New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1769 [Bonus ] Back-To-Back Duels

Twilight already knew that the Poison Dragonling had a defensive move and as long as he made the Poison Dragonling use that move, he could launch a surprise attack and defeat the Poison Dragonling in a single move.

Moreover, since the Poison Dragonling was in mid-air, he was unable to dodge the second attack launched by Twilight.

Before the Poison Dragonling could realize what was happening to him, he was blasted off into the distance and severely injured while losing consciousness.

The entire process seemed to be so simple; however, Twilight had planned it perfectly and successfully finished the match in the shortest time possible.

ʼSince I have enough low-level Darkfire Crystals, even if they know that I am powerful, they wonʼt control their greed in challenging me.ʼ

Unlike before, Twilight was not worried too much about finishing the battle in a short time as he knew that most of the Divine Dragons like challenging power beings. Of course, not all the Divine Dragons will be like that.

Anyway, Twilight felt that he had enough low-level Darkfire Crystals for the other participants to challenge.

ʼEven if they donʼt challenge me now, by the end of the trial, they need to challenge me to get first place.ʼ

The reward for the first place in the trial would get him 10 Mythical Grade Treasures along with a free entry to under the body tempering with all the sentient flames.

So, no participant would be willing to risk it just because the other party was powerful.

Moreover, the trial of the Divine Dragons was a trial where the participants didnʼt have to worry about getting killed or killing their fellow participants because the Dragon Emperors would heal them.

The old man from before appeared and checked on Poison Dragonling before healing him and announcing the result of their duel

[The Poison Dragonling has been critically injured and cannot continue with the Trial of the Divine Dragons anymore. He will be officially eliminated from the trial].

Twilight saw the old manʼs face was emotionless as his voice resounded in all the trial worlds.

Unlike the Primordial Dragonling, the Poison Dragonlingʼs body was not strong. Moreover, compared to the [Triple Twilight Cannon], the [Dark Destruction Blast] was more powerful and could deal a huge amount of damage to Twilightʼs enemies.

Hence, Twilight was not surprised much when he heard that the Poison Dragonling was critically injured.

ʼEliminated?ʼ

However, what surprised him was that the old man directly announced the elimination of the Poison Dragonling.

[The winner of the duel between Poison Dragonling and Twilight Dragonling is Twilight Dragonling]

[The 7000 low-level Darkfire Crystals in Poison Dragonlingʼs storage ring will be transferred to Twilight Dragonlingʼs storage ring]

[With the addition of these 7000 low-level Darkfire Crystals, the Twilight Dragonling will have 26900 low-level Darkfire Crystals].

The old man disappeared with the Poison Dragonling and soon, a series of announcements in his voice resounded everywhere.

ʼSwooshʼ

As for Twilight, he was teleported to the trial world he was on before the duel.

ʼPhew…with these many Darkfire Crystals, I can maintain my ranking at first place and get another 10000 low-level Darkfire Crystals at the end of the second day.ʼ

Even before the duel, Twilight was already confident in maintaining his first place and now, with the addition of 7000 low-level Darkfire Crystals, his position has solid footing.

ʼI wonder whether the Void Dragonling who found the Divine Dragon Flag at the same time as the Poison Dragonling will challenge me?ʼ

Since there was no announcement regarding another duel, Twilight was a little hopeful regarding the challenge.

If he could win the third duel, he could have enough Darkfire Crystals to maintain his first rank for another couple of days or even longer as long as he doesnʼt get defeated by the challenger.

[The Void Dragonling has used the Divine Dragon Flag to challenge the Twilight Dragonling]

Just as Twilight was hoping to get challenged by the Void Dragonling, he heard a familiar voice that was so pleasing to his ear.

[Since the Twilight Dragonling has just completed his challenge, he could reject all the challenges for today and tomorrow]

Like before, the announcement informed Twilight that he could reject the duel; however, how could Twilight reject it when he was hoping to get a challenge?

”I accept the duel.”

There was no hesitation as he accepted the duel, making the announcer, the participants and even the onlookers pleasantly surprised.

”Thatʼs how a Divine Dragon should be.”

”He is the true Divine Dragon who never backs down when challenged.”

”It looks like the Jade Dragon Emperor got a good dragon to nurture before he ascends to the Heavenly Bestial Realm.”

.

.

.

The onlookers praised Twilight for his brave decision.

Even though the dragon emperors had many feuds and issues regarding one another, they didnʼt hesitate to praise someone from the young generation if they felt he was worthy.

Right now, Twilight looked very pleasing to their eyes and a worthy Divine Dragon that should be properly nurtured as he could bring the strength of the Dragon Region to the next level.

However, there were still two Dragon Emperors that hated Twilight and they were none other than the Primordial Dragon Emperor and the Poison Dragon Emperor.

Because of Twilight, the participants backed by them lost to Twilight and one of them even got eliminated.

….

[The duel between the Void Dragonling and the Twilight Dragonling will begin in five minutes. Please prepare yourself]

Like always, the voice resounded as Twilight used this time to collect the information of the Void Dragonling standing in front of him.

…

Dragon Race: Void Dragon.

Divine Rule: Divine Space Rule (1 percent).

Bloodline: Void Dragon Emperorʼs Bloodline.

Skills: Void Jump, Void Claw, Void Reflection…..

….

ʼIt looks like this opponent is quite difficult to deal with. I think I might be using my Divine Rule against him.ʼ

Even though Twilight felt that he might use the Divine Rule in this duel, he was not worried much because he learned how to use the Divine Rules from Ajax and decided to follow his teachings.
