New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1368 Definitely not an easy mission

While saying that, Westin placed his hand on Ajax as though he was trying to absorb the special demonic energy from his body.

Even though Westin was able to accumulate the special demonic energy from the demons he killed, it was pitifully less compared to the special demonic energy Ajax had in his body.

ʼI have to kill at least 1000 demon kings to accumulate the special demonic energy in his body.ʼ

Westin silently muttered to himself as he placed his hands on Ajax, who was on the ground.

ʼDing,

The host is in contact with a demonized human. Do you want to resume absorbing the special demonic energy?

Just as Westin placed his hand on Ajaxʼs head, Ajax received a system notification in his head, making him reveal an excited smile on his face.

ʼLetʼs see who will absorb whose special demonic energy.ʼ

Because of Elder Boronʼs special training in the past, Ajax was especially good at sensing and gathering all types of the essence of nature or energies around him.

So, Ajax was confident that he would absorb the special demonic energy from Westinʼs body when Westin tried to absorb the special demonic energy from his body.

ʼYes.ʼ

Without any hesitation, Ajax gave permission to the system the absorption of the special demonic energy from Westinʼs body.

ʼDing,

Initiating the special demonic energy absorption. Please maintain contact with the demonized human for safe absorption.

The system gave the confirmation as it started the absorption process.

ʼHuh?ʼ

All of a sudden, the evil smile on Westinʼs face disappeared as he looked at demonized Ajax with a shocked look.

ʼHow could this brat try to steal my special demonic energy with his low cultivation.ʼ

This was the only thought in Westinʼs head when he felt that his special demonic energy was slowly entering Ajaxʼs body.

Because of that, the flow of entire special demonic energy inside Westinʼs body was disrupted.

ʼSwooshʼ

In the next second, the accessories on Westinʼs body that were made up of the special demonic energy disappeared for a split second before appearing on his body.

ʼWh…at…happened….to…me?ʼ

With the disruption of the special demonic energy inside Westinʼs body, Westinʼs consciousness returned for that split second.

He looked around only to see that he was completely surrounded by the demons who were fighting humans.

At first, it was only for a split second; however, as Ajax continued to absorb the special demonic energy, Westinʼs body blinked between the human form and demonic form as Westinʼs consciousness gained control over the body.

ʼI remember fighting the demons but…I feel like I am possessed by something.ʼ

Westin didnʼt understand what was happening to him as he looked at the demonized Ajax and thought, ʼWho is this? Why am I keeping my hand on his head?ʼ

It was Westinʼs first time seeing such a being. So, of course, he was shocked and confused.

ʼBut, why did my hand become like this and when did it happen…arghh.ʼ

What shocked and confused Westin, even more, was, his hand which looked completely different from a human hand.

His head was completely filled with questions and he could not take it anymore as he shouted out loud in pain.

ʼGo back to sleep…you idiot.ʼ

As Westinʼs human consciousness was groaning in pain, the demonic consciousness returned and forcefully suppressed the human consciousness before taking over Westinʼs body successfully.

ʼLooks like it is working.ʼ

As for Ajax, he felt the special demonic energy was entering his body in a slow pace; however, he was satisfied to see that Westin was able to return to human form.

Even though Westin was unable to keep the human form for more than a second, Ajax felt it was good because it was working.

ʼAs long as I absorb all the special demonic energy inside his body, he will become completely normal.ʼ

Ajax was a little excited as the mission was much easier than he initially thought.

ʼEven if Westinʼs body and soul are injured after I absorb all the special demonic energy, I can heal him with my Sacred Astral Energy.ʼ

He also thought of the side effects of absorbing the special demonic energy from Westinʼs body and prepared a solution for it.

ʼThis brat is definitely not normal. I have to use my full power to absorb my special demonic energy from his body.ʼ

Even though the demonic consciousness had already taken over Westinʼs body, he didnʼt remove his hand from Ajaxʼs head and allowed Ajax to absorb the special demonic energy from his body.

ʼLetʼs see what good your absorption skill is.ʼ

With a scoff, the demonized Westin placed his other hand on Ajaxʼs head and started absorbing the special demonic energy with his full power.

Within no time, all the special demonic energy that Ajax absorbed from Westin was absorbed back by Westin.

ʼWhat the…ʼ

Ajax didnʼt expect Westin to have an insane speed of absorbing the special demonic energy from him.

ʼAt this rate, I will be sucked dry off my special demonic energy.ʼ

Even though the special demonic energy is considered evil energy, it was still very useful for Ajax. Moreover, he tamed that special demonic energy completely. So, he didnʼt have any worries about losing control of the special demonic energy.

Also, he didnʼt want to lose the special demonic energy as it would make his ʼDemonic formʼ trump card useless.

”Advanced demonic spatial blades.”

Ajax thought only for a brief moment before knowing what he had to do.

ʼInstead of absorbing the special demonic energy from his body directly, I need to completely defeat him. Only then, I will not have any problem absorbing the special demonic energy.ʼ

Finally, Ajax understood why the mission ʼSave Westinʼ was very difficult because he could not absorb the special demonic energy without defeating Westin first.

ʼSwooshʼ

Soon, hundreds of blackish azure coloured spatial blades came out of the portal that appeared in front of Ajax.

”Nothing can penetrate my defence.”

Looking at the incoming spatial blades, Westin scoffed at Ajax and didnʼt bother to dodge them.
