Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Chapter 1252: Chapter 5 Battle Lesser Genius Pass! [Please Subscribe to the Official Version]

In the entrance direction of the Genius Battlefield, the likelihood of battles occurring is not high.

The officials of the Genius Battlefield also grant newcomers a protection period during which, unless the newcomers have personal grudges against them, the strong ones neither gain points for defeating nor killing newcomers, and may even be penalized.

Of course, Jia Yan needed to be cautious, after all, the Adisa was too eye-catching.

Unfortunately, despite being careful, Jia Yan still encountered a Strong One in the Genius Battlefield.

This Strong One, was actually waiting at the entrance to ambush newcomers and rob their possessions.

”Get off the spacecraft obediently!”

As Jia Yan approached the entrance, less than fifty billion kilometers away aboard the Adisa, a voice carrying the fluctuations of a Secondary Powerhouse resonated within the Adisa!

”Hmm?”

Jia Yan looked out towards the starry sky in surprise.

He was truly shocked this time because he hadn’t felt the presence of this powerhouse nearby before the sound was made.

This did not mean Jia Yan was weaker, but in terms of Brainwave Power, the other’s control was certainly superior to his.

”Master, we’ve encountered a robber! Be careful.”

Adisa was flying anxiously around Jia Yan.

Meanwhile, the prince of the Naruozi Empire in another compartment was staring blankly around, seemingly unaware of what had happened.

”Adisa, can’t we jump away from here?” Jia Yan’s voice remained calm, though his words hinted at wanting to avoid trouble.

After all, in the Genius Battlefield, his first thought was not to fight but to understand the area and secure his footing before anything else.

But Adisa’s answer was somewhat disheartening.

”The Adisa is not in full condition; otherwise, one shot would have killed him. Now the opponent has used a space disruptor. If we attempt a forced jump, the distorted subspace may tear us into pieces,” Adisa seemed depressed as even in its complete state, the Adisa was a very powerful weapon, but right now, it couldn’t handle a Secondary Powerhouse.

”In that case, we only have to block soldiers with generals and cover water with earth.”

Jia Yan stood up and then instructed Adisa to open a section of the ship, and he flew out into the vacuum.

”Haha, what an obedient young man.”

Standing in the starry sky was a monster with a snow-white complexion, looking splendid in his appearance.

Jia Yan was smaller than his opponent, appeared weaker, and considering that his opponent was also a genius, Jia Yan wasn’t very confident in facing him.

”May I know what guidance this Senior has for me?”

Jia Yan entered the starry sky and saw a battleship behind the opponent, from which a bunch of small machines, presumably the spatial interference devices, were released.

”It’s simple. I don’t want your battleship, just hand over your possessions. Newcomer, this is an unspoken rule in the Genius Battlefield. You’re unlucky to have met me, just resign to your fate,” the white monster said coldly.

Seeing that Jia Yan was a Dignitary and that his colossal battleship seemed somewhat extraordinary, he didn’t wish to be too aggressive. If he couldn’t kill Jia Yan and Jia Yan happened to have a powerful background, his life wouldn’t be easy either.

And the rule he mentioned indeed seemed to exist. Newcomers who are unlucky enough to encounter a senior genius eager to earn something extra should simply consider themselves unlucky.

The officials of the Genius Battlefield just turn a blind eye as long as no one gets killed, as they anticipate the scene where a newcomer who has grown stronger seeks revenge on the genius who robbed them.

”Hehe, you want me to hand over my possessions?” Light flickered in Jia Yan’s Compound Eyes.

Then he said indifferently, ”Then, Senior, please prove it with your strength!”

Since he couldn’t evade, it was time to fight!

Indeed, Jia Yan would also use this battle to see how much stronger the geniuses within the Genius Battlefield are compared to the powerhouses outside!

In the Northern Star Domain, he could easily defeat a Secondary Powerhouse, and those here couldn’t possibly be stronger than the Semi-permanent Star Level from outside, could they?!

Seeing a flicker of combativeness in Jia Yan’s eyes, the white Secondary Powerhouse let out a chilling laugh.

”Haha, typical of a newcomer, thinking you’re strong outside, so you must be strong here too? I’ll show you what the Genius Battlefield really is!”

This Secondary Powerhouse knew that most geniuses were so arrogantly confident, and he had been one of them in his days. Now that Jia Yan refused to accept reality, he’d take this opportunity to properly teach this junior a lesson.

”Defeat me!”

The claws of the Secondary Powerhouse, like ultra-alloy steel, harshly lunged towards Jia Yan.

Jia Yan’s expression was somber, and then his body swiftly retreated backwards.

At the same time, the space around Jia Yan distorted, extending the distance of the opponent’s attack.

Although the opponent was also a powerful entity in terms of Brainwave Power, utilizing his Environmental Control Power to disrupt Jia Yan’s spatial distortions, his attacks were still affected.

The strike just barely grazed by Jia Yan’s body without injuring him!

Both parties were left with expressions of shock and solemnity!

Jia Yan was surprised, he had not held back much in his dodge, yet the opponent’s strike nearly hit him.

The opponent was equally astonished, amazed that Jia Yan could dodge his attack!

”Wow, you’re truly a genius among geniuses? Just arrived and you can dodge my attack, impressive!” The White monster’s face showed a trace of cruelty.

”But the more of a genius you are, the more I like to torment. Now, fall before me!” This White monster then utilized an even stronger move, instantly attacking towards Jia Yan.

Jia Yan’s demeanor was indifferent, feeling a sense of equal strength at this moment.

”Indeed worthy of the Genius Battlefield, randomly encountering a Secondary Powerhouse, yet able to match my strength. However...”

Jia Yan’s Compound Eyes glowed with pride, then fearlessly clashed head-on!

This time, he also used his forelegs.

The attack of both sides suddenly collided in the Universe Starry Sky!

A earth-shaking shockwave erupted within this space, with the center of their confrontation causing both to be blown back dozens of kilometers.

Jia Yan’s forelegs had instantly turned a deep blue color, indicating he was also fighting with all his might.

”Impressive, impressive! Really impressive!”

That White Secondary Powerhouse, seeing that his attack had no effect on Jia Yan and vaguely matching him in power, felt even more emotional!

He attacked once more.

A streak of explosive brilliance appeared again in interstellar space, two immensely huge monsters directly collided, pushed back dozens of kilometers.

”Not bad, to be able to exchange a few moves with me, let’s see how long you can hold on.” The White monster seemed increasingly interested, launching another lightning-fast attack towards Jia Yan.

Jia Yan naturally wasn’t afraid either, facing him head-on.

The two continuously collided in the starry sky, and the opponent did not seem intent on taking Jia Yan’s life, but rather kept using a form of power suppression on Jia Yan.

Indeed, his strength is that of a Secondary Powerhouse, and not like other Secondary Powerhouses from the outside world.

Jia Yan’s strength couldn’t surpass the opponent, but his skills were not weak either, and the more he fought, the more he discovered the opponent’s fighting techniques were extraordinary.

”Master, this powerhouse’s moves surpass those of the Northern Star Domain, you should learn more.” The tiny Adisa inside Jia Yan’s body, like the light shadow monster from before, gave pointers to Jia Yan.

”I understand, his way of fighting is created just for himself. Is this what a powerhouse from the Genius Battlefield is like? Truly a rare talent.” Jia Yan replied to Adisa while fighting.

The battle continued, although Jia Yan was amazed by the powerhouse’s strength, he had once defeated a Semi-permanent Star Level Expert and now facing this Secondary Powerhouse, the depth of experience against stronger opponents came to the forefront!

Clash after clash, then the exchange of wonderful moves, each was a battle of wits and strength, Jia Yan initially was at a disadvantage, but before long, as both sides’ stamina gradually depleted, his advantage began to show!

”How is this possible? Your stamina hasn’t declined much!” That Secondary Level genius felt his own stamina dropping as anticipated, but the opponent showed no signs of decline, immediately sensing trouble.

He attempted to retreat, but Jia Yan’s gaze flickered, and he leaped forward to his front.

”Hmph, there are plenty of species with strong stamina, did you think you had me figured out?” Cold light flickered in the eyes of the White monster.

The next moment, his attack power suddenly surged!

”Eh!” Jia Yan was startled, feeling the opponent’s claw swiftly moving towards him, he quickly took a large step back.

But this White monster seemed to have anticipated that Jia Yan would dodge, then his body emitted a brilliant light.

In front of his body a small white hole appeared, the White monster stepped into it.

”Kid, I hope we meet again. If your newcomer protection period is over, I will kill you!”

This White monster harshly spoke before entering the white hole, then directly disappeared.

”Escaped?”

Jia Yan saw this strange hole from not too far away, even he couldn’t catch up in time, as the white hole disappeared after the opponent entered it.

”Wow, Master, you’re too incredible, just entering the Genius Battlefield and defeating a secondary level genius within! I will transmit the data to the Genius Battlefield officials right now and add points for you!”

Adisa flew out from inside Jia Yan’s body, constantly congratulating him.

Of course, Jia Yan didn’t feel overly joyful or anything, after all, he had once defeated and even killed Secondary Powerhouses. Although this White monster was far stronger than any previous Secondary level he had seen, defeating him was not the same as killing him, so Jia Yan didn’t feel anything worth celebrating.

But through this battle, he understood his strength in the Genius Battlefield indirectly.
