responded to Jia Yan.

”A total of one hundred thirty-six people...”

Jia Yan paused, feeling a bit dazed just because of this number.

But he also understood not to underestimate this number of over a hundred people. Not to mention anything else, just the presence of the six Great Star River Level entities, including him, could wipe out the Orion Arm dozens of times. So in the World of Strong Ones, it’s not the quantity that matters, but how powerful the strong ones are.

Jia Yan nodded and then asked, ”Do you know the enemy’s approximate strength?”

”Jia Yan, don’t be discouraged when you hear it.”

One of the Star River Level entities, who had strength similar to Jia Yan, spoke somewhat gloomily.

”We don’t quite understand the number of weaker enemies, but we only need the number of Star River Level entities, and that’s sufficient. They have a Galaxy Level entity comparable to our Black Sheep, plus four or five mid-level Galaxy Level ones. As for the early-stage River Among the Stars, I can’t figure out the specific number, but those numbers alone are enough to give us a headache.”

”Uh...”

Jia Yan was startled by this series of numbers.

Then, he gave a bitter smile.

Sure enough, he knew the battlefield he had come to wouldn’t be an easy one, or else the Insect Clan Queen wouldn’t have assigned so many mission rewards to this battlefield.

It seems, this battlefield only wants to implement the ’Delaying Decision’ strategy.

Winning is almost impossible, no matter how optimistic the Insect Clan Queen and others are, even with their strong power, they wouldn’t think that with the current number of strong ones alone, they could handle the enemy’s massive numbers.

”Thinking about it, those guys, each strictly defending their energy circle, actually know that even if they make a move, this war won’t be resolved quickly. Even if the Insect Clan Queen moves personally, she could progress all day, wasting a massive amount of stamina, and still make little headway.”

This is a typical scenario where the strong have powerful strength, yet it’s still impossible to win. Jia Yan thought about it and felt that even he had no chance of winning.

”Then here, I’ll only be engaging in small-scale skirmishes.”

Jia Yan shook his head.

”Indeed, Jia Yan, if you manage to defeat a few Galaxy Level ones here, it would already be remarkable, and it’s best not to kill the opponents. They are likely doing the same, for if someone were killed, neither side would want to be unable to back down, and nobody wants to rekindle the war.”

A Galaxy Level entity said this to Jia Yan.

He feared that Jia Yan still didn’t understand.

But how could Jia Yan not understand? After knowing the situation, he already planned not to kill their strong ones.

Star River Level, that’s absolutely untouchable. As for Stellar Level, if they ’accidentally’ get killed by a group of Star River Level ones, it’s no big deal. Of course, the number can’t be too many, or it will cause backlash.

The reason a local force is a local force is that for an outsider to easily get a share, it’s an almost impossible feat.

The Insect Clan Queen and others don’t seem to have any real intention of settling directly here. Overall, it’s a step-by-step thing, and this fringe area is just a place to find resources and replenish.

The other side probably knows this, so they’ve applied the Delaying Decision strategy.

”Hmm!”

As Jia Yan just arrived at this space, understanding the strength comparison of both sides and how the overall situation would play out, he was slightly startled.

Because he felt a terrifying presence arriving outside of this Twisted Territory.

Beside this strong presence, there were also some slightly weaker but still definitely Galaxy Level strength presences.

Their brainwave power, like a mighty terrifying shockwave, rushed into this Twisted Territory. Although it didn’t disperse the distortion focused on resisting strong ones in one go, it did make the creatures inside shake and sway, feeling extremely uncomfortable.

This is an outright provocation!

Several Galaxy Level beings’ expressions instantly changed.

Jia Yan only heard outside, that most formidable of presences sneer.

”You bunch of Retractable Turtles, didn’t a very impressive strong one just arrive? You had us worried for quite a while, but how come they’re hiding now? Haha, do we have to invite this esteemed guest out to meet us?”

”Yes, that distinguished guest, weren’t you glaring at us when you arrived, but now you’ve retreated into your shell, not daring to show your face? Not like you’re female, why so shy?”
