New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1379 Protectorsʼ formation

Hearing Elder Boronʼs order, no one was surprised or suspected that there might be a relationship between Elder Boron and Ajax.

As the guardian of the Purple stone world, not only was it his duty to stop the otherworldly invasions, but he also needed to protect the talented young cultivators like Ajax at any cost.

Only when the talented young cultivators like Ajax were taken good care of and protected from the dangers, the Purple stone world would become stronger.

”Everyone, letʼs protect Ajax.”

”Yeah. We canʼt let the demons kill him.”

”I will keep my life on the line to protect him.”

.

.

.

The cultivators who hated demons to their core were the first to rush to stop the demons from attacking the devourer eagle king and Ajaxʼs other summons.

Soon, more and more cultivators started joining them in order to protect Ajax.

ʼThis bastard…I always felt a bad premonition from him. Looks like he will become the future emperor of the Purple stone world at this rate.ʼ

ʼI hope the demon apostles take care of him.ʼ

.

.

There was a small portion of cultivators like King Stephen and Oliver who wanted Ajax to die today in the hands of the demons.

After seeing Ajaxʼs full abilities, they were very sure that Elder Boron would definitely help him in becoming the next emperor of the Purple stone world. So, they hoped the demons would kill Ajax.

Nevertheless, they continued to kill the demons whereas Oliver was waiting for the perfect moment to show his loyalty to the demon race.

ʼOnly if Vaugh and Myla were alive, it would have been a piece of cake for us to win against these demon bastards.ʼ

Elder Boron started worrying as he felt the demons were having an upper hand with their crazy numbers.

Even though Elder Boron was an emperor realm cultivator, he could not join the battle yet because the moment he joined, the emperor realm cultivators from the demonsʼ side would also join the fight.

ʼAccording to the information I got from Ajax, there are a total of 16 emperor realm cultivators on the demonsʼ side. So, it is better to wait until all the high-level demon kings are taken care of.ʼ

Elder Boron was just bidding the time as he was waiting for Ajax to save Westin.

According to Ajax, as long as he saves Westin, their chances of defeating the demon armies would increase a lot.

ʼLetʼs hope he really has a way to stop the demon army.ʼ

Even with his cultivation, Elder Boron was not confident in defending the Purple stone world against the demon army of such scale; however, as the guardian of the Purple stone world, it was his duty to protect it.

ʼAs a guardian of the Purple stone world, I should protect it even at the cost of my life.ʼ

After living for more than 100 years, Elder Boron viewed the Purple stone world as his home and to protect his home from invaders like the demon race, he was willing to give his life.

”Also, I wonder how much longer it will take for them to come here.”

At the same time, Elder Boron was looking into the distance as though he was waiting for someone.

...

Time continued to pass as the entire demon army except for the demon apostles and the high-level demon kings were rushing toward Ajax in order to kill him.

As for the defenders against these rushing demons, Ajaxʼs elemental spirits and the contracted spirit beasts along with the devourer eagle king were trying their best to protect Ajax.

Also, all the human cultivators except for those who want Ajax dead were also trying their best.

”Protectors, you said it will only take one minute. Itʼs been nearly five minutes, what is taking so much time?”

The three kings who were supposed to stall a minute for the three protectors were becoming anxious and shouted at the protectors for taking longer than they initially said.

”Itʼs done.”

As soon as they complained about it, Protector Olek replied with a loud shout as he continued, ”You three can take a break. We will take care of these bastards.”

”You have contributed a lot this time. We owe you one.”

”Yes. Take a break and recover your essence of nature.”

The other protectors also joined protector Olek as they asked the three kings to take some rest.

”...”

Hearing those words, the three kings were speechless as they thought, ʼIf we didnʼt complain, they would have continued to set up the formation, right?ʼ

”Protectors, please show us how powerful this formation is.”

Vincent looked at the huge circle on the ground and asked the three protectors to show its power.

”Sure.”

Even if Vincent didnʼt ask that, the three protectors were eager to show off their formation.

So, of course, they nodded their heads without any hesitation.

”All humans, retreat.”

As soon as they agreed, the three of them stood inside the circle and shouted using voice enhancing talismans.

”Huh?”

”What is that?”

”Protectors are asking us to retreat?”

”Looks like they were planning a huge attack.”

All the human cultivators who were busy fighting against the demons were attracted to the protectorsʼ words and hurriedly retreated.

After the guardian of the Purple stone world, the human cultivators have full trust in the three protectors.

So, as soon as they heard those words, without any hesitation, they retreated as they guessed the protectors were trying something.

”Huh? A formation?”

Daen and other demon apostles raised their brows when they heard the voice and looked at the protectors who were standing in the formation.

”Everyone, get ready. I have a bad feeling about it.”

Daen felt a bad premonition when he saw the confident smiles on the three protectors and hurriedly asked the other demon apostles to prepare themselves for what was coming.

ʼSlashʼ

The three protectors summoned a small knife and made cuts on their palms at the same time while chanting something in perfect synchronization.

”Protector beast, itʼs time to wake up from your slumber.”
