New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1777 Ryan Versus Twilight (3)

”It looks like your skill has reached its limit.”

When he heard Twilightʼs words, Ryan felt something was off; however, he felt that Twilight was bluffing.

Moreover, when Ryan thinks about his Divine Blood Rule and the powerful skill connected to it, he becomes even more confident and doesnʼt take Twilightʼs words seriously.

”Yeah…it had reached its limit.”

Twilight was currently in his true dragon form which was a huge dark and purple-coloured Dragon as he agreed with Ryanʼs words.

”Since thatʼs the case, letʼs put an end to this battle.”

As soon as he said that, Ryan didnʼt waste any time as he directly activated his Divine Blood Rule.

Even though he was confident in winning against Twilight, deep down, he was worried that Twilight might have some weird skills like the ones that he had used for the last ten minutes.

Also, the other party looks very confident and thus, Ryan didnʼt want to take any risk and lose the fight by holding himself back.

ʼ[Divine Blood Rule], activate.ʼ

With that thought in mind, Ryan directly activated the Divine Rule and in the next second, the aura emitted by Ryan became so powerful that Twilight could already feel a powerful suppressing coming from Ryanʼs body.

”Now, I am curious about what kind of powerful move you will use against me that gives you so much confidence.”

After activating the Divine Rule, Ryanʼs worries disappeared as he asked Twilight to use all kinds of trump cards he had.

Ryan wanted to win the trial at any cost; however, at the same time, he was hoping to find someone who could break through his powerful bloodline and Divine Rule combination.

Although he had yet to use his skill [Heavenly Dragon Suppression], Ryan could activate it with a simple thought. So, he wanted to see whether Twilight had skills that could make him threaten after activating both his bloodline and the Divine Rule.

ʼLynn was the only one among the younger generation that made me use the [Heavenly Dragon Supression] and it looks like my current opponent also will make me use it.ʼ

When he was fighting or sparring with the other dragonlings, Ryan mostly didnʼt have a chance to use his Divine Blood Rule and only a few dragons that were above 1000 years old could make them use both Divine Blood Rule and the Bloodline.

Among the dragonlings, other than Lynn, the Lightning Dragonling, Ryan believed that Twilight would make him use the [Heavenly Dragon Suppression].

For regular dragons, the moment Ryan activated the Divine Blood Rule and his bloodline, they would instantly give up the fight because of the suppression.

However, Twilight was still fine and was even flapping his wings without any problem.

”Since you are asking for it, I have prepared my own special move for you.”

On the other hand, Twilight was calm even though he felt some pressure but it was within a limit.

Instead, he replied with an evil look in his eyes as he licked the blood on his claws.

”Itʼs time to put you to sleep.”

While licking the blood, Twilight silently activated his skill, ʼ[Nightmare Dragon], activate.ʼ

From the beginning, Twilight planned to use the [Nightmare Dragon] skill that was under his Divine Dark Rule because it was the most powerful skill that could help him win the fight no matter how powerful the enemy was.

However, the condition to activate the skill was to drink the opponentʼs blood…even a single drop of blood would be counted.

With Ryanʼs battle experience and skills, it was almost impossible to land an attack on him, much less injuring him and drinking his blood.

Hence, Twilight devised a plan to make Ryan as frustrated as possible before launching a surprise attack when Ryan least expected an attack on him.

Even though it took more than 10 minutes to complete his plan, Twilight was happy to successfully execute the plan.

ʼSwooshʼ

As soon as Twilight activated his skill [Nightmare Dragon], Ryan felt a little dizzy.

ʼIt might be the trump card that he was planning. I should defeat him.ʼ

Before Twilightʼs skill could completely activate, Ryan knew that Twilight used a mysterious skill to put him to sleep.

Hence, Ryan decided to defeat him and wrap up the rankings of the Trial.

[Heavenly Dragon Suppression]

ʼSwooshʼ

In the next second, the aura emitted by Ryan reached another level and Twilight instantly collapsed to the ground from mid-air.

ʼDamn it…this skill is more powerful than I imagined.ʼ

With the help of the [Heavenly Dragon Insights], Twilight already knew that Ryanʼs powerful skill was [Heavenly Dragon Suppression]; however, after experiencing the attack, Twilight realized that his overestimation of the skill was still an underestimation.

ʼI can do this…I can endure this much pressure for the sake of my Dark Region Adventures.ʼ

Twilight didnʼt bother to go against the pressure; instead, he was trying to go along with it.

Initially, the pressure emitted by Ryan made Twilight attach to the ground like he was in a gravitational force field. So, he let his entire body attach to the ground and he slowly moved his wings around his body like an egg.

ʼI just need to wait for a few seconds and once the [Nightmare Dragon] fully takes effect on him, he will enter the Nightmare he wanted to avoid.ʼ

Gritting his teeth, Twilight endured the pressure emitted by Ryan and of course, he was not worried that Ryan would attack him in his current situation because the skill [Nightmare Dragon] had already taken effect.

ʼThudʼ

After enduring the pressure from Ryan for a few moments, Twilight heard a ʼthudʼ sound and knew that Ryan had finally collapsed to the ground.

At the same time, Twilight no longer felt any pressure on his body, making him look peek through his wings.

Only when he saw that Ryan was sleeping on the ground, Twilight heaved a sigh of relief and closed his eyes to make sure he controlled the nightmare that Ryan was having in his sleep right now.
