New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 2007: 100 Divine Body Cultivators takes charge

The effects of his Divine Skill (Enhanced Nurturing] will last for 10 minutes whereas the effects of the Divine Plant Rule last for an hour.

Even though Ajax could not spend an entire hour nurturing the Rule Ascension Plants in his current situation, he could continue for another 10 minutes.

The nurturing speed would be greatly reduced compared to the effects of the Divine Skill; however, the Divine Plant Rule can still nurture them for a few thousand years.

However, Ajax was calculating that in the entire session, which is one hour, how many years will those Rule Ascension Lotus Plants reach?

ʼDing,

The system estimates that to fully nurture the Rule Ascension Lotus Plants to mature, it would take at least 10 sessions, which is 10 days.

Note: The estimation is made of, if the host uses only his Divine Plant Rule and the Divine Skill associated with it.

As soon as Ajax thought about it, the system ran the calculations and gave an estimated time for him.

ʼOnly 10 days to nurture these Rule Ascension Plants to maturity? It is less than I wanted.ʼ Ajax was pleasantly surprised and became excited because 10 days would pass by in a flash.

Even though the Rule Ascension Lotus Plants grew quite fast to 10,000 years, the speed decreased a bit after that.

Now, without the effects of the Divine Skill, the nurturing speed has been further reduced.

Moreover, it is common knowledge that the higher the age of the plant, the slower the nurturing speed and the higher the resources needed.

Despite that, the system estimated that it would only take 10 sessions of using his Divine Plant Rule to bring the Rule Ascension Plants to maturity.

So, of course, Ajax was elated about the systemʼs estimation.

ʼIt looks like I can collect 11100 Quasi-Divine Seeds in no time.ʼ

Since it would take 10 days to bring the Rule Ascension Lotus Plants to maturity, Ajax can mass plant the Rule Ascension Lotus Plants in no time which could in turn help him complete one of the requirements for his breakthrough.

ʼIf I can evolve the Monster Vine, Thorny in my Divine Inner World into a Divine Monster Vine, it might speed up the nurturing speed of the Rule Ascension Lotus Plants.ʼ

While nurturing the Rule Ascension Lotus Plants, Ajax started thinking about ways to speed up the nurturing speed even in his absence and the first thing he thought of was Divine Monster Vine.

Thorny has the Divinity [Garden Protector] and it can slightly speed up the plantsʼ growth.

However, currently, the effects are almost negligible; however, things would be different if it became a Divine Monster Vine.

ʼWhen I harvest the Rule Ascension Lotus Plants, I should spare 100 seeds to merge them into a Divine Grade before using it on the Monster Vine.ʼ

Although it would lessen the quantity of Rule Ascension Lotus Plants in the next batch, Ajax believed that the benefits provided by the Divine Monster Vine, Thorny, would be greater.

ʼDing,

The Rule Ascension Lotus Plants have reached 20,000 years.

By the time Ajaxʼs Divine Skill ended, all 100 Rule Ascension Lotus Plants had reached 20,000 and from the 11th minute, the nurturing speed had been greatly reduced.

Nevertheless, Ajax continued to stay in the Divine Inner World emitting Pure Plant Essence to nurture the Rule Ascension Lotus Plants.

Of course, Ajax didnʼt forget to keep an eye on the things happening outside the Divine Inner World.

In front of Ajaxʼs Celestial Pillar,

Just as Ajaxʼs Divine Plant Ruleʼs associated Divine Skill entered cooldown, the third task issued by the Celestial Pillar officially began.

[The First Round of the Beast Horde has begun]

Despite Ajaxʼs absence, a row of text appeared on the Celestial Pillar, informing those who are around the Celestial Pillar regarding the first incoming Beast Horde.

”Everyone, take a position.”

In Ajaxʼs absence, Aron took the lead as he had the most battle experience.

ʼFirst, the 100 Divine Body Cultivators will take action and show us exactly how powerful they have become.ʼ

Aron ordered everyone to observe except for his old followers who have successfully become Divine Body Cultivators with Ajaxʼs help.

Aron was curious about how strong they had become after their transformation.

”Yes, Old Master.”

Aron was their original master before he ordered them to acknowledge Ajax as their master. Hearing Aronʼs words, the 100 Old Cultivators respectfully nodded and entered fight mode. ”[Dragon Coil Formation], activate,”

The leader of the 100 Old Cultivators shouted out loud.

ʼSwooshʼ

ʼSwooshʼ

In the next second, all the Old Cultivators moved in different directions with Celestial Pillar as their center.

They formed five teams with each team consisting of 20 old cultivators and each formed a circular layer around the Celestial Pillar with an equal distance of 200 meters.

ʼRumbleʼ

ʼThudʼ

ʼRoarʼ

Soon, the ground shook as many Spirit Beasts started their stampede, followed by their roars.

”Here, they came. First Dragon Coilers, kill three and pass one to the next coil.”

The team leaders of the First Layer of the Old Cultivators transmitted their voices to the remaining 19 members of the team.

Currently, the first layer of the Old Cultivators was exactly one kilometre away from the Celestial Pillar and they were the first ones to see the incoming spirit beasts.

All those spirit beasts belonged to the same species and although they were not sure of their exact names, they could tell it belonged to Lizard-type Spirit Beasts.

As for their strength, it was only a low-level Emperor Realm, which made the First Layer of Dragon Coilers quite confident with their formation.

”The first round of the Beast Horde, the First and Second Layer of the Dragon Coiler can take

.

care of.”

”Kill”

[Heaven Crushing Strike]

[Blazing Star Fist]

[Thunderclap Palm]

Soon, the Lizard-type beasts with red eyes entered the attacking range of the First Dragon Coilers, making them begin their attack.

As the body cultivators, these 100 Cultivators mostly have cultivation techniques related to the body and thus, the fighting has become for the Third Task issued by the Celestial Pillar.
