Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 3021 Little Angels

Three figures danced in the center of the hall. One was tall and well-built, but the other two were scrawny like two little pipsqueaks, not even a meter tall. However, they were not dancing but moving in such a fashion as they battled.

”Hehe, die monster~”

Celestia giggled as she swung a wooden sword around, trying to slash Davis into two. However, he dodged around, causing her to miss multiple times.

”Yiaah!”

Eterna also brought a wooden spear into the fray, trying to stab him as she twisted around.

Their movements were wild, flexible, and unpredictable, even with the styles they seemed to have learned from their mothers.

”Haha~ You two gotta be faster than that to even put a scratch my superior being.”

Davis twisted his body as they both slashed and stabbed from two sides, causing him to grasp their harmless miniature weapons and pull them from them, instantly grabbing the two of them at the same time as he lifted them up.

”Come here, you little rascals… this space monster is going to eat you~”

”Aah!”

Davis opened his mouth as wide as possible before he growled and bit them playfully, causing Celestia and Eterna to smilingly scream before they laughed together, knowing that they lost.

The women surrounding them also couldnʼt help but watch with gentle eyes. Just from their looks, one could see they were fond of this scene.

Indeed, Davis went on to play with his children for half an hour as he waited for Tina, Dalila, Sophie, and Bylai to get ready.

Initially, Celestia and Eterna were a bit anxious to approach him, perhaps because they saw his ruthless side when he had his beauties lined up and investigated them by asking them cruel questions with a stone face to smoke out Accursed Warlock Fraser Herrion. But after allowing them to ʼkillʼ him, the monster, they easily warmed up to him.

Basically, he played tag with them with the added fun of getting to beat him up, and naturally, he got hit a few times because he let them, but after they thought they were superior, he cackled and ʼunleashedʼ his true form, telling them that he was a space monster and they could never land a hit on them before he finally captured them and gobbled them up.

Their peals of laughter were pure melody, and their smiles lit up his world, washing away all the burdens he felt.

However, Celestiaʼs cheeks puffed as her eyes teared up.

”Papa, are you going to… leave soon?”

Hearing that, Eternaʼs smiling expression also faded. She stuck her bottom lip out as though she was going to cry.

”Please donʼt leave us…”

”Ahh…”

Davis became troubled, ”No… Papaʼs just going outside. I will come back soon, but only if youʼre good children and do not cause trouble to your mothers.”

Celestia and Eternaʼs faces lit up.

”Promise…?”

They asked at the same time as they extended their pinky fingers out, causing him to be troubled.

”Donʼt do that. Thatʼs a flag...”

However, a voice resounded from the sidelines, causing everyone to turn to look at Mingzhi.

”Ah, itʼs sixth mother!”

”Sixth mother, why would you stop Papa? Are you here to bully us again? Father, save us!”

Eterna and Celestia cried out as they held Davis closer, causing him to chuckle.

”Mingzhi, have you been bullying our children?”

”Not really.” Mingzhi smirked, ”Iʼm just carrying out the duties of a mother and putting them in their place.”

”Father, sixth motherʼs lying.” Eterna threw her hand and pointed at Mingzhi, ”She spanks our butt every chance she gets!”

”Yes, sixth mother is unbridled~” Celestia fumed as her cheeks puffed.

”…”

Davis didnʼt know what to say, ʼWell, sheʼs the best teacher to you naughty kids...ʼ

”Is that so? Donʼt worry. I, your father, will teach her a stern scolding and a private lesson in our room when I return.”

”Yay~”

Celestia and Eterna cheered as they both kissed his cheeks before they extended their tongue out at Mingzhi, also causing her to do the same. However, Mingzhi winked at Davis, causing him to also wink back at her, and that didnʼt escape the eyes of the others, causing them to blush as they looked at each other.

It was quite peaceful, but their expressions changed as they suddenly heard something.

”But… donʼt be hard on sixth mother. Sheʼs also… plays with us.”I think you should take a look at

”Yes, father… scold her a bit gently, okay…?”

They whispered in their fatherʼs ears, but the others heard everything, causing their heart to warm. Davis also couldnʼt help but smile. These cheeky lasses always called him father when pleading with him and other times called him Papa affectionately, causing him to shake his head.

”I know. You shouldnʼt disrespect your mothers, alright?”

”Papa, how many mothers do we have?

”We heard that our mothers increased by four? How does that happen?”

”Pfft~”

Mingzhi almost burst out laughing that she quickly turned around and scampered away. The expressions of the others also fell as they suppressed their laughter, letting their man deal it all by himself.

”…”

Indeed, Davis was at a loss.

They asked so innocently that if he didnʼt know better, he would absolutely think that his cheeky children were planning on making him a laughingstock. However, he wasnʼt flustered, instead smiling as he moved his lips.

”Eterna, Celestia. Who are your birth mothers?”

Both Eterna and Celestia instantly pointed toward their mothers, Shirley and Isabella.

”Thatʼs right.” Davis nodded complacently, ”They are your birth mothers who carried you in their bellies for nine months, but through me, your birth mothers are also sisters with most of the women over here, ultimately making them your mothers.”

”Uh? We were in their bellies?” Eterna titled her head.

Davis nodded as he kissed her cheek, ”Thatʼs right. Your father planted a seed in them that grew little by little like a plant before they transformed into you and your little sister.”

”Ohh~”

Eternaʼs face appeared to be one of understanding. However, Celestia still looked confused.

”So if we came out of them, then does that mean that father was also inside them to plant the seeds?”

”…”

Davis became dumbfounded. His gaze went past his children and saw Mingzhi rolling around the floor and the others silently laughing as they turned their heads away, their bodies quivering with great intensity as though they were going to explode.

Fiora was banging the table lightly with her fists. If Niera wasnʼt holding Sophieʼs baby Aurelia and breastfeeding, then even she might roll over and laugh.

Davis understood that Celestia meant to ask that he was a baby inside them like them, but he coughed lightly from embarrassment before shaking his head and nodding at the same time.

”Well, you two are not wrong, but youʼre also wrong…”

”That doesnʼt make sense.” This time, even Eterna became confused.

”Yes, it only makes sense to adults like your father and mother, but Eterna, do you consider Celestia your little sister even though she is from a different mother?”

”Yes~”

Eterna cheerfully replied, reaching out to Celestia, who was to her opposite, as she leaned and kissed her cheek.

Celestia pouted for being called the little sister but didnʼt seem to mind the kiss as she adorably blinked her eyes.

”Indeed. Even though your mothers are different, you two are connected through me, so the other women who are also my wives are tightly bonded with your birth mothers, making them all your mothers whom you should respect equally. Understand?”

”We do~”

The two little cuties nodded their heads, causing him to instantly move over to other topics as he began teaching them more about how to use a spear and a sword. They might be little kids, but they were also martial art freaks.

Just one more year, and he felt like they could officially start their cultivation journey. Although he felt like starting now would also be better as their bodies were already powerful, he wanted them to have a childhood and not a life that was full of training.

”Sigh…”

Isabella couldnʼt help but heave a hearty sigh before she giggled one last time.

She remembered back in the imperial family that she wasnʼt provided an explanation like this and was just forced to accept. Shirley also thought the same, although they didnʼt think of it as anything as this was the norm for them, although some did find it quite weird, strangely clouded in a bubble of warmth as Eterna and Celestiaʼs sweetness took them over.

They also wanted to personally experience this by having their own children, but it seemed like their wait was extended.

Sometime later, the four women whom they were waiting for finally showed up. They smiled at them, welcoming them.

However, Davisʼs gaze fell on Lea, ”Would you accept the spot allocated to us by the Aurora Cloud Gate?”

”…!”

Lea was stunned as she gazed at him, not expecting to be selected at all.
