Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Chapter 2126: Chapter 40: Country of Taia in Turmoil (Part 2)

The minister hesitated for a moment, then spoke hesitantly.

“Silence.”

Kama heard this and her expression changed instantly, shouting loudly.

She knew that this minister was trying to reveal the matters about the ‘Mother Star’ or rather, Earth.

Although they didn’t know how much Jia Yan valued that Earth, when they learned there was a ‘Jia family’ on Earth, Kama had guessed something through Jia Yan’s name and the rumors that Jia Yan called those Jia family members his parents.

After all, for the people of Earth, a normal person changing species is a fantastical thing, but to creatures in the universe, it’s not so surprising.

So it seemed they had guessed something.

The group of star-level beings seemed to be tracking Jia Yan’s footsteps. Although their purpose was unknown, it was certain that they had ill intentions toward Lord Jia Yan. They hadn’t revealed any detrimental information about him yet, but the matters of the ‘Mother Star’ they held were of enormous intelligence value.

If they were to speak out, perhaps the Country of Taia could resolve this crisis instantly and might even win the favor of this group of star-level strong ones.

But Kama had no hesitation and directly stopped this matter.

Apart from her emotions for Jia Yan, just talking about Jia Yan’s strength, she observed step by step as he gradually advanced to a star-level existence after their last meeting.

One must know, it took just decades for him to reach the star level as an evolutionary creature. If they carefully investigated the information about evolutionary creatures, they would know how extraordinary this species is. Now there are even cosmic rumors that once a member of the evolutionary creatures reaches star level, they are destined to rise unstoppably.

And right at this moment, Jia Yan had reached star level!

Therefore, he is unstoppable.

So without thinking, even from the standpoint of a king, she knows this matter is not to be trifled with. Since that group of star-level beings hasn’t yet shown intent to destroy her Taia Kingdom, they should stall, stall as long as they can.

She believes that now is not the time for Big Boss Jia Yan to return. When he does return, it’s expected that all the current issues and troubles will be easily resolved.

Of course, Kama is also prepared for a prolonged battle because, despite her confidence in Jia Yan, she doesn’t think he can possess the strength to deal with a group of star-level strong ones so quickly.

“Among these star-level beings, I estimate that there are strong ones at the middle star level. Even if the boss has great talent, at most, he would have just reached the middle star level quickly. No, I shouldn’t think too ideally. It’s fortunate if he has reached the peak of the beginner star level.”

Upon reflection, Kama felt she was overthinking. If Jia Yan’s strength didn’t increase that fast, she’d rather that he doesn’t return so soon because, with his current strength, it’s definitely not enough against a group of star-level beings.

“Sigh, I wouldn’t be happy whether the boss returns or not. I don’t even know what I’m thinking.”

Thinking of that Giant Mosquito creature brought about some emotional changes in Kama.

There was no one else in this grand hall, but if there were, they would surely be shocked, seeing a woman who increasingly resembled an empress showing a hint of a little girl’s demeanor.

Unfortunately, unrequited feelings do not find reciprocity. Jia Yan was aware of Kama’s feelings, but he decided not to reciprocate because he already had trouble at home and didn’t want to attract another one.

Thus, in these days, Taia Country slowly plunged into a new round of turmoil again.

Especially a group of people who lost their jobs and welfare, provoked by some external forces, took to the streets, claiming that Her Majesty was restraining the country’s prosperity and stubbornly causing the country to provoke a group of star-level strong ones.

In short, they kept insisting that Kama should clearly explain everything about Lord Jia Yan to the incoming group of star-level beings.

Matters of the star-level should be resolved amongst themselves. For them, a small Taia Country was just like a tiny fish pond that could be wiped out with a breath by those star-level strong ones, so how could they get themselves involved?

Honestly, it’s true. If Kama didn’t feel a little confident, she might have already given away Jia Yan.

But she persistently stood her ground, even though she knew the people weren’t wrong to protest, she still used the police and other measures to send them home. Fortunately, she didn’t issue any attack orders, and as long as ordinary people don’t have any combat power, they were no match for the powerful police, so there were no casualties, and the matter was resolved this way.

Not far from the capital star of Taia, a fleet of battleships anchored in interstellar space.

“How strange, facing such circumstances, that empress remains unmoved. Could it be that she truly has no knowledge of Jia Yan’s information?”

“Impossible, since Jia Yan has come to Taia Country several times and has a good personal relationship with the empress, she must have some idea of Jia Yan’s private information or direction.”

“Right, let’s wait and see, or maybe take action to destroy one or two planets; perhaps then she’ll speak.”

“Let’s not. We came under the guise of visiting the Genius Battlefield. If we do such things within the territory of the Genius Battlefield, though small countries would hardly react, our actions could provide others with an excuse to attack us, and we wouldn’t have a valid reasoning.”

This group of star-level creatures hesitated because they couldn’t find a justifiable reason to attack.

Of course, for general star-level strong ones, there’s no need to care about ordinary life, let alone the fate of an ordinary planet.

However, this group of star-level beings had somewhat sensitive identities, giving them no reason to attack any star or country in the Northern Star Domain.

That’s because they weren’t native to the Northern Star Domain, or rather, this vast starfield.

They came from a place a full ten thousand light-years away.

This place is called the Stellar Academy!

Indeed, they were the group of star-level strong ones who had been hunting Jia Yan in the Stellar Academy and Stellar Battlefield for a long time.

After Jia Yan eliminated a large portion of their group, they finally drove him into the Divine Spirit Major Domain.

While other creatures believed Jia Yan was definitely dead—after all, a creature of the Universe System entering the Major Divine Spirit Domain had no reason to survive—they didn’t know that their strongest member, a middle-level star being not even average at that level, Wu Da, didn’t think so.

“Jia Yan’s strength might not be great, but his various means and combat abilities are too powerful, or we wouldn’t have let him escape. Hence, we need to take him seriously, assuming he could come out from that Divine Spirit Major Domain alive.”

“That’s impossible, as that place being the Divine Spirit Major Domain is like a forbidden land for creatures from the Universe System; how could anyone come out alive…?”

“Shut up. Just follow my orders. We should investigate his homeland and other data, then immediately set off to investigate him in person. Maybe we can intercept him before he has a chance to increase his strength.”

Following Wu Da’s instructions, a group of subordinates and creatures headed towards the direction of the Country of Taia.

What they didn’t expect was that shortly after their arrival, the very being they were waiting for actually returned!
