Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Chapter 1818: Chapter 16: News of the Strong Ones from the Stellar Academy!

Jia Yan’s seemingly self-talk made a group of subordinates’ faces even darker.

So, after saying so much, Lord Jia Yan actually admitted that even with his current strength, he didn’t dare face that group of pursuers…

In other words, joining this chaos was absolutely extremely dangerous.

Of course, Jia Yan wouldn’t say such things directly to them right now. Ultimately, he was also looking forward to when those strong ones from the Stellar Academy arrived, hoping to have already dealt with the Divine Spirit Star’s matters and escaped with a bunch of Crystals of God.

After the subordinates left, witnessing their expressions become not more relaxed but even more serious, Jia Yan felt helpless.

After all, he couldn’t deceive them by saying he wasn’t worried about those pursuers; that would indeed be misleading them.

This group of subordinates was still quite easy to use, and they were loyal, so Jia Yan didn’t want to trick them.

“So, those guys are really coming?”

Jia Yan quietly lay down. Although on the surface it seemed that Jia Yan wasn’t too concerned about the strong ones from the Stellar Academy coming after him, internally he felt differently.

“That middle-stage stellar being is too strong, even though I’ve reached this level now, I still don’t have any confidence in defeating him. And even more so, as he has so many auxiliary strong ones by his side.”

Jia Yan thought softly and then sighed deeply.

“Now my only hope is that they arrive slower and that I collect more Crystals of God. Anyway, I have the Subspace Talent, even if they are prepared, they definitely cannot capture me with my new strength. When they arrive, I’ll flee, and I presume they wouldn’t be able to catch me.”

With such a formidable pursuit squad behind him, the situation left Jia Yan feeling quite annoyed. After all, he was able to easily suppress the terrifying strong ones of One Star, yet still had to endure such matters; it was quite unsatisfying to him.

But those strong ones from the Stellar Academy, at least in the nearby starfield, were considered a powerful starfield. Running for his life under their pursuit wasn’t exactly something to be ashamed of; considering this, Jia Yan felt relieved.

“But Stellar Academy, you just wait. When I reach the middle stage of the stellar level, and may even have some chance to counter ordinary stellar class late levels, I’ll definitely come and pay you a visit to let you see how terrifying it is to offend an Evolutionary Creature…”

In Jia Yan’s Compound Eyes, a sharp light flashed. You must know he had long been displeased with the Stellar Academy’s actions, previously having gone to the Genius Battlefield to challenge, and now being dealt with like this, it was something he found unacceptable.

Anyway, Evolutionary Creatures were originally synonymous with making trouble in this universe. When the time comes, he’ll go and make some trouble and see if those guys dare to provoke Evolutionary Creatures again.

Time slowly passed.

Once again, with the Stellar Level Alliance, the army of the Divine Spirit side was noticeably more fearful.

They kept retreating, stealing another piece of land from the God Territory within a short month.

Especially when facing enemies from the Jia Yan Squad, as when the ordinary biological army from Jia Yan Squad attacked, they fled at the mere sound.

Squadrons of ordinary armies charged undefeated, no matter the resistance along the way, they still couldn’t resist for a moment, being crushed instantly. By the time all the armies reacted, without encountering any challenge, they had already occupied another territory of the God System…

An ordinary biological army of the Jia Yan Squad surprisingly achieved battle results equivalent to the entire Stellar Level Alliance army. You must know the numbers of the two armies differed by at least a hundred times…

But no one found it strange.

Because behind that seemingly unimpressive army were eleven extremely powerful ‘stellar level combat powers’.

Among these eleven formidable combat powers, there was one most impossible to overlook terrifying strong one, and that was ‘Jia Yan’.

This absolute Overlord Level existence was almost invincible on this Divine Spirit Star. Despite countless divine spirits and stellar level strong ones wanting to research this powerhouse’s terrifying strength and if there was any way to break it, no one had discovered any methods thus far.

“Damn it, our God System lost territory without any resistance, our losses are huge; will the Alliance compensate?”

In the Divine Spirit Grand Alliance area, a crying figure practically begged the surrounding God System leaders one by one.

All for the loss of a large territory occupied by the Jia Yan Squad, his divine spirits and himself had become mere figureheads, pleading for some compensation from each God System bigshot.

“Haha, if you’re willing to fight back, our God System will support you with a batch of Crystals of Belief. But, are you willing to?”

A God System boss impatiently said this sentence, and then the crying God System boss dared not speak.

He was the God Spirit boss who was previously occupied by Jia Yan without spending a soldier, saying they were subject to God Spirit Alliance’s unified demands and gave up their territory, but actually, before others spoke, their God System’s God Spirits had packed up and prepared to flee.

Seeing that the once-vocal God System boss was unwillingly silent, a group of God System bosses still comforted him.

“Alright, Pinis, we will support you with a batch of supplies, and also, I have good news to share with everyone here.”

The God System bosses all perked their ears to listen.

For them, the current situation was full of bad news. The God System who lost its entire territory might be their future fate. In such circumstances, where could there be good news?

Hence, upon hearing there was good news, each eagerly displayed indifference while attentively tuning in.

The God System boss, now gaining all the bosses’ attention, felt a slight sense of pride.

“Everyone, no need to worry. Remember the discussion we had a month ago about the mysterious call? Today, that mysterious individual responded to me using encryption, which is unreadable by Jia Yan for sure since I provided him with an encryption code.”

“What? The mysterious individual responded. What did he say?”

“Could he have said he is near? Did you tell them Jia Yan’s current strength? If so, they must be confident enough to approach.”

“That would be great, but the other person is a cosmic strongman. Wouldn’t it be inconvenient with so many God Spirits here?”

The God System bosses were overjoyed to hear back from the mysterious individual, especially since they had no solutions against Jia Yan. If someone claimed capable of countering Jia Yan arrived, it would be extremely thrilling for them.

“The lord said he’ll arrive in half a month. He asked for us to hold off Jia Yan for half a month, and once he arrives, he won’t pursue us for being God Spirits, because he is not part of any Stellar Battlefield forces and is merely here to capture Jia Yan Squad’s leader.”

The God Spirit boss conveying the message replied to the bosses in a mysterious tone: “He also mentioned that even if Jia Yan is strong, as long as he hasn’t crossed the Stellar Class Junior threshold, he wouldn’t stand a chance…”

“Indeed, he’s a Stellar Class Middle Level! And definitely not the average one, because he comes from Stellar Academy thousands of light-years away, which even us from the Realm of the Gods have heard of.”

“What? A Stellar Class Middle Level powerhouse! That’s equivalent to our Divine King!”

“Not correct, he’s a strongman from Stellar Academy, possibly stronger than our Divine Kings, perhaps reaching title-level Divine King!”

“Ha ha, that’s wonderful. He assured us he wouldn’t attack and wants to deal with Jia Yan. A title-level Divine King powerhouse against Jia Yan, a mere God Level creature, despite his greater strength over an average godling, could hardly match a title-level Divine King.”

“We’re saved! For now, let’s securely retreat. Even if losing territory, don’t engage those agitated Stellar Level strong ones. Just wait half a month, and we’ll win without a fight.”

The God System bosses felt incredibly excited anticipating the arrival of the ‘Stellar Academy’ senior.

Of course, some God Spirit bosses questioned if this strongman’s arrival, regardless, being a cosmic strongman, might pose a danger to their gathering of God Spirits and end up captured all together.

“Ha ha, a senior of such capabilities is confident in their words. Since they assured us no harm, they won’t act against us. Don’t worry, don’t stress so much.”

The God System bosses spoke reassuringly to the concerned God Spirit.

Meanwhile, half a month’s journey away from the Divine Spirit Star.

“Lord, you said we wouldn’t attack those God Spirits. Is this true?”

“Heh, how could it be true? We cosmic strongmen naturally oppose Godling powerhouses. During my youth at the Stellar level, I battled Godling powerhouses in some battlefield. Even a friend of mine perished by God Spirits. Why should I spare them?”

“Uh? Then your promise to them was…”

“You’re so naive. We cosmic strongmen need not be like those God Spirits bound to keep their word. Though we generally do what we say, there’s no need with enemies. One mustn’t be so inflexible in life.”

“Uh, I understand. Thank you for the guidance.”
