Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Capítulo 2142: Chapter 8: Returning to Earth!

The other subordinates had similar thoughts.

Jia Yan is an Evolutionary Creature, and they even knew that in this vast area of the Starfield, the influence of Evolutionary Creatures was greater than they imagined.

So if Jia Yan wanted to develop or do something, it wouldn’t be so simple here.

After all, anyone would be afraid that an Evolutionary Creature who has reached the Stellar Class Late Level might become a threat in the future.

Therefore, the subordinates were worried that setting up a base in such an uncertain place could lead to unexpected attacks at any time.

“Don’t worry, we are not staking a claim here, but returning to my hometown. Hehe, you don’t know where my hometown is, do you? Let me tell you, once we get there, you don’t have to worry about any external forces. An entire Starfield of several hundred light-years around is our territory. However, my only request is not to mistreat any civilization or life there, because that’s my hometown.”

Jia Yan resolved the longstanding confusion of his subordinates.

That is, he also has a hometown. Previously, he had never disclosed his hometown to his subordinates, leaving them unaware of Jia Yan’s origins.

“The Lord’s hometown must be full of Strong Ones, we dare not act recklessly.”

“That’s right, a place capable of nurturing such a great being as Lord Jia Yan would not be ordinary.”

Several subordinates flattered Jia Yan.

But when they found out what the so-called ‘Orion Arm’ was, each had a peculiar expression.

“A vast Starfield, where not even Dignitaries can roam freely?”

“Does such a place still exist?”

“I see, it’s due to the ancient Evolutionary Creature’s might, still protecting that region, no wonder.”

The subordinates all felt a hint of dread towards Jia Yan’s so-called hometown.

Startling because this hometown is actually a relatively backward place, where Jia Yan had previously made improvements to the region, now potentially generating more Strong Ones.

And fearful knowing why this area of several hundred light-years is still so backward, and aware that a previous powerful Evolutionary Creature had protected the entire Starfield for hundreds of thousands of years after its death, they felt intimidated.

An Evolutionary Creature, still able to protect a Starfield of hundreds of light-years for hundreds of thousands of years after death, exceeds their imagination, much like a myth to them, even with their current Middle Level of Stellar Class strength.

And looking back, realizing that Lord Jia Yan is a successor of such a creature, suggesting that he might reach such levels in the future, this group of subordinates couldn’t help but feel a rush of hot blood, convinced they followed the right Boss.

“In any case, I think we should go to my hometown next, but I must say, practicing cultivation there is beyond your imagination in difficulty. Of course, I’ve thought of solutions to these difficulties, and things will slowly get better in the future, what do you think?”

Jia Yan asked.

He actually wanted to hear the opinions of his subordinates because Jia Yan knew that although he had enough power, his experience and problem-solving skills were not as ample as those of his much older subordinates.

Therefore, listening to their opinions might not only yield valuable suggestions but also let them feel their thoughts are respected, making them work harder in the future.

Jia Yan has always been somewhat calculating, and it’s an open calculation. After all, who doesn’t love a Boss willing to listen to subordinates’ suggestions?

Of course, regarding Jia Yan’s proposal, none of the subordinates wanted to refuse, for it surely beats living under someone else’s roof in the Northern Star Domain.

“Alright then, I will prioritize the reconstruction of the Adisa in the Country of Taia here, and after necessary resupply, the fleet will continue its advance.”

“The target is Earth!”

When Jia Yan found no supplemental or opposing comments from his subordinates, he felt assured and finally issued this command.

With this command, beings from the Divine Spirit Major Domain, having not operated in normal space for a year, quickly began resupply operations again.

However, to them, even though they were now far from the Divine Spirit Major Domain, the people of the Northern Star Domain were the first external beings they encountered after leaving the Divine Spirit Major Domain.

Everything about the Country of Taia seemed to the creatures from the Divine Spirit Major Domain like a new and extraordinarily attention-drawing environment.

And to the beings from the Country of Taia, while the Outsiders were few in number, each was extraordinarily powerful, even including many at the Respect Level and Semi-permanent Star Level. There were even hints of other Stellar Level Strong Ones apart from Lord Jia Yan and his team members.

So, no one dared too much to provoke.

Both parties gradually completed exchanges and transactions in a friendly manner.

And life went on like this slowly.

Finally, two months later, inside the Subspace, Jia Yan received a message from Kama.

The final design of the Adisa had emerged.

“It’s finally here…”

Jia Yan calmly looked at the final design document in front of him, naturally using a highly advanced Smart Brain, relaying within Subspace without much signal interference.

Actually, Jia Yan was already aware of the general definition of this final design, but seeing the document, he was still a bit excited.

“For a creature of my kind of size, generally speaking, there wouldn’t be any particular Battleship to ride, since at such a stage, the Battleship needed would be extraordinarily large, and to have a good ride experience, it would need to be at Planetary Level of Battleship, making the cost too high, and hardly any Strong Ones would use it. Creatures at the Stellar Class Late Level usually adopt external equipment like the Senior did back then.”

Jia Yan gave a faint smile, content with the final draft.

This final draft of the Adisa had restored its original function, as a Backpack.

The initial function of the Adisa was as a Backpack, and the previous Strong One used the Adisa as their Backpack too.

Of course, the Backpack is not merely a Backpack, just as the Senior didn’t treat the Adisa as an ordinary Backpack, and Jia Yan’s design function isn’t just a Backpack either.

In fact, it’s a Backpack function propulsion device, and Technologists like Kama have added ‘Subspace Thrust’ capability to it, so as long as Jia Yan’s body can withstand it, it will propel Jia Yan into extremely deep Subspace Interior and then fly in at an extremely fast speed.

Of course, due to technological limitations, the speed of this Backpack-type Adisa can’t surpass the original Adisa, and the user must be able to withstand the damage within extremely Deep Space. However, since the damage occurs at great speed, it might escape before the Deep Space entirely corrodes the body, so it doesn’t necessarily need full endurance capability.

Jia Yan didn’t know if his current body could endure it, in any case, he didn’t dare try just yet. But since the Adisa wasn’t made yet, once completed, maybe his strength would suffice.

“Hmm, this Adisa is indeed good. Well then, proceed as planned.”

Jia Yan responded to the message, then notified the fleet.

They prepared to set off back to the Orion Arm, which means back to Earth.

“However, on this journey, I will lead you through a stretch of Chaos Starfield where there’s a planet I want to see, so before that, use the normal flight mode.”

After Jia Yan issued the order, the already-prepared massive fleet began to assemble and mobilize.
