New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 2016: Using Rule Ascension Lotuses (2)

”Although the Devourer Eagles also meet the requirements for using the Rule Ascension Lotus, for now, I will let them fight.”

Alder, the leader of the Devourer Eagle Emperors was one of the most powerful spirit beasts under Ajax and thanks to his 10 subordinates, he could even fight and win against Siora before her Divine Rule was upgraded.

Alder has multiple Divine Rules and his innate Divine Rule, the Divine Devour Rule was close to reaching 50 percent of awakening.

As for other Devourer Eagles, their Divine Devour Rule has crossed 20 percent of awakening.

Like Alder, these Devourer Eagles also have multiple Divine Rules like Divine Wind Rule, Divine Sky Rule and Divine Bestial Rule.

In a way, they meet the requirements much better than others as they have four Divine Rules each and the awakening percentage of them was above 20 percent.

However, since they were currently busy fighting, it would be hard to max out their Divine Ruleʼs awakening percentage to 80 with the available Rule Ascension Lotuses on him.

Therefore, Ajax decided to focus on the chosen ones first and then nurture Alder before focusing on the 10 Devourer Eagle Emperors at once.

”Raweth, Snow, Sparrow, Twilight and Father, letʼs go.”

With a thought, Ajax brought four re-cultivated spirit beasts and his father into the Divine Inner World where Siora was already cultivating.

”Letʼs not disturb Siora.”

Ajax brought them some distance away from Siora before giving them the Rule Ascension Lotuses.

”Previously, Siora used 9 Rule Ascension Lotuses to increase the awakening percentage of her Divine Forest Rule to 80 percent.”

Ajax briefly explained the effects of the Rule Ascension Lotuses and gave them 10 Rule Ascension Lotuses each.

”Letʼs begin.”

With 10 Rule Ascension Lotuses in their hands, Aron and others started using them one by one. ʼSystem, give me the results after each usage.ʼ

Ajax wanted to collect as much as data possible to better understand the effects of the Rule Ascension Lotuses.

Since he would be repeatedly harvesting the Rule Ascension Lotuses and even planning to sell them to the other cultivators, Ajax wanted to know as much as possible about the Rule Ascension Lotuses.

With more data, Ajax could put a proper price when selling them to others.

Thus, he asked the system to show their improvement of the Divine Ruleʼs awakening percentage.

ʼSwiishʼ

The process remained the same as when Siora used the Rule Ascension Lotuses.

First, injecting the essence of nature into the Rule Ascension Lotus would make it float and hover about the cultivatorʼs head.

Next, it would melt, becoming a golden mysterious energy that covers the cultivatorʼs entire body.

In the third step, the golden mysterious energy penetrated into the cultivatorʼs body, and became one with him, helping him increase the awakening percentage of the cultivatorʼs Divine Rules.

After 10 minutes,

It took exactly 10 minutes for Aron and others to use the first Rule Ascension Lotus just like Siora and they continued to use the next one without wasting any time.

As for the system, it kept sending a series of notifications regarding their gains to Ajax. Among the five, Ajax focused on his father first.

ʼDing,

The first Rule Ascension Lotus has increased the awakening percentage of your fatherʼs Five Divine Rules by 20 percent, reaching an overall awakening percentage of 50.

ʼ20 percent? Itʼs more than double.ʼ

For a moment, Ajax was surprised to see the improvement in his fatherʼs Divine Rule.

Previously, Siora was able to improve her Divine Rule by only 8 percent whereas Aron was able to improve 20 percent.

ʼAs expected, as the awakening percentage of the Divine Rule increases, it will get

increasingly harder to improve.ʼ

Ajax silently muttered to himself and checked the improvement of others.

ʼDing,

The first Rule Ascension Lotus has increased the awakening percentage of Rawethʼs Divine Rules by 20 and 15 percent respectively.

ʼDing,

Divine Sun Rule (50 percent), Divine Flame Rule (55 percent).

ʼDing,

The first Rule Ascension Lotus has increased the awakening percentage of Sparrowʼs Divine Rules by 22 and 20 percent respectively.

ʼDing,

Divine Nether Rule (50 percent), Divine Ice Rule (50 percent).

ʼSo, it increases by 20 percent if the cultivatorʼs awakening percentage of the Divine Rule is at

30 percent.ʼ

After observing Raweth and Sparrowʼs gains, Ajax concluded it.

With a single Rule Ascension Lotus, Aron, Raweth and Sparrow are each half way in their Divine Ruleʼs awakening, making them much stronger than before.

ʼDing,

The first Rule Ascension Lotus has increased the awakening percentage of Snowʼs Divine Rules by 45, 40 and 49 percent respectively.

ʼDing,

Divine Thunder Rule (60 percent), Divine Sky Rule (50 percent) and Divine Rebirth Rule (50

percent).

ʼWhat?ʼ

Ajax thought he had a better understanding of the Rule Ascension Lotus; however, when he saw Snowʼs gains, he was confused.

When comparing the awakening percentage of the Divine Rules among the three bird tribe

leaders, Snow was the least powerful.

However, her gains from using the Rule Ascension Lotus were the highest.

ʼWait a second...is it because Snow has a reconstructed body? Isnʼt it the same for my father

too?ʼ

Ajax was unable to think of a reason as he asked the system about it.

ʼDing,

According to the systemʼs observation, the gains from using the Rule Ascension Lotuses change from cultivator to cultivator and beast to beast.

ʼ...ʼ

Ajax remained silent for a moment before shaking his head and decided to check Twilightʼs improvement before giving up.

ʼDing,

The first Rule Ascension Lotus has increased the awakening percentage of Twilightʼs Divine Rules by 45, 15, 35 and 20 percent respectively.

ʼDing,

Divine Dragon Rule, (50 percent), Divine Destruction Rule (60 percent) Divine Twilight Rule

(50 percent), and Divine Dark Rule (80 percent).

ʼOkay. There is no certain pattern.ʼ

Ajax gave up on checking out the improvements from the Rule Ascension Lotuses; however,

he was sure about one thing -Using the Rule Ascension Lotuses as early as possible gives the

best results.

ʼIt looks like I have to change the strategy.ʼ

Ajax thought about it for a moment before shaking his head, ʼBut, letʼs help them reach an awakening percentage of 80.ʼ

With that, Ajax focused on improving the awakening percentage of Aron and othersʼ Divine

Rules.
