Urban Seduction: Housewives Club

Chapter 1855 - 0184: The Official Fiancée 2

On the other side, as soon as Chen Xi entered the lounge, her expression changed immediately. Her brows furrowed in anger as she demanded, ”What exactly is your relationship with that Chu Mo?”

Wang Yue was not surprised at all. He knew Chen Xi too well and understood that she had such a temper. In front of outsiders, she always united with him against everyone else, but once there were no outsiders around, her stubbornness would come out, and sometimes she would even act unreasonably.

Moreover, this time she was in the right, so she was bound to be even more persistent.

Fortunately, Wang Yue had already thought of a plan. In the face of Chen Xiʼs questioning, he said nothing and suddenly pulled her into his arms, lowering his head to kiss her lips.

Chen Xi was completely taken aback. Although she was Wang Yueʼs fiancée, they had always behaved properly when they were together. Such an intimate gesture was already way too much.

So she never expected Wang Yue to kiss her so suddenly.

However, Chen Xi did like Wang Yue, and since she was very young, she had always considered him the man of her life. Therefore, she was not at all resistant to his kiss; on the contrary, she enjoyed it.

Since it was her first kiss, Chen Xi didnʼt know what to do, but Wang Yue was an experienced lover and quickly showed his fiancée the pleasures of kissing.

They kissed for a long time before finally separating.

Since it was Chen Xiʼs first time, she felt very embarrassed and buried her face in Wang Yueʼs shoulder, complaining, ”What are you doing?”

”Werenʼt you suspicious of me? So Iʼm showing you with my actions how much I love you,” Wang Yue said with a smile.

”Hmph, donʼt try to fool me. Tell me honestly, whatʼs going on between you and Chu Mo,” Chen Xi demanded, although her tone was much softer than before. It was more like a coquettish request than a harsh interrogation.

”I donʼt want to lie to you. At first, I pretended to pursue her for family reasons, but now I realize that I really have developed feelings for her,” Wang Yue said truthfully. He felt he had wronged Chen Xi, and the only thing he could do now was to be as honest as possible with her, rather than keeping her in the dark.

”I donʼt believe what you just said anymore,” Chen Xi said softly. ”You say you love me, but then you mention having feelings for another woman. Who do you really love?”

”Of course, itʼs you,” Wang Yue replied without hesitation, but then he added, ”But some people are naturally promiscuous and canʼt be faithful. Thatʼs just the way I am. I really love you, and that will never change. But I canʼt help but feel attracted to other women. I canʼt lie to myself, and I certainly donʼt want to lie to you.”

”Does that mean I can like several men too?” Chen Xi asked in a pout. ”Be with multiple men at the same time?”

”No!” Wang Yue shook his head firmly. ”If you are with another man, whoever it is, I will kill him. If he is stronger than me, then let him kill me. But I will never let you be with another living man while Iʼm still alive.”

”Wang Yue, youʼre really shameless!” Chen Xi exclaimed.

”Thereʼs nothing I can do about it. Iʼm just that kind of person. If you canʼt accept it…” Wang Yueʼs voice trailed off.

Chen Xi suddenly became nervous, and tears welled up in her eyes. Could this bastard mean that he would give up on her if she couldnʼt accept it?

But then Wang Yue continued, ”Then I will do everything possible to make you accept it. You will always be mine in this life, and you will never leave me!”

Chen Xi was almost furious at Wang Yueʼs words, but deep down, she felt an indescribable sweetness—didnʼt his words mean that he cared about her?

Seeing that Chen Xi seemed to be softening, Wang Yue quickly added, ”Xiao Xi, I promise you that I will treat you well for the rest of my life and give you everything I have. Even if I donʼt have something, I will do everything possible to get it for you.”

”I want a complete love, not something to be shared with others. Can you give me that?” Chen Xi asked coldly.

”Yes!” Wang Yue replied without hesitation.

”What about Chu Mo?” Chen Xi asked.

”I have feelings for her, but thatʼs not love. Itʼs more of a possessive desire stemming from my fondness for her,” Wang Yue explained. ”If she doesnʼt like me and wants to be with another man, I might be sad and disappointed, but I wonʼt force her. But you… I will never give up on you. Even if you donʼt like me or even hate me, I will stick by you for the rest of my life.”

Hearing Wang Yue say this, Chen Xiʼs heart softened. She couldnʼt help but say, ”But isnʼt that unfair to Chu Mo?”

”Maybe it is, but as long as she is happy with me, thatʼs all that matters to me. Fairness isnʼt important at all,” Wang Yue said.

Since the revival of spiritual energy and the emergence of martial artists, human moral concepts have changed significantly compared to a few hundred years ago. The idea that the strong can have multiple partners has become widely accepted, and everyone, including Chen Xi, is affected by this.

So she was easily convinced by Wang Yue and obediently lay in his arms, saying softly, ”I hope you will remember what you said today.”

”Donʼt worry. No matter how many women I have in the future, you will always be my favorite,” Wang Yue promised solemnly.

”How many more do you want?” Chen Xi asked in a annoyed tone, then suddenly realized something: ”Wait, you said you just started pursuing Chu Mo, which means you havenʼt succeeded yet. So how come youʼre so proficient at kissing? Tell me, is there some other woman involved?”

”Thereʼs also Sister Lan,” Wang Yue admitted. It wasnʼt that he always used Li Menglan as a shield; itʼs just that among all the women he had been with, only Li Menglan was someone he could publicly admit to, and she was also the one who would be most easily accepted by others.

After accepting the fact that Wang Yue also wanted Chu Mo, Chen Xi found it less difficult to accept the existence of another woman in his life.

Moreover, Li Menglan was different from Chu Mo. Chen Xi was quite familiar with her, and their relationship was also good, so it was even easier for her to accept this.

But still, Chen Xi couldnʼt help but feel a bit resentful: Why? She was his fiancée, yet he had first practiced kissing skills with Li Menglan.

And probably, it wasnʼt just kissing… So she asked, ”How far have you gone with Sister Lan?”
